Very positive experience 100%. This is not the same Royal Oaks of the past.... with that being said we were hesitant.. I must say that from the first contact with them to the close of the sale was the easiest less stressful car deal we have made. Jeff Carty was our sales person, he was friendly and easy to talk with and went to work for us on our purchase. Chad looked over our trade, he was friendly and respectful. Randy the guy most dread were you sign the papers and normally they push warranty and carpet protection and paint protection was easy to talk with and in no way pushy. Everyone we had contact with was nice. I feel we made a good deal and came away from it with a feeling that they really wanted our business and was truly trying to make us happy. Great customer service the way it should be. Hopefully they keep it up and continue with our future deals and service with them.

They helped me finance my new SUV with no down payment and even paid the lean on my car. Joe karanja was so helpful and made sure we got to test drive several vehicles so I could find the perfect vehicle for me. I love the service and my new vehicle. Kindly disappointed we stood in line for hrs for a piece of candy I really figured that this was gonna be a big deal it was way to cold for all the small babies and children whom were very cold waiting in a line forever, for a small piece of candy from each small table probably ended the night with maybe 10 pieces of candy !!!they also were cooking food the lines were 3 to 4 people wide and the line was endless we didnt get anything to eat I dont want y to sound ungrateful and Im not just expected a great time 🎃🎈⭐⭐⭐THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR GENEROSITY ON HALLOWEEN GODS BLESSINGS TO ALL WHOM WORKED HARD TO PUT THIS ON.😵🎉

As always, the team was courteous, greeting me on my arrival and immediately checking me in. Was just for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to call when the truck was ready, and only took about an hour. My only complaint is in the past my vehicle was always washed, and the time was not. Didnt realize that until I had left so didnt have the chance to ask why. Otherwise, great service.

First off, Ive got every warranty that was offered for my vehicle and it took over 2.5 weeks to fix simple repairs as well as getting charged for something the dealership never provided like locking lug nuts that had to be taken off and then again charged me for as well as getting a rental seemed impossible cause I needed same vehicle rental as the one I own and enterprise was rude as well with me for that. Terrible service and would recommend to anyone as well as buy another Chevy after this experience 100% displeased

It was wonderful experience. In less thn 30 min they had me approved over the phone. I live a hour and a half away and they waited on me to get there. Bought a used car from them and had a repair bill for $1700 within the first 200 miles. I was told it was sold as is with no warranty. I tried to reach out to them just to see if they would help make it right in any way. Their only offer was that they could take it in on trade for less than what i gave them for it 2 weeks ago. (Why would I ever buy another car from them?) Since there was no warranty i cant expect them to do anything but these people definitely arent going to go above and beyond for you in any way like ive had dealerships do in the past. I would stay far far away from these jokers.

Our truck broke down on I-24 in Paducah KY. We were towed to Royal Oaks Chevy by Lents Towing. We had called and talked to Eric in the service department, he was great! Eric made sure their best diesel mechanic worked on our truck he also expedited the repair as we are on our way to a wedding and now we will make it. We highly recommend Royal Oaks chevy‼️

Since buying our Malibu at Royal Oaks we have had all of our service work done there. Trying to keep our part of the lifetime drive train warranty.  You were quick to try and service the brakes when they didnt need replacing but failed to warn us about the milage limitation on transmission fluid. This nullified the warranty. Our auto purchases from now on will be elsewhere.

The prices were about twice what they should’ve been and they charge $140 on top of the repairs just to diagnose. Then they did the repairs and I got my car back and the brakes weren’t working, they said it wasn’t their fault, which is possible, but then I was stuck having them do the work at twice the price or more because I couldn’t get my car anywhere else without brakes. They didn’t offer me any kind of deal or break in the price even though my brakes were working perfectly when I brought the vehicle in, They said it was just a coincidence that it broke at that time and I paid $400 for a little metal brake line that was easily accessible, on top of paying $1100 to replace a water pump and two fan belts, the prices are just ridiculous, but I was stuck.

I booked my appointment online the day before. It was confirmed later that day with a call from the dealership. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Eric and about an hour later I was at the cashiers window. To top it off, they washed my car.This was my second visit. Both experiences were top-shelf!

I noticed on Thursday evening that I had just eclipsed 5000 miles since my last oil change. So, I got on the MyChevroley app to schedule service. I scheduled and oil change and multi-point inspection for 11:00 the following day. Friday morning I get a call from the dealership (Royal Oaks) asking me to reschedule due to the app not taking into account other appointments (which if is truly the case then someone should definitely fix). Luckily, I dont work on Fridays so it wasnt an issue to reschedule to a later time. I showed up at 1:45 for a 2:00 appt and was greeted by Paul. He always is very helpful. He got me checked in and verified what exactly I did and didnt need done (I dont get a wash or rotate tires b/c I do that myself regularly). I usually choose to just wait on my vehicle so I sat down in the lounge for a bit and before long they were calling me back up to the desk because my truck was finished. So, overall very satisfied. This isnt the first time the app has given me an appointment that rly wasnt available tho, so I do think that should be looked into. Thanks, I will be back again in a couple of months.

