Always come here. They are really professional and friendly. Job is perfect every time. They let me know if there is anything about my car that I should keep an eye on but they do not pressure me to have it worked on. I will continue using them.

Their technicians do good work, and their prices are the best in town. Im just curious how much they pay the lawn ornament sitting with the dog in the shop. I feel for all the workers who have to squeeze around that space.

Took my vehicle in for brake repair. When they quoted my repair I decided two get a second opinion. I drove the car there, no problem. When my wife picked car up she barley made is home. Very dangerous. I open hood and found master cylinder cap left off and no brake fluid in system. And now the car cannot be driven. So, you can make your decision to take your vehicle there. I wont ever take another vehicle there and my advice is beware.

I am totally impressed with Jeff and Precision Tune Auto Repair. I went to two other local shops and walked out not impressed. So finally I tried Precision Tune Auto Repair and Im glad I did.When I walked into the lobby, Jeff immediately stopped what he was doing and attended to me. Then he fixed my brakes in just a few hours and the total bill was less expensive than anyone else. $335 dollars for rear brakes and an oil change. This included new rotors and pads. It also included a brake fluid flush and refill and a standard oil change.Thanks Jeff!

When paid for service in advance took vehicle back to finish service three times three different days they were unable to do any service to it they requested for the vehicle to be left for a couple hours or left for a day or two.. then on another occasion they did an oil change on my GMC the young lady did she did not apply the oil filter on correctly which causing the oil leak in my vehicle and allowed it to have a ticking noise going on in the engine

My car sat here for 3 weeks and never got fixed. They dodged my calls until I came to pick it up and they still charged me over $200. Please dont take it here you will regret it.

They guys over there were great fast and honest. Called to have them check my brake light for my wife while i was out of town. They finished the job in 20 minutes and gave an honest answer and price on what they had to do.

I go to Firestone well they install my new cooling fans but couldnt get to work told me to go here i might have spend all day but they stay open until they fix my car which Firestone could have done the same thing so im going here for now on thank you

Cheapest full synthetic oil change in town. $50.00 became $58 with unacknowledged extras. Possible lengthy waits. Still, Ill likely go back until I find something cheaper.

I used to come here for oil changes until my last visit. My dad and I did the most recent oil change since we were changing the valve cover gasket anyways. Normally youre only supposed to tighten the oil change bolt finger tight, and use a rubber washer if needed. Not only did they torque the bolt on but they also used a metal washer(and caulk), causing the bolt to strip out entirely, and my dad had to use a heat wrench to remove it. Hes been a mechanic for over 40 years and this is the first time hes ever come across this issue. I wont be back, as this just proves the staff cant do the simplest of tasks mechanically.

They do amazing quality work without breaking the dang bank!!! I still have all my limbs and both my kidneys after my full synthetic oil change. This place is the only reason I can afford to change the oil 😂The one in Pensacola is great as well!! After Hurricane Michael I had to have some work done so we could travel for evacuation purposes and they were so kind and efficient!!

I would recommend this location of Precision Tune to anyone! We have not just had oil changes done, but also brakes (front and rear), wheel bearings, and more. Tom (manager) is friendly and super knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable and I have not felt taken advantage of. In fact, Tom has recommended ways for us to save money and still keep our vehicles properly maintained.

Well Precision Tune you just lost a long-time customer. I have been coming here for years with all my vehicles have spent a lot of money here. I have come three times and all three times I havent been able to get oil changed and there have been plenty of time to get it done. Every time I come you guys say theres too many customers ahead. So I will just take my business somewhere else now. Ever since you change management for the I dont know how many consecutive times its gotten worse.Updated. Excellent service! They took care of my vehicle how suppost to be. I have couple vehicle but this one in particular; I was not aware my car have 5.1 Quarts of oil in my engine other places always add 5 quarts all this time my car wasnt taking care off the right way! This place was great. my car wasnt starting while i was on vacation and so naturally i panicked and called the first place on google. the man working the desk was very reassuring and said he could check it out right away. i drove over and he put me right in a bay. within 10 minutes he had it diagnosed and told me it wasnt the alternator as i had feared, it was just the battery. he priced out a battery for me but told me that i could get a cheaper one elsewhere. didnt even charge me for the alternator test! Anyway i end up taking it to pep boys down the road, it wasnt even that much cheaper and it took 2 hours! should have just stayed. hindsight is always 20-20 i guess.

My 3rd visit here and these people know about cars and they really seem to try and lower the price of your visit anyway they can....I dont know much about cars so Im always thinking someone is gonna try to rip me off but this is going to be my spot! Today a guy named Erin helped me and my last 2 visits it was a nice lady at the desk who also seemed very knowledge about cars.

Had to have an alternator put on in a hurry and Eric and Aaron made it happen. They even stayed a little past closing to get my vehicle back to me the same day. Great customer service everytime I have used them and will definitely be back.

I have used them often and never had a problem. They are sometimes busy so I have a wait time occasionally, but never anything ridiculous. I have shopped around for several services and they always tend to have the best price. They even do a student/military discount on most services.

