I really like the price I paid, I like the service and speed I received. The gentlemen I spoke with were well mannered, helpful, and did a good job taking care of me. With that said I cant believe the shop didnt put mats down, I want to state my car was dirty since I hadnt cleaned it lately it was in the plans after having work performed but when I say dirty let me clarify- I meant it just needed a vacuuming and wipe down. My dirty is a lazy persons clean but there definitely wasnt grease in my carpet and on side kicker panels. I was raised with the commonality of respect for my personal belongings as well as others and especially when I paid 33k for a family van just a few years ago!I would also like to state that they had my van twice this week, the first time they did dirty it up on the kicker panels but it wasnt on the carpet and I chose not to say anything because I knew I could easily wipe that off safely, but today I had to send my wife and she brought it home and showed me how much worse it looked. I dont know what Im going to do about it yet but the thought I had plans of later trading it towards a new vehicle and the grease or oil thats in the carpet could degrade the price if it cant properly be cleaned and removed, and then with the beautiful gas prices, a possible 3rd trip back down and have to wait again doesnt sound idealistic either...

To ensure I would make it to my final destination, he allowed me to divert my travels to his location so they could ensure there were no leaks with my brake fluid or other damage or issues to prevent me from safely completing my journey to Tennessee. Absolutely NOT ! I have prayed about making this post . We bought our Jeep under the impression they did the “ most thorough checks “ on their vehicles . This jeep was almost 30k and as a firefighter family the most expensive vehicle we have purchased to date . We were so excited . Problems started week two . We tried to fix on our own bc we are not a family to complain but our mechanic could not figure out why the Jeep was very dangerously jumping RPMS . Contacted them to let them know we tried to fix on our own but the problems were still there and they requested us drive from Nashville to paducah . Explained it was not safe to drive that far and we have basically been told since we did not purchase the “ extended warranty “ . We bought this car based on the word of the dealership . We are now hundreds of dollars in fees trying to correct ALL of the issues going on ( there are SEVERAL ) and hundreds of dollars in rental fees bc as a FD family we have to had two cars while he is on shift 24 hours . I have cried all day and prayed hard about sharing this but we don’t treat people like this and I don’t believe any one else should ever be treated like we have. We were sold a complete lemon for almost 30k under a false pretense that they “ check their stuff “ and once we let them know it was constantly redirected towards us and what we did wrong . All we did was trust their word and spend almost 30k at their dealership for a completely NON safe un drivable car. I have videos showing the problems and the texts convincing us how “ checked out and good it was “ before the purchase . I pray this business learns to treat people better in the future .

Just terrible experience! Came to get a recall done on my Charger left with the wrong oil in my car!! No accountability. Had to call the police to get paperwork because they evidently don’t want to give out receipts. The General Manager has zero customer service skills and majority of the employees follow suit! I would NOT recommend having Anything done here unless you want to wait all day to cost you more money later. Pitiful Service.Asked to speak to the owner and evidently you’re Not allowed to talk to him! You have Gota try to catch him at the other car lots due to their cat & mouse games!!

This place has been nothing but a hassle trying to get my 2014 Jeep Wrangler running right it only has 60,000 miles they have done repairs then get back two weeks later after they said would take one day then notice oil leak and have proof where it said they changed the oil and oil filter and now they ask me to pay 866$ to repair the oil housing that was stripped out they said by whoever changed my oil last I even called the main headquarters and they told me they should try to at least work with me since I have all the documentation but I can’t even get a response from them !

I had lost my set of van keys. We had purchased extended warranty with coverage for lost key. They were so nice and friendly. I got my key replaced easily. They were prompt and their courtesy was above and beyond. There was someone checking on you in the waiting area that was comfortable and had a television. They offered free drinks, water, coffee and a variety of sodas. They really care about their customers.

They really went above and beyond to solve my problem AND treated me right when it would have been really easy to take advantage of me and the situation. Nice car dealership! They have a great selection for new cars, but used cars are usually either program cars or nothing special cars. But still sometimes they have a few that come up! Always a great place to stop and look at all the vehicles!

Even though they were short handed and backed up for a week and a half they got my warranty work in and done in 4 days!

You know that feeling you get when something is not right, but you cant put your finger on it! Thats Linwood Motors. Prior to this service visit I had the tires rotated, oil changed and 16 polnt check-up. Everything was fine and no suggestions or required service needed. This time they pointed out things that needed to be done that was to be suggested last service. If not for the warranty I would be looking someplace else for service, I do not trust Linwood Motors.

I was greeted warmly in the service department, shown to the lounge and offered sodas, water and coffee. Then, in short order, my car was ready. I barely had time to enjoy the free WiFi.

I was treated as if I was the most important person in the store. Parts person gave great service. If you are lucky to have a Chrysler, bring it here.

I absolutely LOVE my SUV that I bought from LMP. (Ive bought several cars from them in the past, all have been great) The pricing was extremely fair and competative, the sales staff is helpul, and their service department is the best.

