I went in and got new icons for my batwolfs and my turbine rotors. The gentleman who assisted me was above and beyond helpful. Even when I was scatter brained and talking about 12 things at once he was on point and got me taken care of. Definitely would recommend this location

It’s always a pleasure to shop at the Overland Park Oakley store. Jeremy is always knowledgeable and helpful, in this particular visit with a warranty claim on my prescription glasses. I can’t say enough nice things about him and the service provided at this store.

I had a pair of M-Frames that I purchased in 2008. The nose piece kept falling off. I loved the glasses so I kept buying new nose pieces and they continued to fall off. Finally had enough so I called into the store and spoke with a representative who told me we can trade in an old pair and get 25% off purchase of a new pair. Had no idea but great idea by Oakley. It was time for an upgrade anyway. Went to the store same day and was greeted immediately by Patrece who is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted and how to obtain it. Customer service guru. Oakleys products are great but Patrece made everything so easy.

The black cashier lady was rude and disrespectful, no matter how nice we was she treated us like we was lower then her and walked all over us like we was a suspect. I severally hate this store and will post more about this in other social media websites.

Oakley apparel and items are always top quality and they tend to last. I own some shorts, socks, and sandals that are Oakley brand and they continue to last. The store is friendly and helpful and there is a 50% off sale at the end of the season.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Wish I could rate zero stars. I am a supervisor in a customer service field and I have to say, the customer service here is complete garbage. I went in to try and return a pair of glasses that, no lie, hurt my head right by my ears. The manager Jeremy, was very smugg...pulled out a cleaning cloth and proceeded to clean the glasses. Then he looks at them and says theres a scratch and he cant take them back. Well first off, there wasnt a single scratch on them prior to me walking in the store, but after he cleaned them, a scratch appears, which was barely even noticeable. I was visibly upset and he could have cared less. Basically, it is what it is and he wont do anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Needless to say, I have a $243 pair of glasses that I cant wear because they make my head hurt.

Pathetically poor customer service. Received new pair of fives squared, and right lens has waves in it, distorting the view. Customer service phone number has been useless, and the email is just as bad. Will no longer buy any Oakley or luxottica product. Bad experience.

I wear nothing but Oakley sunglasses. The staff at the Oak Park Mall are absolutely amazing. Jeremy has been working there for years and he really has a insightful advantage over the public. If you want it..he will locate what you are looking for.

I did an exchange and got a 40 dollar credit when I brought in a pair of old sunglasses for a new pair of Jupiters. Got a new pair a couple days ago for my birthday, so I went to return the new jupiters for a refund. I got my refund for the glasses just now, but the cashier was rude when I asked about the 40 dollar credit. When I asked if I could get a coupon for the old glasses I exchanged (which i knew I wasnt getting back anyways) she acted like i was nuts, basically. When i asked if this was on the exchange policy, she didnt have a good response and went around the question and said there was nothing they could do, rather than offer any sort of solution at all or sympathy. Didnt feel like starting an argument so I left. It wasnt good cutomer service and it could have gone a lot better. I come up there all the time whenever I need a new pair of sunglasses, but I Wont be coming back for a while.

BEST customer service, bought oakleys 4 months ago FROM sunglass hut, they fell apart. Came back to sunglass hut and they 1 refused to reprint my recipt for me, 2 could not repair them, 3 just offered half off a new pair even though they admitted it was manufacturing defect. So I took a picture of the screen showing I purchased 4 months ago with the SKU (which they refused to reprint) and headed to oakley.. The manager ar Oakley said that is TOTAL b.s. and immediately replaced my sunglasses.. bought approx 8 pairs from sunglass hut in the last year.. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!! Buying direct from Oakley store from here on

I went into the Oakley Store here at Overland Park at Oak Park Mall requesting repairs of my Oakley wire frame lens. The clerk greeted me and I told her what I needed. I have not been able to find replacement lenses for my sunglasses online, so I went to Oakleys web site which says:Your local Oakley Store offers In-Store Warranty and Repair Services. If additional service is needed or repair parts are unavailable, we will ship your eyewear to the Oakley Warranty Team on your behalf.I asked the clerk if she could do this, she said no. I explained to her the above information I found online, but she continued to tell me that the store did not do repairs or send eyewear for repairs. She finally called the manager and he said, Yes, we can send it off for repairs, but it would be faster for you to send it in yourself. We just serve as a middle man and you are just going to get them returned to you. This lack of service or helping someone when it is put forward online as a simple task to just go into the store and request a repair or warranty work is just shocking. It is like they really dont really want to service their products. I bet if I was in there to purchase their glasses they would be bending over backward to help me out, but if I want something worked on ... guess that is another question.I have had problems with Oakley service on-line in the past. It is a wonder this company is still in existence.I strongly recommend if you want a pair of sunglasses....go elsewhere!!! Get a pair of Rayban or Maui Jim!! If you have something happen to your Oalkeys, your probably outta luck getting them fixed unless you want to deal with the online service. By the way, I contacted their online service and now I have to wait up to 7 business days for them to reply whether or not they will accept the repair! GIVE ME A BREAK!