Went here for an oil change. Full synthetic was $58. I wasnt expecting that much and would have liked to know the prices upfront.

This rating will probably be removed or bumped by this company but public needs to be aware of the scam. They did more damage to my vehicle than repairs. It was only supposed to take a few hours work and 4 days later theyre telling me I may have to buy a new motor fir this vehicle. It cranked fine and made no odd noises when I put it in gir a diagnosis and quick spark plug repairs. Now theyre charging me over $800 for a vehicle I can no longer drive and trying to make me pay for the damage they did to it. On top of all of this they did the work without giving me a rough estimate or checking to see if I qualified for their credit card, which they said I would. These people did more work than they were asked and ran my bill up to the point I have to skip rent to get my vehicle out, and still not be able to drive it. You wont be getting any more business from me, and Ill make sure you dont get business from anyone ever again.

Very unprofessional waited 4 hour for basic oil change at end closed to the store and told me to wait out side for 2 more hour at night.

Went to have brake pads changed, they complained of rust, so I said id purchase pads, caliper, and rotors to make it easier on them, it still took them all day and I got my truck back making an awful front end noise. The parts they ordered are remanufactured garbage, and the work done was garbage by a no skilled mechanic, literally had to put my truck into a different shop so everything could be gone over again to find 3 broken bolts which held brake lines away from rotating tires (dangerous) that they didnt bother to replace, i paid them just short of 800 for this...

My experience with this company was very pleasant. I needed my air condition diagnosed and they found the problem very fast and quoted me a reasonable repair cost. I will be going to them now for all my automotive needs.

**Update over a year later----I hadnt been here in over a year. I needed a quick oil change today before I left out of town and came by, there was a 30 min wait, I came back and got right in. They offer $5.00 off a service for a 5 Star Review (thats new... probably to balance out all the bad reviews) but Im not giving 5 because they dont refill all your fluids now, only wipe fluid. Other than that, they were great.I went here, waited nearly 2 hours for a Basic Premium (they refill your fluids), a battery install and a windshield wiper to be put on. A woman there had 6 children and had been waiting 3 hours for them to finish her vehicle they initially told her was fine to drive. Anyway, I went here on a Friday. Saturday, I looked at my fluids and NONE of THEM WERE TOPPED OFF! I called immediately and spoke to Tom the Mgr who apologized and said hes going to take care of it personally. He happened to be the same guy that told the lady and children to leave in the van that was somehow not driveable by the time they were done making her wait 3 hours. She couldnt even drive it home. Smh poor lady! Im never going here again!

Had a coolant leak, they diagnosed it in the head gasket. They replaced the gasket...a 6 hour job...charged me for 12 hrs. Still leaked! It was the water pump. Never going back.

I arrived at the store, went in & asked how long for an oil change. I was told 30 min. I was sitting there 15 min & some guy(assuming management, but def not dressed the part) came in & asked who had what vehicles(no introduction as to who he was) & after being told what vehicles he said, I cant change your oil(other person there) or your oil(mine) saying he had to shut store down sorry. This is the most UNPROFFESSIONAL building I have been in, no regard for customer service, no uniforms & no idea who you were talking to. I wont be back. You need to figure out how to be a professional business & quit acting like uneducated red necks!!

I highly recommend Precision....new Mgmt. has made a world of difference. Tom is absolutely amazing.....very kind, helpful, respectful, trustworthy and knowledgeable......hes just a great, standup guy in general. He has went above and beyond to help resolve my car issues many times. He has done great things with this place. I am so grateful for him and his workers. A lot of car shops try to figure out every possible way to scam you our of your money.....NOT HERE. As a matter of fact, their has been many times where Tom has saved me money by being honest with me regarding my incorrect perception of needing certain repairs. If its something you dont need to take care of now, he will tell you. And if its something he says you need to take care of now, BELIEVE him. Lol. Ashamed to admit, I had to learn the hard way once [holding my head down shamefully]. Love this place....its because of them that my old 2005 Nissan Altima is still getting around.

These people screwed me out of 600.00. I took my car somewhere else and said it needed plugs which these people claimed they changed.

This has to be the worst place to get an oil change. I gave them three chances because of there great prices, and all three times I have been greatly disappointed. The first time it took over 2 hours, and yes I mean 2 hours to complete my oil change. I went and had dinner with my wife at TGI Fridays then came back and watched a full episode of dukes of hazard. They said they could do it in 30 min. Ahaha! In what world? Id bet money they couldnt do an oil change in the time they say it takes. Thats unexceptible. They didnt rotate my tires like they said, they lied to my face twice, they didnt tighten my tire all the way and it ALMOST FELL OFF. I had 2 lugs left when I pulled over. The list goes on. They even gave me a card for a free oil change because of my troubles.. I threw it away. I needed to make this comment because this place is unsafe to bring youre car! You have been warned. I would pay the extra 8 dollars any day of the week and go to grease pro. **^# precision tune auto care.

The price for inspection and oil changes are very reasonable. Also have great weekly deals.
