Highly inexperienced help, never what you need in stock, not so great prices. Whats the point?? The other store in Lynn Haven is much better so clearly this isnt a franchise issue.

Just brought my oil here. Apparently the “blue store” down the road doesn’t or cannot accept used oil.Josh was up front and showed me where to dump my oil. He also told me I could leave my plastic containers and he would throw them away since I couldn’t find the garbage back there.He was very helpful and friendly, I will continue to come to this location based off this experience. Terrible experience. Manager is clearly incompetent. Went there to obtain an item I was told was in stock by a staff from another branch only to be told they didnt have it. No attempt to contact the other branch or to speak with the individual. I had to insist. Then he was unwilling to say what the call yield. It was as if they didnt care to get to the bottom of this mess created by a staff member. He Offered no regret to the fact that it was my second trip there as the opening hours online had changed in reality but not online. Had to drive there twice as I got there after closing the first time. When I insisted on finding out what did they say from the other branch he was hesitant offering all kinds of excuse as to how difficult it was to know who I spoke to even though it was just YESTERDAY and I could provide the time and a description of the person. He doesnt listen very well as I had to ask him the same question do you see the problem here? multiple times. Finally, his response was you want and apology and I cant give you one. UNBELIEVABLE! What I really wanted was to know what really happened as to why I was directed to his store for and item that doesnt exist.. computer error?.. human error? something that explains what resulted in me driving around in circles but that was clearly asking too much. It was truly and upsetting and most uncomfortable experience. I hope I never find myself in a position where I need to go there ever again.

Call them and asked if they got headlight bulbs for my car and they say yes, I said Id be there in half an hour and everything seems fine. I get there and the same person tells me that they dont have any of that in stock. They were apologetic and told me where else I might could go, but dear lord use your head before I drive out there.

They didnt check to see if they had item in stock, sent us to Thomas Dr. Thomas Dr. didnt have it but checked computer and 15th st location had it. Total waste of my time. They didnt even apologize!!

All the staff were super nice when I went in for a belt! They seemed to be very busy but were managing it very well helping all the customers as far as I could tell.They were even helping customers fix their cars, I saw one go to help with wipers and another with a mans taillight. When they came back in a guy named Woody even helped me get the belt on the car! I’ll def be going back to this store for all my auto needs. Thanks Advance Team!!!

Just go on down to Auto Zone they will install your wipers nobody working there today had that ability, even though the big sign in the window said free windshield wiper install. Very unpleasant and unprofessional employees.... Its cool tho I saved my receipt and will be returning them soon as I get home for some duralast brand for about 25$ less installed.

I want to the store with a friends to purchase a air filter, oil drain pan and a few other maintenance related items around 5:30 PM 20 July. The guy managing the store I think his name was Rob or Ron was very rude and disrespectful. We needed a check engine light cleared, already knew the issue just needed help for a few minutes to clear the code. At first the store had one other customer in it and I was waiting with everything I needed to check out. Ron forced me to wait through three phone calls not placing anyone on hold as I stood at the counter. Then after one phone call he said sorry it will be a bit because I am going to pull this phone order. He absolutely made it seem like he did not want to help me at all. The only reason I still checked out at the store is because we ordered an air filter that was not available earlier in the day. And was not available at any other auto parts store in Lynn Haven. by the time we finally got to check out there was no other customers in the store and the phone was not ringing. But he would still not assist us with clearing a check engine light and he would not let us borrow the scanner to do it ourselves. He simply stated that he would get fired if he let us do it. And he didnt have time to assist. This was when there was no other customers in the store and no more phones ringing. And there was another person in the store to look after the store if he was outside. Terrible experience will never go back to this store theres no Rileys in AutoZone right up the road.

I dont understand why we can put a man on the moon, but cant get a updated inventory of a particular automotive parts store? This makes it the second time that this has happened to me. I dont have time to order online for store pickup just to be told that neither item that I prepaid for is available at this location!

Places like this are only good for cleaners and small stuff better quality and cheaper prices can be found online

My air in my truck was not working so I needed a belt with a pulley to fix it. Advance Auto Parts had the part in stock and sold it to me at a reasonable and fair price.The associate that sold me the part was very helpful and efficient I was not there but a very short time which I appreciate because my time is valuable.Thankfully it was a correct part A friend of mine installed it and Wallah I have air conditioning again which is very necessary in the state of Florida thank you Advance Auto Parts for your service expertise.I recommend local and travelers who need an auto parts store to go to Advance Auto Parts on 15th Street in Panama City Florida for all that you need.

More often than not they have parts on hand. I do maintenance on an entire fleet of vehicles so this is very crucial. If they dont have it they will find it and get it to me fast.

I had a very helpful and knowledgeable associate help me. He made a couple of good suggestions that I went ahead and got that will help too. Reminder: check your windshield wipers regularly so you dont get stuck waiting for rain stop ( 2 hours ) like I had to.

The battery on my cars key fob was dead this morning. Popping into the auto store during my lunch break was a pleasure. The battery was in stock and the tech installed it for me too. The service was so quick, I still had time to go grab food.

Although advance Auto parts doesnt really have the best auto parts. even though AutoZone OReillys they get theirs for me there Canada Mexico Germany Taiwan everything comes from out of the country even this place.but what makes it a little bit nicer is that these people will walking me behind the counter to look at the computer and some products that they might have for you its a very clean very nice place in the people are a lot nicer here than the other.

Advanced Auto parts your location at 2014 W 15th St, Panama City, FL 32401 is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me get a new battery. You really have a knowledgeable and helpful group of staff at this location. These lady’s were my saving grace today.

Staff is helpful and go the extra mile. They have military discounts and other discount plans. They also carry most anything you might need and try to find the cheapest price.

Ordered some car washing supplies online. Picked up my order and got home, only to realize they gave me a 6-pack of microfiber towels and did not include the headliner glue I ordered. Went back to the store same day - it turns out, they had neither of those items I ordered. So whoever put together my order basically just subbed a $5 pack of towels for the $20 pack I paid for, and didnt feel compelled to notate that they didnt have my headliner glue (which was marked in stock at that store online). Very unprofessional.

This place is one of the better AAP stores in town. I would suggest to anyone to come visit this location if they are having a problem about their vehicle and need someone knowledgeable to talk to.

Staff was rude and prices are high. Otherwise the typical run-of-the-mill parts store.

Stopped in this location to grab some windshield wipers, some fluid, and some cleaning supplies to detail my car. When I approached the counter I was promptly ignored by every employee as they assisted all the men customers. Ill never return to this location again. Im not all pro woman and I am not a liberal but Ill be damned if Im going to be ignored because I am a woman!
