During this pandemic, I must say Home Depot delivery and response has been exceptional compared to other stores (online ordering waiting 6 mos now for a Macys delivery). Home Depots in both orders, was about a week delivery---fast, installation of a washer and checks were thorough, and has worked so far without issues. Oscar and assistant did well. Thank you

This particular store #2504 on Joppa Rd. is awful when it comes to ordering cabinets. It took at least 50 phone calls, a dozen visits and 6 delivery attempts since Feb 2021 to finally receive all my cabinets... Damaged of course. The management staff promises great customer service and miss the mark every single opportunity. Getting a reasonable remedy to all the money lost and repeated inconvenience is non existent. The company they contract for delivery is just as incompetent. 1 driver thought it acceptable to leave my threshold delivery on the curb, and the 2nd driver didnt have a dolly and thought it appropriate to roll my cabinets across the concrete. I wont spend my money in Home Depot again... not even for a light bulb. I work too hard for my coins...

Been searching for a particular outdoor dining set, Gwen in lawn and garden helped me find it. Very kind, and helpful, deserves a promotion or raise. Had to make two trips to get the set home, the check out girl was a tremendous help, she offered to help load the set cause lot attendant was busy. Some of the best customer service Ive had anywhere in the longest time.

Wow! Impeccable service and attention to detail. Not even a MINUTE into looking for 1/2 2x4 plywood, we were greeted by Jamal who not only asked if we needed help but was both kind and humorous. He walked us to the wood then proceeded to ask if we needed any further assistance! He cut the wood and then helped us find the next item on our list even though it was outside of his section. Afterward, while talking about sandpaper, another employee interjected with its location in aisle 3! Turned out we didnt even need the sandpaper because the cut was so good but bought it anyway. Cant beat service like that. Plus we met Casi at self checkout who helped us when we were uncertain about an item and let us know Apple pay is coming in Decemeber!

Its Home Depot. If you know what you need, your good. If you need help.....The crew is always helpful, just not a lot of them.

I received Top Notch service with receiving my online order. I received a full receipt that could be photoed to my extended warranty along with helpful instructions to make the registration easy. Too. Boot, my new online order was checked and addressed only to find that it was missing more data from me. That was accomplished in store, on phone to Home Depot Customer Service. Sandra assisted and serviced every move. Thank you Sandra, you made my Mothers Day Week!

I used to come here in the past it had everything I needed. However, its so different now amid the pandemic. I came here to have a key made, but no one was there to help me. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for an employee... Couldnt find anyone! Is this the experience we should expect from now on?

Appliances service folks were extremely helpful with an order. Garden cashier was very friendly and efficient.

I prefer Lowe’s, as there always a person you can find and the app makes shopping easier. Home Depot needs to step it up on these two areas(nationally).

Staff are not knowledgeable. Apparently lazy and dont offer to help. Lowes is more expensive but customer service is more important to me.

Management needs improvement and training immediately in all departments. Supervisor Nick in garden and Tiffany who I believe is a new assistant manager both need improvement desperately.

PATTY, (sales clerk in the garden center); was extremely helpful and informative. She even went out of her way to escort me to obtain the item, I wanted (and all I did was paint a picture, of my desires).

I have been shopping off and on here for years and have always been happy with this store but yesterdays experience took the cake. Tom in the plumbing dept was extremely helpful and walked me through exactly vwhat I needed to fix a plumbing issue. He also mentioned that I should make a you tube video to help other women that also feel like they cant tackle a plumbing problem. He was so wonderful and positive. He wasnt the only one. I came across at least two other employees that were pushing the cart for someone while they showed them where to go or just made small conversation at the flower department checkout. The staff there was by far the best Ive ever seen and all of them were over the age of 60 which I think is even more awesome. Keep up the good work and amazing customer service!

Probably no one cares, but service here is the pits. I ordered something for curbside pick-up, primarily because it was too heavy for me to lift. After i received the notice it was in the store, I used the text thing three times with no response. I waited 35 minutes and left. Ive used curbside elsewhere and its usually pretty fast. So the guy called me. Asked where I was. I told him I couldnt wait any longer and he said, Well, I saw you there but I was on my lunch break. Management doesnt cover his position. I got a refund and bought my item elsewhere...and they loaded my car. I try to buy most of my stuff at Glen Arm Lumber.

