It was not the greatest. Ive had my vehicle less than 2months and have had to replace a battery due to corrosion from it leaking. I also mentioned to my buyers that the vehicle leaks when it rains or going thru an automatic car wash but have been told theres nothing to be done about or fix the problems.

Replaced the bad recalled part and kept truck clean inside while doing it. Paper floor mats. No greasy steering wheel. Fast and good quality service.

My 2007 Dodge Nitros security alarm would not turn off and the engine immobilization was ingaged so the vechile would not start. Called another dealer they said they could not fix it. I called Bayird and they said have it towed to them and they had it fixed in a couple of hours. Great service and wonderful staff. They will have my business from now on.

Considering I’m going on a year and a half and I STILL can’t get the title, I’m lowering my review. (Bought car in January 2020) I’ve called and called and it just isn’t getting resolved. I keep hearing “The title is in suspense. We’ll look into this and call you back” but rarely ever get a call back. The DMV will not let me renew my tags this year without it and I’m running out of time. They do not seem to care.

Very unhappy with their service department. Took our 2014 Durango in due to a coolant leak. Tried to get us on a $1,600 repair bill. Im guessing $200/hr for labor and the rest in parts, not to mention the $120 diagnostic that was supposedly done. The fix was less than $100. I wont be going back.

They could have better service. My son sold his car to them, and it took them 4 hours to get a check to him. They said they had to approve it at the corporate office. Come to find out, the corporate office was straight across the highway. Ridiculous wait time!

Bayrid Dodge Chryler Jeep Ram of Paragould redeemed themselves by correcting the visit that was very alarming this past weekend. I went and had my broken part replaced immedately. Thanks to the Service Manager, everything was corrected.

Couldnt or didnt answer basic questions about my mechanical problem. I waited almost 24 hrs after calling about my vehicle 3-4 times to get the vague uninformative answer that I got. Then after they had my truck for a little over a month and after spending $1800+ that did not correct the issue, they would not even give me full copy of the file, only the billing sheets. Customer service is almost none existent. Very disappointing after being a costumer for 8+ years...

*Long post*Being a local tattoo artist i went from a jonesboro shop to a shop on the state line of paragould(AR) to cardwell(MO) upon moving to the new location we needed a 2nd vehicle for my family (wife and 3 kids).We made the mistake of going to Larrys auto sales in paragould and dropping a good few thousand on a vehicle to get a nicer vehicle aswell as future financing on it.Not even a month into having the truck we had gotten that apparently had no issues it broke down on us. The third party company acs we spent a few hundred on to cover repairs and such helped us out and fixed some major axle problems aswell as engine problems.With the said problems being fixed we moved on and 3 or so months went by where we went on our anniversary to branson(MO) upon having a pretty good anniversary the last day we started to drive out of a Walmart parking lot and the truck locked up and wouldnt move at all it started squeeling and it sounded like anytime it moved metal was scraping its self.Yet another break down within 5 months of having this vehicle costing us a few thousand dollars in repairs (although acs warranty paid some of it).We had to walk back to our hotel and next morning pay for enterprise to pick us up and bring us to a facility to get a rental to get back home with while our parents had our children.After getting the truck back from driving back to branson and paying the company it was towed too we were on the search for another vehicle tired of the fact that every few months this vehicle we invested in just constantly costed us more and more money and problems so we stopped into bayird where we met josh morss.When I say this guy went out of his way to help us get into a good vehicle that was affordable and reliant its a huuuuge understatement.Ive never had help like the help he offered in getting a new vehicle he was super friendly and helped us out through the stressful situation and even reassured us that he would help us get into something.I will never buy from larrys ever again and would not recommend anyone to do so. Drove 4 hrs to lot. Car I was buying was supposed to be brought in from mo. Night before. I arrived at 10:30 am. Drivers there didnt leave to go get car untill almost noon. When car arrived, I did a walk around and noticed the fog lamps didnt work. Also on test drive it had a strange vibration. I told salesmen about it. He said probably torque from motor. They fixed lights. We left lot at 6:30 pm to head home. The vibration was considerably more present at high and intestate speed. Compared to test drive at 50 mph. I took vehicle to local tire shop next morning. They informed me it has a bent rim. I contacted salesmen. The sales manager told him to tell me to bring it back (4hrs away) for them to look at it. Ive contacted theyre Corp office, still waiting for a call back.

