Red head parts runner is rude! Needs to find a better job if your Un happy! Was sold the wrong part multiple times! From Dothan,AL to Panama city,FL your employees are rude and uneducated about vehicle parts! Im glad I never started a commercial acct. Here!Im not finished if a tool has lifetime warranty stamped into the metal an I bring it in for a replacement an you cant even honor your warranty thats clearly stamped on the tool is bad business! Two different people told me the wrong info on what I was asking about.Luckily, I decided to wait to make a purchase until I was comfortable with what I was told.

My experience with auto as a whole was not a good one at all. The store located on 15 the st was even worse. I order an alternator online from autozone which was sent from their hub. The alternator was the wrong one. So, I want back online in an attempt to find a replacement, hopefully at the local autozone which showed that they did have one in stock. On the ride into town I called the store to confirm that they still had the one alternator in stock which they did not. The autozone employee said that they did not, but the store on 15 the street did. I then called that store to confirm that it was still in stock. The female employee stated that it was so I told her that I wanted to purchase the part using my debit card from her then. She stated that she would not do it over the phone and hung up on me. When I arrived at the store the only female employee there at the time started assisting me then another employee took her place and assisted me with my purchase. I then looked inside the box and saw that I was was about to purchase the wrong part again. I brought it to the store clerks attention that it was not the correct alternator, that my alternator has three bolt holes and that the one he gave me has only two holes. He stated that I was mistaken, that their was not any alternator built that has three bolt holes. I then went back online to the autozone web site and showed the man the one to my vehicle with three bolt holes and that they had one in stock at their store. The employee was not knowledgeable with the products he was selling, and the overall service I received was not good at all.

If the young guy named Omar was not working there I suspect that store would go bankrupt. He always works behind the counter on the other side of the parts. Hes GREAT to deal with and can locate ANY part. He did for me. 👍

I have never had no problems with auto zone but a little over a week ago I ordered a part on a Saturday and was told it would be in on Tuesday. 9 days later still no part. Now I have to pay the customer instead of making any profit. And Im also out about a grand in parts that I spent on it in advance 🤮🤮🤮

Went in to pick up part that was ordered which was a water pump and was asked four times if I needed antifreeze to go with that which is funny because they wanted to make sure I did not go home without antifreeze if I needed it.Good place friendly staff

I have a herniated disc, and I went in to purchase some Oil-Dri, I thought for sure the gentleman would offer to carry it out for me seeing how it was a large bag, he did not even offer after I had said that I was unable to lift it due to the herniated disc, real jerk will not come back here again

Bad experience at this store. I ordered parts and cancelled the orders. I had to return to the store twice more to get my money refunded. A clerk was rude on the phone and he hung up on me twice.

Helped find and change my old battery .

Terrible customer service even the assistant managers have no idea what is going on! I had a bunch of parts this year disappear and nobody could find them! I went to the one in Callaway and the manager looked up the history and told me they returned the items without refunding them. He told me technically they have to reorder or refund them.I asked can anyone who works at a counter look that up? He said yes.I went back and the manager had to check but assured me the items were ordered and I would be refunded if necessary

Very friendly people and great service

Tested my battery, which was bad as I suspected. They were very nice and helped me pick an affordable new one. Then Bobby installed it for free while I waited. He was really helpful and I felt like he wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Best service Ive ever received from an AutoZone!

Absolutely useless. Never enough help, and they want to put you on hold for over 20 minutes. Im done!

I had to replace a starter on my vehicle and the hot terminal on old starter was broken off. The manager told me he couldnt give me my entire core charge on the starter because the core terminal was broken. If it was a good starter then I wouldnt get a new starter. I laughed at the guy and went a couple buildings down to Oriellys auto parts with no hassle or stupid talk. I was not impressed by this autozone.

Not the friendliest staff in town. Not that they are mean or rude but they dont smile or seem to enjoy working there. Every time we visit its just a solemn atmosphere. Very strange. Besides that they usually have parts that no one else in town has and at reasonable prices. I guess thats what is most important. But it wouldnt hurt to work on customer relations.

Christian really went above and beyond helping me with my dead battery. Not only was it not a dead battery, he helped clean my terminals to ensure I was good to go. Im definitely going back to this place due to the level of customer service and professionalism displayed.

Just your typical Autozone. Go to counter to pay. Put your stuff on counter. Have to change registers to pay depending on method of payment.

I told them what type of battery i needed for my car. They gave me the wrong battery. Put it in backwards. And still didn’t know what was wrong with my car. They could have fried everything in my car. Luckily it was just my alternator that got fried. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is ridiculous.Then they fix everything and my whole car isn’t working now!!!

The Lady at The front desk is very rude. I’ve been in this store three times and everytime she’s given us terrible service, her attitude needs to be fixed seriously!! Last time I just couldn’t do it and left to go to the other car parts down the street. Get this lady OUTTT

Great costumer service

I have been in there twice. First time the was for a belt, the counter person walk around and starts randomly starts looking through the hundreds of belts. After a few minutes, I asked him why not look it up on the computer? He shrugged and looked it up and determine it wasnt in stock. While placing the order I had to tell him my phone number 3-4 times. Her is the best part, I holding a rewards card. Incompetent is an understatement.

The assistant manager was a complete rude and discuss to the customer service department. He was unbelievable and I hope he is trained better next time

Always super helpful at finding me the things I need for my car. This time it was those window vents that make it so that you can roll down your window when its raining and the rain wont get in.