Today Friday June 18th i came into the store to buy a few more items for my home and i was asked if i wanted to get 20% off my Purchase by filling out this application on the key pad. I then ask the cashier Casi if it was for a credit card to which she said no. Today when i got home i checked my email and it said my credit had been run for a home depot CREDIT card. PLEASE LET YOUR CASHIER CASI KNOW SHE IS GIVING PEOPLE THE WRONG INFORMATION! Now I have been working on my credit for yrs.now just to get a credit hit i did not need nor want THANKS.

WOW. Just had a manager put her long nails & hands in my face. Been here for 2 hours picking up customer bought items, that they CANT find. Have my employees waiting, that still have to be paid(waste of 2 hours, with me paying employees) Now elderly customer has to get here on crutches to refund her card, to go to a different depot to purchase again. Went to 1st manager about problem, she said Im gonna see what we can do for your inconvenience(cool made things a little better) then a different manager Tiffany came out, from her asking can I help u, to her putting hands in my face was 3 seconds. Clearly she wasnt trained correctly. How was the 1st manager not in charge. Customer wanted to place order at Lowes, since my company is at Depot everyday, sometimes 2-4 times in a day was easier.If u cant, pull your team together when mistakes happen, figure ways they wont happen again. If this is how the manager acts, it doesnt surprise me about that day & other stories Ive heard about this location.P.S The young lady who was helping me from the beginning was very helpful...Didnt feel disrespected until 2nd manager came.

Managers publically yelling at employees in front of customers casually unprofesional behavior

A regular patron, I don’t believe I will ever stop coming back to Home Depot for a variety of needs these stores meet. There’s almost always something I need here, and every visit I feel like a kid in a candy store. They always have something I can use for a wide variety of projects and jobs. They are a one stop shop for certain projects. For instance, when I restored my lady’s father’s coffee table, every single tool I used I got here at Home Depot. It had been completely destroyed by many coffee stains and an 8 inch long streak of battery acid through not just the finish but through several layers into the wood. I was able to restore and refinish it to perfection. Without Home Depot, I would have had to go to at least 3 different places to get everything I wanted and needed for the job. I’m grateful such a place exists and I will continue to be a loyal patron.Even though I wish they had someone in every isle to assist if you need advice or information, it still beats not having anyone to ask online. Still worth a visit & still has everything you need for tough jobs.Home Depot: Everything you need to get the job done!

They were so helpful, I thought I should leave a positive review!

The best way to describe my rating is with the most recent experience. I bought a kick plate for our front door and realized it did not come with screws. We went back to Home Depot to search for the screws and could not find the right ones. We flagged down an employee and she said she could not answer our question and we asked if she could get someone who could help us. She said someone would be with us and after a few minutes it seemed apparent no one was going to help us so we left. I ordered a kick plate on Amazon that comes with the screws and took the kick plate from Home Depot to return it. There were at least four employees behind the pick up and return windows and the line got longer and people were asking why we were waiting when there were so many employees behind the counter. It became congested while waiting with people pushing carts through the line and in front of the line. It was a frustrating experience and the next time I need something, Ill just check Amazon first.

Just your typical home improvement warehouse store, if well stocked you are good, but if not...youll be going store to store

Many items are frequently not in stock. Ive had several encounters with a couple of rude and unfriendly sales associates. Dont waste your time here. Take a trip to the Cockeysville location instead which always has everything in stock.

The staff is very friendly, and super helpful. Great place to get paint samples. Also I was looking for an obscure light and this young guy helped me find it no problem. They also have a very big skeleton for sale. Love the spooky vibes. But last time we went it was really hot in the store, so dress accordingly!

Since weve been confined to the house due to the pandemic, thought to fix uo a few things in the house. Been here numerous time in the past 2 months either for pickup or go in to grab something. Nice and friendly staff ready to offer assistance (paint area, floors, wood/hardware area thus far). Plan to stop by today to grab a couple items for my countertops.👍🏾

Horrible customer service. I asked two people to help me in the tool section and both said they would call for someone, both employees had an attitude. After twenty minutes no one came. Shopping experience was extremely disappointing.

