Very rude service. Saw the clerk pick his nose & eat it. Take your money elsewhere!

Never coming here again,I was told that the person in my ID photo was not me. Then asked for 2 more forms of ID and when he finally realized I was 23 I paid with my 21 year old wifes card who wasnt therewith me, So since my name wasnt on the card they threatened to ca polices and press charges for buying for a minor made me look like a criminal infant of the whole store and very rude and it was cluttered and nasty smelling inside these people are straight scum.

Im giving them 3 stars instead of 5 ONLY because they have EVERY SINGLE THING YOU NEED! AND so many helpful people working there. BUT the people they do have working there have ZERO PERSONALITY to be there. No smiling its like they hate their jobs. They are helpful but they just dont seem HWPPY at all. Makes it very awkward for a liquor store.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Carrying everything from champagne to grain alcohol☺Good wine selection and if you hurry they still have egg nog!! 😋

Totally agree with all the negative comments here about poor customer service . The chubby guy with glasses is probably one of the surliest employees at a store Ive ever met, no smile and you always feel like youre bothering him and yes he was on the phone when I came in. His t shirt wardrobe is extensive though. I give it two stars for the comedic relief.

Never open on time

Convenient location. When I dont feel like going all the way down to Total Wine which is not that far, I like to come here for something especially when its the holidays and not much else is open but I really need to entertain some family or friends or guest at my home. They dont have a whole lot but they do have what you need most of the time especially if you just need something to give as a gift or bring to a family or friends house on your way somewhere. It is a tiny little shop so dont expect all that much.

There is almost always a shady character hanging out front of this store.

The two times I’ve visited here I’ve received the poorest customer service ever. I only went back out of PURE convenience. I will travel out of my way next time for a sales rep with, at the very least, a smile on their face. Both men behind the counter seemed annoyed I was even present. While I was checking out, I overheard one of the men (clerks, owners who knows) get frustrated for a mere call asking about a product. Beware potential callers or buyers.

Id give zero stars if I could. Always feel as if its a nuisance to come into to this place and buy your products. Your rude, unappreciative, and have no personalities. Not the right way to run a business. I work in hospitality just saying. Seems to be a bunch of butt hurt old gay guys running the joint. Good luck ill take my money where its appricated!!

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive come across in this industry..Generally still appalled by the guy working on 7/4/17 he asked for ID followed with Birth date, and then moved on to asking what my address was.. When I said that address isnt correct I just moved he refused to do the transaction. He was flat out rude and generally acted bothered that he had customers in the store.... like we were wasting his time.I asked for a corporate or management number and he referred me to the number on the front of the door. I call standing the store and the lovely gentleman picks up. I asked so you dont have management ? and he refused to give me a contact number.Gladly took my business else where.

Closes kinda early but it becomes a dead plaza, otherwise great people, decent prices for around the corner.
