Store charged me twice the online advertised sale price for the exact same item (same item number) and refused to honor their advertisement. Supervisor was rude and told me I was welcome to order it online but they would be charging the store price. I will order online and return these items to the store. Then Im done with Hobby Lobby!

I love to go to hobby lobby thay have a lot of things for holidays,summer, for in door and outdoor for kids rooms and ever room in the house.

I love this store! They have just about everything a person would want or need for any hobbies or crafts they love to do! ... and they play very soft music over the intercom. Not head banging, loud and nasty music! It also has wonderful items to decorate your home!

Love Hobby Lobby! Always puts me in a festive mood. And it seems right now theyre the only craft store with colored paper cups for my daughters birthday this weekend so it was a win all the way for Hobby Lobby Owasso!

While I love the selection of merchandise, and the associates are always friendly and helpful, I won’t be doing much shopping here in the future. The cashier informed me that they no longer have coupons, so I checked to see if the item was available at Joann. Not only was it available, but also on sale for 30% off. When I asked if they price matched, the answer was no. I will gladly drive a little further to Michael’s or Joann where I can use a coupon if an item isnt on sale.

They always have great sales. Its easy to find an employee if you need help and everyone is so friendly!

I only boult 4 items.Total a little over 14.00.I was amost when it hit me the 14.00 could not be right.When I looked over my ticked .The dept.I shoped in had at least 3 signs on each side 50 percent off every intem in that dept.My items should have cost a little over 6.00. So now I have to back and see what happens.

Fantastic selection and excellent prices. You have to give them props for organization as well, things are super easy to find. Your best bet is to keep an eye out for their sales as they are usually really good and apply to a large number of items. Definitely a staple for home decor and crafts!

I’m a huge fan. I’m usually there once a week. However, Laura in the fabric department should clearly not be working there. She obviously hates her job. She followed me around the upholstery fabric and kept sighing because I unrolled the fabric to look at it. And when she cut my fabric she didn’t make any conversation and had to force out “have a nice day”. And this isn’t my first experience with her. She’s previously been at the register when I shop there and her personality is just as terrible. A manager really needs to talk with her about professionalism.

Went looking for Halloween decorations, but they carry nothing for Halloween, just Fall items.

I lost my receipt for the items i recently purchased and ended up no longer needing. When i went to return the items, the lady said she was only able to give me half price back. I was already aware i would be given a gift card, which was fine since i absolutely love everything in this store, but to only be given back half of what i had paid is irritating. Im not the most organized person, so if youre like i am and misplace your receipts, id advise to be 100% sure that you want or need whatever your purchasing. Once it leaves the store it depreciates 50%!!

I was late in returning to my friends car from looking for crafts so long that the next time he took me to a store I got left. 😂Lets just say it was my first time seeing the inside of a Hobby Lobby and I slipped in time and fell in love lmfao.

Soooo much ribbon! I needed to pick up some ribbon for the weekend and did not realize what I was getting myself in to. The staff was very helpful and I left with everything I needed.

If they dont have what you want, you can find what you need to make what you want. Mine was everything I needed to start making fly fishing lures... Including the parts to make all the lure holders and turners...Cost me a fraction of what mist fly fishermen would have paid....Hell yes!

Stock levels are good, staff are friendly but not too friendly where youre trying to get rid of them by zig-zagging through fixtures because they wont leave you alone. Good place, always prefer going here for craft supplies.

Bigger than our store in bartlesville. Nice big selection on vinyl. Other than that its basically the same as all hobby lobbys. Seemed newer and cleaner than most.

Its neat to walk around and look at all the crafty stuff after a meal at one of the nearby restaraunts.

I love going to hobby lobby, but this particular hobby lobby in Owasso is probably my favorite!! There is so much variety, and they seem to always be stocked with everything. I have never been disappointed when I come in there! The kids section is a personal favorite with my family, having little girls who love their crafts this is our (go-to) spot! I have recommended this specific hobby lobby to several friends and family members! The staff are awesome and very friendly and helpful too! I cant think of one negative thing about this store. :-)

Normally I am a shopper of the hobby lobby on 71st, but I go here when I am shopping for something with my fiance. My boo and I are rather independent, so we dont mind the fact that there were rather sparse employees that asked no questions, but I could see that being quite a problem for others. At the last time we were shopping, we were looking for a 1,000 piece puzzle and unfortunately nothing stood out to us, but this is nothing to say of the hobby lobby itself. There is always many fun things to look at while in store, so I never regret a visit. Just go there with something in mind and the will to find it yourself.

Like Country or the Beach? Find your decorative items here. They also sell material, lace, thread and everything for your sewing needs. Lots of fun toys for kids too. A wonderful store you need to visit. Employees are very friendly!

Hobby Lobby, it has great saving, throughout the month on different ideas. You can really save a bunch on your crafting supplies. From paper to fabric. You can even have a customized picture frame made. Owasso store is very organized and the music just puts me in a better mood, if Im having a bad day.

Great prices and location in Owasso. I love their large selection of Christmas decor. Ive bought at their after Christmas sale and they have really good buys.

This place does not understand customer service. Went in to purchase 4 identical frames and was told that two were more expensive than the rest simply because of when they were stocked. After standing in line for 20 minutes, I was instructed that I could get out of line to see if there were any of the cheaper priced frames still on the shelf but would have to then stand back in line for another 20 minutes. I have never seen such a ridiculous pricing practice and poor customer service.
