Very friendly employees. The store has a lot of items in stock and very well kept. One thing about most hot topic stores they are on the smaller side and hard to walk around. The aisles are very narrow and if you have a stroller might want to leave it outside. Its a store any aged kids yo adults can go in and enjoy walking around and or purchasing something.

Only place we could find popits in the mall at a decent price. As usual the staff was super friendly and helpful especially Parker who asked what we were looking for and said to get in line and they would bring it to us. They are fabulous everytime we come in!

Staff was very helpful, they showed us sales we didnt know about so of course we purchased more. Great customer service.

Wide selection of clothing and other merchandise for niche fandoms. Ive seen plenty of anime theme clothing here. If you need anything this is the place to come. I will say that this is the place that feels cramped but that because of the mass amount of clothes in the store.

I wish the Vans next door were open, they usually have alot bettwr selection. Staff was friendly, seemed a bit distracted tho.

Friendly staff and lots of great selection. The trends rotate in and out of here much faster than how Hot Topic used to be. They have occupancy control, register partitions, and hand sanitizer available upon entry for coronaphobics that still want to have a normal shopping experience.

I love this store a lot. My wardrobe is full of clothing from this store. Its keep neat and organized. The workers help a lot and unlike a lot of stores they actually show you and take you to what it is you are looking for. Its a good place to buy things from a lot of different shows movies books games. Example: Harry Potter, Stranger Things, Marvel, My Hero Academia etc. Its an over all grate store.

My girlfriend and I went in about a week ago looking for Deet, a FunkoPop. We were SO AMAZED and appreciative when the people tried helping us too! They are always so kind and professional here. We deeply appreciate them always informing us of the specials and helping us find items were looking for. Keep up the great work.

Love the different stuff they have and brands. Just make sure you bring some more money it costs a good bit more but you can get a good deal sometimes.

The personnel at Hot Topic are always friendly and helpful. Being a grandmother, I am not their usual customer, but they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to help me find the right gifts for my grandchildren. The store is well kept and has a wide range of products.

Fun shirts and tons of great items for tv and movie lovers

My son received some shirts as a gift and they were too small. Took them in and not only did they allow me to exchange them without a receipt for the proper size, the employees they helped me find the exact ones in the right size and when we werent able to find a specific one, they allowed us to pick anyone even if it exceeded the price of the OP . Not that I ask for anything more than what is expected ...these people went above and beyond to make my kid happy!!Way to go guys!!!

I’d been there several times with my girl and the waiting time to pay is being too long. There’s several employees and several registers but only one open, not to mention the staring line is confuse and my girl had gotten out of the line and start over cause of the confusion.
