These people went above and beyond. I have a brand new truck that significant damage to the hood and grill. I was without my truck for 3 hours. They done a great job, looks exactly like it did the day I bought it. I was a hard customer to please as I use and need my truck for my office. They 100% worked around my schedule and got it done. Professional work and will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

My truck (2019 RAM QUAD CAB) was never finished. The accident was 7-28-2020. My truck got to their property and spent 70 days at their shop and even to this day(03-06-2021) the back door doesnt shut right and there is a simple piece of plastic trim that should have been replaced on the inside. Both issues I have repeatedly ask to be fixed( at least 3x), and have been repeatedly told they would get it fixed. Now, I have been put off and now, apparently forgotten about. Oh, and I am a 3x repeat customer since 2001, (previous experiences were excellent, thats why I kept coming back). I have repeatedly referred my family, friends and countless other people throughout the years to Freeman when they needed auto body repair. They are kind, polite and courteous to your face. but, apparently when the job is too big and goes longer that expected. You get dropped and your 40k vehicle doesnt get restored to its original, pre-accident condition as Freeman claims they will do. I was a loyal customer until now, NO MORE! They have had over 7 months to fix my truck and have failed. So, Why rip on them with a review like this? #1. I have ask at least 3x to have the last simple things fixed, I havent heard from them since before Thanksgiving(11-12-2020). My patience has run out. I guess I will need to get my truck fixed from somewhere else. Sadly, Freeman has definitely gone down hill over the last few years.

Should of added a photo but I took my suv in for repair for front in damages may I add when I got it back I noticed everything in the back end was wet an muddy where they left it open when it rained thank god I noticed because I have plastic mats an I’m lucky if it don’t Mildew hopefully nothing is Ruined the stuff that was in boxes had to be removed because they were soaked

Freemans body shop is a very good body shop

Had my window smashed by a state worker on a mower. The guys at the shop took the time out of their day to help me tape up my window and get me back on the road. They also wouldnt take any money for helping. These people are great and I cant thank them enough. If you need body work in the Paragould​ area I highly recommend these guys. They still believe in customer service.

While their television commercials state we greatly appreciate your business, my experience indicates thats not the case. I needed my car towed from Paragould to a mechanic in Jonesboro. I called Freemans. The man who answered the phone was nice, and put me on hold for someone called Steve. After seven minutes and just as I was about to hang up, a woman picked up the phone. I told her I was on hold for Steve. She said, Let me give you his cell phone number, and started rattling it off. I had to scramble to find a pen. She repeated the number, and I said Thank you. And she hung up. No Youre welcome, No problem, no Sorry you were on hold so long, nothing. Just hung up. I then called Steve, told him what I needed, and he said he wasnt doing any towing out of town that day. So I called Rudis Towing where they were friendly, helpful, didnt put me on hold, and were there to tow the car in under fifteen minutes. I wont bother with Freemans again.