We have purchased multiple vehicles from both the metropolis and paducah locations and although most experienced have been good the most recent has been horrible. The customer service of standing with customer is awful. Had an incident happen with a new Hyundai of my daughters and they have basically stepped back and said not their problem. Although Kevin has attempted to be somewhat helpful I feel like we have just been pushed aside when we should be receiving guidance with the issue. And to top matters off the salesman whom sold my daughter the car I feel took total advantage of a 19year old with an awesome credit score and helped her get financed $10,000 over the value of the car she purchased. What happened to people being honest and having a good conscience? Will NEVER buy from them again. Will drive all the way to Murray for our next Ram purchase for sure.

We had a wonderful experience when we bought our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country S van at Linwood in May of 2015. The sales and finance staff were very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The sales staff went out of their way to demonstrate all the bells and whistles on our first smart car. My wife has been driving a 2006 Ford Fusion and a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer so we were slightly intimidated by all of the new things on this van. We had never owned a vehicle that was this loaded with all the extras like navigation system, back up camera, etc..but they took the time to show us how everything works. We like this vehicle more than anything weve ever owned. Rides and drives like a dream, stow and go seating is awesome and easy. Its all good !!! The only downside is if you want a spare tire, it is an option. Had never seen a new vehicle that didnt come with a spare as a standard feature and the optional spare is EXPENSIVE !!!! Overall though, it is one heck of a ride ! Thanks Linwood !

Wost customer service iv ever seen!! They are rude and very unprofessional. Iv got a vehicle there for a recall and every time im in there I get this rude kid... and my rental car was filthy inside and out and they tried to charge me for cleaning cause the previous renter smoked in it plus I had to make a unwanted trip there cause my rental had a recall...not suprising! After my car is fixed I will never go back Id rather drive 100 miles for a oil change then go to Linwood Motors!!!

Test drove a ford f350 with a friend it was low on fluids told manager and he said we drain them while we test drove it even the. After test drive I parked it and went to see if it would restart it didnt. Manger came out and yell at us saying we messed his truck up.but they only had owned it for 2 days and barely knew anything about it. Then we was acussed of making it not start very unprofessional. Jacob was very very disrespectful to my friend and I wont buy a thing from them

Love to bring my vehicle for repairs, nice & quiet atmosphere, receptionist customer service is great. Workers get right on your vehicle & usually not a long wait to get your vehicle fixed & ready to go.

Our daughter had a problem with her Dodge charger. A part came apart, during a normal oil change. No ones fault. The dealership service manager, had the part changed. No charge for the oil change, no labor charge for replacing the part, and split the cost of the part. All in all a problem handled very fairly and professionally. Thank you.

I drove 3 hours from St. Louis to purchase a 2012 Infiniti QX56 with 53,000. I talked to Dave about the vehicle over text, and he was less than a pleasure to talk too. This should have been my first red flag. I asked some very specific questions, cause I do have a high standard when it comes to my vehicles. I asked if there were any: dings, dents, or scratches. The response, It is a used vehicles and has a few scratches. I drove down Friday night and stopped by to look at the vehicle and it was disappointing to say the least. The drivers door sill was missing about a foot of paint and it was down to the bare metal. The rear bumper was severely scratched and the metal insert on top of the bump was dented. It looks like someone backed into a pole. The bumper needed to be repainted. The rear fender flairs were both coming off the vehicle. There were so many dents I stopped counting. The rear center console cup holder cover was broken. It looked like someone through acid on the passenger side rear wheel, because of the big white spot. This dealership is a big waste of time, and the General Manager Kliff Kester needs to re-evaluate his staff and take some classes on customer service. This isnt the first review written about a bad experience with this dealership and I am sure it wont be the last. This was the worst experience with a dealership in all of my years of buying cars.

I highly recommend Tim Hopwood. I had a very pleasant and unique experience. Tim took the time and put in alot of effort to make sure i went home satisfied. He is funny and makes purchasing a new vehicle easy. He is a dedicated employee that linwood should be proud of!

On 11/9/18 we went in looking for a used Hyundai Sonata. Found one we liked that was equal to one we liked Perkins (same price, miles, options, ect). We told The salesman Hoppy about 2 previous bad experience we had when it was Park Ave (worst I have ever had buying a car)and Linwood (bait and switch on prices). and he kept asking what they could do to gain my trust back make a deal. I told him give me a better price. He came back with $125 less on the price and explained how much money they invest in a car and how the competition does nothing. I told him for that little I would buy from Perkins since I had done business with them before and left. Went to Perkins and started finalizing the deal.Hoppy called me less than 30 minutes later asking if I had bought the car. I told him we had and were finishing the last of the paperwork and he said they would take $2500 less for the car. I told him it was to late.The salesman at Perkins heard this and told me if they would sell for that price I should go buy it and he would do away with the paperwork (including loan paperwork). When I called Linwood I was told by another salesman the car was sold for the price I was quoted, so I bought from Perkins. I saw the car on the lot the next day and texted Hoppy he said it was sold and customer had left a deposit. AS OF 11/16/19 THE CAR IS STILL ON THE LOT. He had no intention of selling for the price he told me. He just wanted to get me back so he could try a high pressure sale of yet another bait and switch. What he didnt know was I was going to buy a second car next month and would have bought the one he had for sale.This answer Hoppys question about gaining my trust. This must be common practice at Lyingwoodssince 2 separate salesmen told the same lie. I will never set foot on any lot owned by Linwood again and will make a point of telling everyone I know to NEVER GO THERE.I am sure Linwoods will say they had the car sold but the financing feel through just like they did the last time to me.