I was at this Home Depot to find a part for a Kohler toilet. I needed assistance from Mike in the plumbing department to find a special refill tube, he helped me search the shelves for this elusive part, to no avail. Mike spent a lot of time helping me, and I want to commend him for his courtesy, persistence and his excellent customer service.

My Mother-In-Laws sixty five year old bathroom sink fell off the wall over the Labor Day Holiday weekend. I am not good at plumbing, but with the great help of Dave H in the Plumbing department, I got the right parts and knowledge to fix this old broken plumbing, including new valves, pipe nipples and drainage. Also ended up buying an in stock cabinet, sink and faucet. It took a couple of visits, but Dave Hs help made it all go very well. In my business I spend tens of thousands each year with Home Depot and this is because of the excellent help provided by knowledgeable people in the stores like Dave H. Thank you Home Depot and Dave H.

I went to purchase a sliding door and tha service was terrible and its convenient because I leave less then 5 minutes away and I spend quite a bit of money were going to go to another store and hope we get better service

Needed a washer and the one I picked is back ordered. What can I do? But everything else is fine. Even found antibacterial hand wipes, picked up some Smoke and CO2 detectors they had them on sale. 10 year batterys cant go wrong with that.

Bel Air location. Everything I needed was here. Every staff member I worked with was excellent. From the truck rental to John who helped me load everything I needed to get done was done. I have 2 different depots near me. Neither of them would rent me the van I wanted because I was told it was either stolen or broken.

Being basically forced into a self checkout line is beyond frustrating. They had only 1 regular checkout aisle open and I was in that line for 3-4 minutes before being told you should go over to the self checkout this customer is going to be awhile as they are applying for a credit card. Im sorry but there is no way you should be taking credit applications at the only checkout that is open. That person should have been directed to Customer Service. Even better that customer cut in front of me.

The Manager Dave is not customer-friendly. Didnt take responsibility for their error. Dropped equipment off for repair. They shipped it out without telling me and didnt return it for 55 days. I didnt get it back until after the 90 day return policy, meaning I was stuck with a $350 broken machine that I couldnt return. I tried to meet in the middle but Dave just treated me like I was trying to scam him. #disrespectful.If you went to an auto shop and dropped off your car and called to get a status on repair - and then they told you they shipped it out to Fords headquarters without telling you first - you would be like, what the heck is there problem. I needed that car.I ended up having to buy another $350 piece of equipment.If you can, go to Lowes. The manager of Home Depot is not on good manager.

Online quantities do not accurately reflect products in stock. Store associates seem unenthusiastic to assist in locating items. Ring indoor cam priced 59.99 showed 41 in stock, after asking associate on the floor who directed me to customer service, who then directed me to a cashier who had to then ask 2 other employees. To inform me that they didnt have it in stock.

Employees in store avoid helping. Cashiers were eager to help.

Well equipped and stocked outlet of the big box hardware retailer. Prices are generally fair. Caters a bit more to general public than contractors, the reverse of their outlet three miles away on Cleanleigh Drive. Both of these stores therefore have corresponding strengths and weaknesses, but both are solid by the end of the day. Remember that corporate skews further right than some other hardware stores, so if voting your wallet matters, its a plus for conservatives and a minus for liberals.

I love going to the Parkville MD Home Depot. Dave H., in Plumbing, is absolutely awesome, and always knows exactly what I need. Hes been there for years, and goes out of his way to help. Turner, a new Sales Associate, at this location, cant be any friendlier, and knows just about everything related to Home Improvement. He takes his time, to help you make an informed decision, and I can tell he has passion for helping people improve their homes.

Would give it negative stars if I could. Called the store cause they were the only location carrying my item and could not order it online or get curbside pickup. The first employee to answer the phone kept telling me they didn’t have it cause the internet said limited stock but was unwilling to check, they eventually transferred me to appliances and the lady located my item and put it on hold. First and last time I will ever go to this location.
