Good loxation, good coffee

This is what I got a almost empty dirty cup with hair, never going here again.

This location is going down hill. I placed an order and it took them 5 minutes to start my drink until I asked her to. It was not busy at all. One was taking another order and the other was walking around and watching me stand there. I had to ask her to make my drink. Another girl has a attitude issue. I placed a mobile order and came in 15 minutes later to see my drink wasn’t made. The girl with the faux locks said they were out of cold brew, I didn’t order anything with a cold brew. She caught an attitude with me because she didn’t read and comprehend the correct drink on the sticker.

My go too for any kind of fun drinks and coffee. Im Autistic and Kelly is a sweetheart. She did my order correctly and this place is known for being so nice. I love that I can show them a picture with the recipe I want and they can do it all with minimum words!! This is my favorite Starbucks and I love all the staff! Cant wait to try new drinks!

The products and service were above board...Staff were fast, efficient and above all - friendly (even during these mask wearing days). Reckon the only concern is the patrons who choose to park in the fire lanes, facing any old direction and then motoring off in haste. There is ample marked parking.

This location is excellent. They are usually early with app orders, they notify you when it is ready, they are always kind and very helpful.

Groffs Mills Dr, Owings Mills location is the best in the area. Perfect coffee/beverage EVERY time unlike the St. Thomas location who have consistently missed obvious ingredients like sweet cream from a sweet cream nitro brew or just forget your drink altogether. Needless to say I no longer go there. Groffs location doesnt miss a beat and now I go out of my way to get my FABULOUS coffees and beverages! I also feel the need to tip because not only do they make great drinks theyre also very knowledgeable of the menu, poliet and very welcoming. GREAT JOB👍❗

I dont go to Starbucks often, but when I do - this is The Starbucks For Me™. Some of the coolest employees Ive ever had the pleasure to meet are ready to make your drinks and sure to brighten your day. Fantastic music selection (with some live accompaniment from the talented staff if youre lucky 😉) and a lovely view of the Owings Mills hills make for a one-of-a-kind atmosphere and experience. Well worth a visit, or two or three!

I was appalled that I had a 20 minute wait for two drinks in a nearly empty store. What is the malfunction here?

Horrible wait time and coffee made me stick, not using Starbucks anymore

Worse service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks! I’ve tried this location 5 times hoping it will get better but it never does and today was my final visit. I love Starbucks and this location is closest to my home but they NEVER get my mobile order correct or on time. Today I showed up 10 minutes after I ordered and still had to wait for my beverage. However my food was done so it was cold by the time my coffee(regular blonde coffee with honey and spinning milk) was ready. Once I arrived I waited another 10 minutes to receive my completed order. So that was 20 minutes to get a coffee. Defeats the purpose of a mobile order. I never have written a review but after today I felt the need to warn others that may use this location on their way to work. Don’t bother. Terrible!

This location is clean, pretty fast with orders, has kind staff, and is not too busy or crowded. Plenty of parking as well.

Wonderful location. No drive thru here but the staff is so friendly and efficient, worth walking in. I go to a lot of Starbucks locations but this one was extra special. J

I was there today at 9764 Groffs Mill Drive in Owings Mills at 3:45. Very nice duo. They were polite and very informative. Check your people Starbucks! Give them kudos! Wonderful experience.

Always an amazing experience

The baristas before pandemic were better. Ive been there 3 times lately. The first time I ordered a ginger drink very LITTLE ginger in. Then next time ordered a refresher with water not lemonade and got lemonade. The final time ordered frappuccino and it was 75% foam and no drink. They are really disappointing probably not going to that one again.

My fave in the area. Only because it’s convenient. They have their off days, but their good days outweigh them. I order on the app because the wait time can be a bit ridiculous. Still room for improvement

Clean... quiet and generally a good place to work. Though the coffee is still extremely over priced i enjoyed everything about being in Starbucks. I may take the time to do that at least once a week.