I have purchased 4 trucks and have referred two of my daughters to the dealership to purchase vehicles. After suffering tornado damage to my Ram truck I was forced to purchase a new one. Naturally, I went to Bayird dodge in Paragould, AR because I had always been treated right and with respect.To my surprise, the GM and his managers were so impersonal and Lacked empathy when making a deal. After going back and fourth I ended up with no add ones and I was even told they were losing money on my not so big deal (by the way, the other vehicles I purchased they said the same thing but still helped with my taxes and gave me at least two add on for free). I feel they saw a tornado victim and ran with it. I will never be back or recommend this dealership in the future.So, I found out that they lost so much on my deal and couldn’t help with half the taxes which would have been $1,500, that someone was able to buy a half million dollar Tesla. Let that sink in.....when the “managers” who hide behind the glass, laughing and having a good time, there is a reason they will not make eye contact. 😎

Sales department Ill never deal with again if you have a trade theyll hide your keys to keep you from leaving. After that the salesman stopped is in the parking lot to make sure we didnt want to get screwed over lol. Drove to St Louis saved 4k. It was worth the trip.

I seen an advertisement for up to 84 months, 0% interest Regardless of credit history. Thought wow, I can afford a new truck that way went up to the dealership. They Said yes, let us get you into a new truck. When it was all said done they wanted me to pay 14% interest . I told again about that add. That doesnt extend to you because your not qualified. Not only could I not afford the truck I took a serious hit to my credit score because they ran my credit through multiple finance companies. Lesson learned I guess! Sorry Bayird, but there was no Bayird deal!

Took my Jeep to get the front end fixed and they quoted me a week, maybe two. I kept having to go between them and insurance and claims until finally seven weeks later, I was able to go get my Jeep. I picked it up and they hadn’t even touched the crazy off headlights and my alignment was way off. Took it back. Picked it up again after all day, headlights are still off and my steering wheel is off; at least my alignment is solid finally. Slow to get anything done, and I’m a little nervous the quality of work they did.

Just drove in the parking lot having car trouble just so happened a gut who worked there was friends with my son they were nice friendly and hexstoppedvto check make sure I was ok after work

The best thing about Bayird was the salesperson Cody. He was extremely polite, well mannered and was able to answer all of my questions with ease so he was extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. He, also, did not use the pester the costumer as soon as they are on the car lot technique which was AWESOME!! I feel like some of the hovering salespersons technique may fail more times, by scaring away a customer, then actually working. I dont like to be bum rushed about buying a vehicle before I have even gotten out of my car. Cody was quite possibly their best worker and I will go back to him for future business.

Bayird Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Paragoulds service department always does a very good job for me. I have been very impressed with their service in the two years I have owned my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The advertisement that was placed on Facebook was basically for buyers in the highest credit tier. The message that got sent out on Facebook was not completely true not everybody can be financed with bad credit or with a low credit score without an obvious higher down payment or a good trade in. So basically I wasted a day trying to find a vehicle.

Our salesman Chris was very nice but it was a crazy two day course with the bank..

Purchased a pre-owned truck over the internet. The truck was not quite as described, the salesman was misinformed as to the condition of the tires. After multiple emails, (I live in St Louis Mo, )The GM Of the store contacted me by phone and we game to a satisfactory agreement. I am retired from the auto industry and would deal with this store again,I was impressed by the dedication to customer satisfaction.