Went to the dealership to replace the passenger side door handle that was broke on my Tahoe. The dealership said the Tahoe had a recall on the passenger side air bad as well. They replaced the door handle with no issues, but when they replaced the air bag multiple scratches occurred on the Tahoe’s dashboard. I saw this when I got into the Tahoe and questioned the dealership about it. They said the Service Tech had done it during the air bag replace by sitting the air bag there. Dealership didn’t say what they can do to fix it but said they would contact GM??? Don’t know what that means exactly. Think it is sad that a Service Tech doesn’t understand not to scratch someone’s dashboard while doing work.

I had a check engine light come on during my vacation. I called 15-20 automotive repair shops and they were booked solid for a week. I finally called Royal Oaks and even though they were fully booked they understood my predicament and got me in to service my Ford Raptor. Eric and the whole team were extremely courteous and even arranged to pick me up from Lowertown when I was finished with lunch. This is his car dealerships should treat their customers!

2018 Chevy Silverado - Warranty Transmission IssuesMy vehicle was dropped off for service on August 25th, 2021.My vehicle was diagnosed on September 15th, 2021.My vehicle was repaired and released on September 24th, 2021.The original estimate on diagnosis and repair was eight (8) business days. The result was the absence of my vehicle for thirty (30) days.Communication from the service department was disappointing. Zero proactive updates. I placed a total of thirteen (13) calls to the dealership over the thirty (30) days that the vehicle was in the possession of Royal Oaks (the Dealership). For eleven (11) of the calls, I was told by the service associate that they were not aware of the status. Each time, I was placed on hold and each time, after waiting several minutes, I was informed that I would get a call back. My call was returned three (3) times out of the eleven (11) attempts. During the remaining two (2) calls, I was given an update directly by the service associate.I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has put a strain on dealerships (availability of part, staffing concerns, etc.), but I feel it necessary to voice my concern over the lack of empathy and absence of proactive communications which lead to a situation wherein I was left without my vehicle or a rental vehicle for thirty (30) days.I am not angry, but I am deeply disappointed with the finger pointing that followed with respect to support during the repair process. The dealership told me several times to reach out to GM corporate for assistance and help. In reaching out to GM corporate, I was told multiple times that no warranty ticket had been logged and that I had to wait until this occurred in order to receive assistance.Please know that I appreciate my vehicle being repaired, but please consider that when my vehicle broke down, I was 583 miles from home. When my vehicle was repaired, I was 583 miles from my truck. I was from out of town, out of state. After calling at least 3 different auto shops, a relative recommended Royal Oaks Chevrolet Cadillac. I spoke with Barbara and she said “Bring your car in and we’ll get you fixed up.” They found that the problem was a bad air conditioner compressor. They were able to get the parts locally and get us back, up and running cool again. All in the same day. Thank you Barbara and all the team at Royal Oaks.

Spent 5 hours waiting plus to top it off they spilled oil on top of my airbox lid, not that big of a deal if they had done a rush 15min oil change like express lube but it was 5 hours and express lube doesnt spill oil in my engine bay....very unsatisfactory....

June 11th my friends and I were taking a couples trip to the smoky mountains. My car completely broke down on us in Paducah, KY. Got towed to an mechanic and my car was basically totalled and we were stranded! No rental cars available for a week at least. So I decided to just buy a car. Called Royal oaks and Julia Tanner went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs and help me find the perfect car! The entire staff was actually Amazing and super friendly! Total scam artist . Made appointment to get oil change and inside door handles fixed . On the phone call to make the appointment never was I told we will have to diagnose the door handle issue . was told confirmed fix handles and change oil. when I get there Im informed that they will charge me $140 to look at my door handles, then they come back and tell me sorry that part is discontinued you will have to find doors at a junk yard or buy them new from us for $2000 . thats a scam, they knew that part wasnt made anymore when I made the appointment . any self-respecting business would check that they have the part to fix your car before telling you sure bring it in . they 100% ripped me off for $140 on top of the other work they did on the car ! horrible Iv been a Chevy guy my whole life but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the company .

