Made 3 different appointment to pick up my golf cart and they never called or showed up!

This was the first time I used CSI. I called them for an estimate on 4 new tires. I spoke with Ernie and he gave me an excellent price as I had called two other places prior to calling CSI. They picked up the cart the same day. The woman who picked it up was professional and personable just like Ernie. When I asked about an annual service she gave me the price. I called CSI and they added it to the cost. The next day, in the morning, Ernie called to tell me the cart was ready. They returned the cart looking brand new. It was spotless! The service and people are superb. I will use them annually without hesitation. Excellent company in every respect!

I bought a golf cart from them less than two years ago paid $1000 the paint is chipping and they refused to fix it they wanted me to pay $1500 to have it fixed I do not recommend purchasing a golf cart from them hi how

I was 2500 miles from CSI and my friend called to say a tire had blown out on our shared EZGO. I had known it needed tires. Ernie at CSI handled new tires, an annual service, pick up and delivery all with just a call. We could not be more pleased with CSI. SERVICE is its middle name.WDM

Purchased a cart from Stan. His knowledge is extensive and I found him to be extremely fair in his dealings. His word is good, he does what he says he will do and his pricing is very reasonable.The staff are very friendly. Pick up and delivery are on time.The inside of the shop is so clean and organized, it is hard to believe.If you are looking for a cart or wishing to have an older one repaired, I recommend you visit CSI before you commit to any other dealer in the valley.

Rented a golf cart which was easy. Stans very knowledgeable and all employees were accommodating. Decided to buy my cart there as well. Very pleased. Thanks guys!

This guy, Stan, does not know what he is doing. He replaced the hand brake on our golf cart, and forgot to add an important part in order for it to work properly. He replaced our batteries and charged us $200 to $300 more than his competition would charge. He wadded the stereo wires up underneath the golf cart. The iPod would no longer work. He said he would come out and look at it. He never did, so he doesnt keep his word. He is incompetent and expensive. Find someone else to work on your golf cart.

Always the best service

Bought four used tires for my old golf cart and was told they were in good shape. I then left town for two months and when I got back I found two were flat. I pumped them up and they were flat again the next morning so I brought them back to CSI for repair. Stan, the owner, wouldnt repair them, and his uncaring attitude really shocked me.I took them home, pumped them up and put them in a tub of water to discover they were both leaking around the bead. One bead had been torn when CSI mounted it on my wheel, and the other just needed bead sealer, which I could tell wasnt used when they mounted the tires. It wouldve taken CSI only a few minutes to diagnose and fix this for me if they gave a darn about customer service after the sale, but I discovered they dont.Ill be replacing my old cart in a couple years and my brother is moving down here in a few months and will be buying a cart. We both would have shopped CSI, but this really uncaring, company-first lack of customer service has permanently closed that door. I live on a golf course here in the desert, and Ill make sure to let people know to avoid CSI.

Took my golf cart in to have a battery indicator installed so that I could tell when the batteries were low. He charged me$120.00. Thought it was a good deal. The charger indicator has never worked since I got it.Went back to see about getting a new one. No One at the store even though it was only 11 a.m. and the store was supose to be open.Before warned. Went back a second time. This time Stan the Owner was there and promised to fix the gauge for free under warranty. Next 7 weeks He stalled, ie new meter wasnt in, Order didnt come with meter and finally Xmass and New Years as well as moving to new location on Beacon Hill.NOW HE WANTS $75.00 FOR PICK UP AND DELIVERY AND $120.00 TO INSTALL NEW METER. WARNING WARNING. Ive told this story to others who have also complaints against Stan. His word means nothing, gert it in writing and check other places before using him.

By far the worst experience with a business evernot just golf carts but any businesswas promised delivery of repairs for days at a timeand work was not complete two different timesnor was it of any quality for the money spentwas sold a second for my wife that had no brakeswas then promised a second cart and Stanthe owner after promising to mesold it to someone elsebad bad place to do businessrip off