Recently purchased a 2018 vehicle from there and I do feel taken advantage of. The staff was friendly and very quick to get everything done and us out the door in a new ride is why I gave 2 stars. The vehicle I purchased did not have a price tag on it yet. I told him the monthly payment I could afford and he came back with us paying slightly more. Told us he knocked $1000 of the price to sweeten the deal. Ive not really bought many new cars from a dealership so I didnt realize how they can manipulate interest as well as overcharge for a vehicle (trust me I have then since learned well). The price of said vehicle was marked well above of what the bank valued the vehicle at which is the max loan the bank will cover. In my case, my vehicle is worth 18.5k to the bank but since there wasnt a clear price tag on it they came up with trying to charge me 22,999. Now the banks will let you charge up to 120% of the vehicle worth for loan value. So that means they looked up the retail value and added enough for the maximum loan amount. However, since the 22,999 was more than the maximum loan amount the bank would cover they dropped the price $1000 to sweeten the deal. The interest rate was very high (in fact over double what I would normally pay by using the lender they chose). I did question the interest however it was dismissed rather quickly by the guy doing the paperwork. I could have walked away at that point and rightly should have but I wasnt aware of these things at the time. Registering the vehicle caught us with another surprise (remember I dont purchase new vehicles often) the dealership gets to tag on doc fees when you register. So besides sales tax expect to pay $129 in fees. Now I can admit I do feel rather dumb after this whole experience for not doing my homework beforehand and trusting in a new car dealership to be fair. Its even more disheartening though to see the exact same vehicles with less mileage on the lot.. less than 30 days out going for 2k less (I guess they finally priced them all fairly at 1500 more than the bank value.) Before going to purchase anything from here (or any trusted salesperson) be very well informed on ALL the purchasing aspects so you dont feel like you got a raw deal.

We purchased our vehicle on 4/5/14 and was told that the title would take up to ten days and then would be overnighted to us. Then on 4/15/14 Bayird called to say that they were mailing our title. Expecting it to be a prompt delivery we called on 4/18/14 and asked when to expect it. We were told it was mailed that day. On 4/28/14 we called back to inform them we still hadnt received our title and we were told it was mailed that day. I stated we head that a week ago. I was informed due to corporate they cant go to the post office very often. (WHAT?!? You dont get mail delivery???) We called again on 5/1/14 to state their are only a few days left to license our vehicle without a penalty and we still dont have a title. I was told it was mailed that morning! It was supposedly in the mail three other times. I asked to speak with a manager at this point and was told no one was available and left a message. Well as of today 5/2/14 we have called yet again and said that it was mailed yesterday and we should have it by Monday which is May 5, 2014 and 30 days since our purchase so we face a penalty because we were lied to by the office personnel several times.As far as the experience purchasing the car there was no problems, just dont leave without a title or if you do dont expect the office to care whether or not you have your necessary paperwork for your licensing agent.Also note at this point we have yet to here from any manager.

Went to get a simple coil pack changed while under warranty on a car I brought brand new from them. First appointment after I spoke with them they didnt even order the part. 2nd appointment they put my parts on another persons car. 3rd appointment they change the wrong coil. I went to complain about it and guy tell me I should change out all the spark plugs and call them back if its still acting up. Horrible experience I wouldnt send my enemies to this place to get anything done.

If youre looking to be ripped off go to Bayird. I was having trouble with the window control and heater on my 2012 Jeep Liberty. I took it to Bayird, to have the issues taken care of; the only thing that got fixed was the window control, the heater didnt work any better after their fix than it did when I took it in, and they charged me over $900.00.

Car was in the shop multiple times. On the 4th time they kept it 9 weeks! Waiting on parts due to back order, and trying to figure what causing problem. We tried to tell them and they came up with a total wrong answer that didnt make sense. Phillip takes the brunt of the complaints, Id hate his job. If you dont know much about cars then dont go there, because they dont either. Mechanics also lie there, and we caught them at it. Guess thats why they were nice enough to give us a loaner car for the 9 weeks we had the car there last. Hope it is fixed. Just beware of the service department. If you hang out there very long, you can hear others complain and figure it out that you came to the wrong place.

Dont fall for the hype! When buying a new car make sure you know what youre getting into.Find out EXACTLY what company is financing your loan. Ask for a calculator! Its simple math...Payment x Months financed = total amount financed. Are you gonna pay $30,000 for a vehicle with a $15,000 sticker price???
