Purchased my first ever sneaker here and ever since then been showing up to buy limited edition sneakers and punch people over pairs of dunks. The staff WILL fight you but if youre proficient in english/youre from NY then you aight. Basically dont be Swedish and youll love this store. DO NOT BUY AT JD SPORTS

The worst service ever. One of the manager (a girl) and a staff who were in charge of the Jordan area are rude and uneducated. Today they yelled at me and my wife in front of many customers. I had to call the police to deal with them. Btw the black guy was nice, ask help from the black guy only in that area. Oh the rude staff was a bearded white guy. They are making bad reputation for footlocker image and sales. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

The empanadas dont look quite as you expect at Citrico. And thats because youve mostly come to know of South Americas hand pies through the lens of Melbournes (sorta) Argentinian and (kind of) Peruvian restaurants. Granted, they can be fried, baked, big, small.But here, all three versions (a traditional number featuring a fine mince of beef, olives, raisins and egg; a milder package, plump with juicy pulled pork and a vego version chunkily stuffed with salty potato, leek and cheese) are particularly sizeable and square-ish. On the side is a chunky vinegary salsa of finely diced onions, chilli and tomatoes, which some will recognise as Chiles calling card, pebre.Citrico is a little bit Chilean – the vision of owners Nan Kroll and her Chilean partner Julio Forteza. But theres also ceviche done in the manner youve come to know is from Peru, and things grilled on a parrilla, Argentinean-style. This makes sense when you learn the chef is Daniel Salcedo, who was formerly at Harley House and Piqueos, and originally hails from Lima.

This footlocker is fresh, offers nice items and has a very helpful friendly staff.

Dean at house of hoops provides oldschool American quality customer service. Left feeling great, even though we couldnt find what I was looking for.

One of the salespersons at the the Nike Air Jordans area was rude, impolite and arrogant. He undermined the customer, especially foreigners. We experienced an act of discrimination in Foot Locker store in regeringsgatan (at Gallerian Mall), in Stockholm, Sweden.My husband planned to buy a new pair of Nike Air JOrdan, so we went to the Foot Locker in regeringsgatan Stockholm, on 26 June 2017. We found 3 different shoes from the shelf, and were holding them to compare which shoes that wed like to take. Suddenly, came a bearded Foot Lockers salesman who grabbed the three shoes from our hand without saying anything nor asking for permission to take the three shoes from our hand, and did not offer any help, until my husband asked him what was the reason for him to take the three shoes from our hand, while we were still observing and comparing the three models. Then suddenly this salesperson got mad and yelled at us and said that this shop was his area, thus if we did not like him, then we should get out from his shop and should not buy anything from there. He called one of the managers, who was as rude as him, since this female manager also did not know how to act nicely to the customer. Both of them were arrogant, and ignoring their customers serious concern. With that kind of attitude, she should not be a manager, since she failed to show leadership in time of crisis, even make things worsened.The Foot Locker management must review this case, since it will bring negative impact on the image of the company. What a great way to lost a potential customer. Especially special review on the performance of the female manager who were on duty on 26 June 2017 and the abovementioned salesperson.We took this case seriously, since we believed that all customers must be treated equally and respectfully, regardless their skin colour. Kindly remind your employees to provide better service to the customer, since I saw many bad reviews on this shops level of service.

Noted that the concept of customer experience was mentioned by the writers here earlier. I visit various shopping centers and shops quite often and one thing is for sure my experience as a customer here at Foot Locker was actually embarrassingly bad I do not want to point anyone out so I am content to write embarrassingly as I experienced the situation. Information about social distancing covid 19 could be bigger and clearer but was complete.

Came to the store at 18:50, at the entrance an employee stood and said it was closed !? Youll close at 19:00, I replied. Hen then said yes, but we have to get everyone out by 19:00 It was not Corona max number in the store and some left when I stood there. If you close at 19:00, is that when you close for admission? Jaja .. there are more competent competitors so I go there instead 😄

I think I have found my place to go for shoes. Extremely knowledgeable staff and very nice outside ohh floor, however, felt sad to be served by a clerk on the phone. Which slowed down the experience a bit.

Be in and buy some clothes. Quite ok store, maybe a bit expensive when you can find the same products in other stores much cheaper. Located a bit into the Gallerian. Friendly and helpful staff.

Almost comically uninvolved staff. A very young girl who was most interested in her nails and appearance, lost my deal on 3000 bagis. But it was not just her but in general, when it was Easter there were plenty of tourists who just shook their heads and left.The funny thing is that just when I was about to leave, there was a guy in his 30s who I think was the store manager. This did not seem to understand any of what was happening.There is talk of customer experience today in retail. Well, here Foot Locker has a different one.

Great for the kids they explodes thoroughly, but with the heat it was almost unbearable to stay at the second level because one of the important climes not work. We made the birthday quickly because of that and everyone was soaked. Better to confirm that the climes markets before you go if no its not nice at all.