This is my go-to coffee place, even with two Dunkin stores closer to me. I love the rewards and the order ahead feature on the app. The staff are always friendly, patient (more patient than I could ever be!) and helpful. The store is wheelchair accessible, but they dont have an automatic door, but Ive frequently seen the staff assist customers with the door or with moving furniture.

This is the best Starbucks in the area. The management is outstanding. The baristas are very accommodating to different requests and make your order in a timely fashion. The customer service is exceptional. Please add a drive thru!! :)

Nice ambiance. Overpriced tea. The store at owings mill inside new town shopping center have 2 ripped cushions out of 3. I guess this store have a lot of human traffic but little to no maintenance in mind

Who doesnt love Starrbucks. Everything is delicious. Pricey but a great way to treat yourself. Beware its addictive.

The team here has been great for years. Tasha, the manager, runs a good store. Shes help make this location a great part of the New Town community.

Usually good, however this time I ordered the Ultra Caramel Frappuccino. It was mostly whipped cream and caramel. Practically no coffee. I was very disappointed.

This location has repeated made my coffee wrong on three different occasions. I places my order through the mobile app and I have to check my coffee before exiting because it’s not right. Going into the future I’ve decided I want be ordering at this location again. The associates aren’t very friendly and very impatient.

Always have amazing customer service here. Its great starting my day off at this Starbucks.

I keep visiting this location (only because it’s the closest to my job) in hopes that this time would be better than the last; and I am repeatedly disappointed. They tend to have no sense of urgency when making drinks during peak hours. And I’ve seen them make the drinks of their regular customers before those who first ordered. Waiting 10 minutes for your drink to finally be made only to find out that it’s incorrect is beyond frustrating. I think I’ve lost all hope for this location.

I came in for a white chocolate mocha frappucino and the almost made it as a creme frappucino until I caught it and corrected then the order was with coffee! They must be training new employees that day.

Love there refresher so do my kids. Also my husband does the iced and hot coffeed and loves to try differnt flavors.

Kids from the school come in and hang out take up seats buy nothing, so bad, they think they run the place.

I really want to like this Starbucks store but I’ve been burned one too many times. My nephew attends a tae kwon do class right next door so we can’t avoid the Starbucks especially when my niece insists we go in. The past 2-3 times I’ve gone in there’s usually a long line (which is not their fault) and everyone is always waiting. There doesn’t seem to be enough people working there so we just wait and wait and wait. I usually get a cold drink in the refrigerated section by the register and cake pops. However, I have to wait over 15 minutes for my cake pops when all they have to do is bag it. It’s frustrating especially when you have an impatient toddler who doesn’t understand why she doesn’t have her cake pop. There has to be a way to check the orders and prioritize items that can quickly be bagged and given to the customer.

Very slow. They ALWAYS get simple orders wrong. Not worth the trouble. ( simple order=no whipped cream)

Computers were down - got they were very generous and helpful. Internet was fast and the table area was clean.

The cashier made an honest mistake; I said “mocha” and they heard “green tea”. They gladly made me a mocha to replace it.

Was disappointed with the new cloud Macchiato.. 1/3 of my Venti cup was air and I paid $5.78. I wanted to return it but didnt feel like driving back. (The drinks in the photos were ordered while I was there.. later ordered the cloud to go)

They made my decaf, soy peppermint mocha perfect! I did not need to add anything to my drink. ☺

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. When I arrive Im usually just asked if I want a Venti or Grande. My drink is different and somewhat unusual, but the barristers do an excellent job of fixing my drink. I get kind of spoiled. If I venture to a Starbucks out of the neighborhood I have to tell the cashier what my drink is. Lol... I have to pause and think. Whats in my drink? Great job guys

I would give this a 5 BUT there are two barristas here that drag their feet and clearly hate their positions. Negativity is infectious. Jeremy is awesome!!!