So it was just for a 40 min recall I dropped off at 7:20 needed it back by 12Got a call Abt the recall around 8. Then never heard anything till 12 I called the service advisor had to go check on it waited on the phone for 10 or 15 mins found out that they had not even started on it so he got a tech to do it then got a call at 1 pm that it was ready to go then when checked out they said your car should be right out side this door and it wasnt so then a different service advisor Paul huckleberry helped me we walked around then to the back where my car was so to be honest I dont know if it was done or not bc it was still in the back behind the shopBut Paul wasnt even my advisor and was kind enough to help me. Spoke with the Service Manager but he felt that his people weren’t responsible and that it was on our end. This was the first time I used the shuttle service and had to leave my car. Setting the appointment up was easy she was super polite and she arranged everything. Once I got there I didn’t even wait 5 mins and someone came to drive me back to work. I was able to make the payment over the phone which made it easier for me. After work I was dropped off to my car and “Storm “ was all cleaned up and ready to go. I always enjoy my visits, everyone is so nice and polite. No issue during service 5/5(oil change, filter, tire rotation). 5/6 After service I discovered oil leaking from my oil filter on my driveway. Upon calling I requested truck to be fixed, oil cleaned from under my truck, oil cleaned from my driveway (approx 1 quart), and either a loaner or rental. We were actually packing for a trip out of town when I discovered oil leak, hence needing another vehicle. We had an appointment at 4:30pm to be in Jonesboro, AR today 5/6. They fixed my truck, gave a free oil change next time, and said they will be out tomorrow 5/7 to clean my driveway. I really feel like 50% effort was put into trying to fix this issue. With us being a one vehicle family I was at the mercy of royal oaks to get us to our appointment. I was made aware of loaners not going out of state and I understand. Yet the service manager did mention getting a rental. When service showed up at my house to inspect the issue they might of well said this is all we are doing and you can deal with it. No rental was made for us, delaying us and not making our appointment by having to wait on my truck to be fixed. This is not fair that we had to suffer and miss our appointments when service wasn’t completed correctly to begin with.

I recently purchased a bad vehicle from Autonomics AutoSales in Lexington, KY. Not even 5 full days owning this vehicle I’m having to tow it to the Chevy service center nearby because it’s overheating. Come to find out the oil cooler has failed and a few coolant lines need replacing. As devastated as I was, Service Advisor Paul really helped me stay as calm as I could and was very genuine. I could tell that he cared and was sorry for my misfortune. I’m grateful for their kindness, and will be turning to them in the future for any maintenance needs.

I tried 2 dealerships before royal oaks . Royal Oaks was the first one that would take my order for my 2021 corvette because of the long wait. The car arrived on a weekend and they only had my office number . The management made a 25 mile drive to my home to try to get in touch. I think that was above and beyond. I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation which after two hours and 15 minutes they finally came out to tell me that I needed to change the filter in the cabin of the truck and also that there was a nail in the tire. That length of time was absolutely unacceptable, only to come and try to sell me things I can buy for half as much. Once we got home we realized the tire rotation never even happened. I will not be going back to this dealership!

The Rock-Royal Oaks Chevy dealers staff were great. They took our emergency problem in right away and did the diagnostic check to make sure our truck was working correctly. It turned out to be our 5th wheel not the chevy truck. They provided the kind of service that makes you glad you bought a chevrolet truck. I give them an A+.

I do strongly believe that Cadillac and Dealer should have covered cost for recent repair, reattachment of drain hose to sunroof drain spout, because this problem was most likely caused by warranty repair performed earlier to defective sunroof. Dealer has probably lost a Loyal customer.

Julia Tanner provided great customer service to my wife and I. We purchased a 2020 Chevy Trail Boss and the 2020 Chevy Traverse. We couldn’t believe how simple the process was to make the purchases, our number one concern was the stress that comes with finding the right vehicles then looking through all the mud making sure this is the right deal. If I could of put a zero I would of. DONT do business with this company. The people are rude, they jack up their prices, refuse to show you a car fax. We was told they dont have to. Then you get told you can buy this vehicle for $24,000 plus taxes title and license. Then to get told they are adding on another $4,000 just cause it would sell for more. So you lied, its now $28,000 plus everything else. So now you tell us $32,000 for a vehicle that books for25,000.

Absolutely do not even drive on the lot at this place. While the sales staff is usually helpful and professional, thats where it ends. The service youll receive after you but a vehicle will literally cost you more then the vehicle. Everyone in the service department will lie straight to your face. The fees they come up with are astronomical, and without reason. And double and triple what the other local chevy dealerships charge. I was charged for tire rotation everytime I had my oil changed... But my tires stayed in the same place they were installed in I was told my alignment was great, then I had a tire break a belt on the inside edge because they were never actually rotating them, or aligning the front end. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away.

Royal Oaks went above and beyond to help me get the car that I needed. I have a severe breathing problem and on oxygen and my salesman did everything he could on the phone. Then he helped get the car to me and brought all the paperwork for me to sign right at my home. Excellent sales. Would go there again for my next purchase. Awesome Place

I bought a 2006 BMW 325ci convertible from Dustin and I can say that he was very helpful throughout the process. The only thing that I can say that is negative is that everything that was wrong with the vehicle wasnt disclosed (I bought the car sight unseen). Im satisfied with the purchase but in the future I will be a little more cautious when buying a used car from Royal Oaks.
