We own two Luxe golf carts and are very pleased. The speed and handling characteristics are far superior to any other carts I have driven. They are so much better than other golf carts it makes it hard to play different golf courses and drive there carts.Both carts had minor electrical problems that were fixed with in a day.Things can go wrong! Luxe service has come to our home with-in a day to make repairs. This has happened only once with a shock absorber. Fixed the next day.We live in Toscana and drive our carts every day. It is like the difference between driving a beat up 1964 VW bug and a new BMW. That much!I would recommend the lithium batteries.They do cost! You have to pay to play?Craig and Tina Harris

DO NOT BUY A GOLF CART FROM LUXE !! THIS COMPANY HAS NO QUALITY CONTROL. THE OWNER MICHEAL BERK IS NOT AN HONEST PERSON. WE WENT THROUGH 2 GOLF CARTS IN A 4 MONTH PERIOD. OUR FIRST CART WE BOUGHT WAS TOWED BY OUR COUNTRY CLUB THREE TIME BECAUSE IT WAS A PIECE OF JUNK. THEY SOLD US A CART THAT WAS SUPPOSABLY 1 YEAR OLD, AND THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY OWNED BY THE PRESIDENT OF PGA WEST. BUT WE LATER FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS MUCH MUCH OLDER .... IT WAS ABOUT 10-13 YEARS OLD AND THE PGA PRESIDENT DID NOT OWN THE CART. WE BOUGHT ANOTHER REFURBISHED GOLF CART PAYING MORE MONEY. AND IT TOO WAS A PIECE OF JUNK. THE CART WE BOUGHT THE SECOND TIME AROUND HAD NO LUG NUTS ON THE WHEEL AND OUR WHEEL WENT FLYING OFF WHILE WE WERE DRIVING THE CART. I ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL. WE NOTIFIED JASON WEIR, THEIR SALESMAN, AND HE TOLD US HE NOTIFIED MIKE WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS. ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS COLLECTING MONEY! WE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND IT TOOK OVER SIX WEEKS. MIKE IS A TOTAL LIAR! HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. LOOK UP MIKE IN NEWPORT BEACH WHEN HE SOLD YACHTS. DONT BUY A CART FROM THIS COMPANY.
