Ill start by saying that we never thought a car buying experience could be this good! Weve been patiently waiting for the right truck to come along and Im so glad it happened to be at Victory.We worked with Mark who never pressured or pushed the sale instead he was very patient to make sure we knew all the details before making a decision. Vehicle price, trade in value, interest rate, etc. everything was very transparent. And he even made sure the extras we added (running boards, tonneau cover, mats) were done in time for us. So yes, we very much recommend checking them out!

It is hard to believe this dealership stays in business. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. The salesman, Mike, told me to get prequalified, even though I didnt need a loan, and the Hummer H3 would be held for me. The next day the General Manager, Kallen, told me they dont hold vehicles even with a deposit. They sold it out from under me! Dont waste your time and money with this dealership!

Drove down here from KC to get an oil change (won a maintenance contract from them in a raffle), customer service was great, My service advisor Mike was very polite and helpful and I look forward to going there again for my service. Another note, I’m happy with my current dealer but even happier with Ottawa, I did not feel rushed when checking in, my current dealer is always super swamped and everyone’s rushing around. Nice to have some time to talk to the advisor.

Very professional and listened well to my concern. The vehicles had a loud noise that would only occur if environmental and road conditions were just right. Based on a video I took they were able to test a component and determine it had a malfunction and replaced it.

My Ram 2500 truck broke a ujoint on the rear driveline and was towed to this dealer. That looked at the problem and said the driveline will need replacing and it will take 2-3 weeks to get one. Had the truck towed to back to Tulsa and found that the ujoint was the only problem. Fixed it for less that a $100. They gave a price of $2,000. They need better mechanics.

They are friendly, professional, and most of all transparent. I truly feel they offer the best prices around on new and used vehicles. I live in salina and chose to come to Ottawa to buy my truck from victory. Mark was great to work with! I will say I made him work for my business, and he did his best to get everything I asked for. Ive been to quite a few dealerships, and theyre always either way too in your face and showy, or they couldnt care less that youre there, but here felt like a super chill and supportive environment, which is awesome for someone like me with really bad anxiety lol I personally had Jeremy sell me my new car, and he made sure I got EXACTLY what I needed! Had a decent experience buying our brand new truck though since buying it have had nothing but problems and the service at victory has been absolutely terrible. It has been in multiple times for a check engine light when it had less than 15000 miles on it and it took 3 times of taking it in before they actually fixed it. Most recently this same truck died on the side of a interstate with a 5 week old infant and horses in 95 degree temperatures with a truck that wouldnt start. When you spend 80+ thousand on a pickup that is a year old i would like to think their customer service would be excellent however, they provided me an incorrect number for roadside assistance twice sending me to a Chrysler hotline so after waiting on hold for 20 minutes we of course dont have the required membership for them to tow it at no point did they give me any information that was helpful. I was able to get ahold of another dodge dealership and while it will be a longer drive will definitely be using them in the future. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again!Let me go ahead an add to this review... this dealership commented on my review that they would contact us and here it is 3 business days later without so much as a response. We have loved our Dodge trucks in the past though now considering going to another vehicle if this is how Dodge allows their dealers to do business.

We had a GREAT experience buying our 2021 Ram 2500...Mark Hemry was laid back, upfront, not overbearing like a lot of salesman. They knew we were in a hurry and they worked as fast as they could so we could make ball practice! Everything was smooth as it should be!

We got the vehicle we wanted at the payment we could afford.

The folks at Victory are professional. My purchase process was smooth and efficient.

I am the cosigner was asked to use their online application which I did, but apparently all the information didnt save. I filled it out 3 additional times before they finally called me to get the information. The main problem was that after they called and got the information, a separate person emailed me for the same information, and then they text asking for me to give them the exact same information again. Turns out there was a lack of communication because there were 2 people working on it, and neither of them were writing anything down. They also were extremely slow at getting back with me via text, email, and phone. However, when I went to the dealership to finish signing the paperwork, they had everything lined up and ready to go. Everybody was very polite, we were able to leave rather quickly after getting there.

I just recently purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKS from Kallan LaForge the General Manager of Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Ottawa. The service Kallan gave me was incredible! I found the MKS online and spoke with Kallan over the phone and he made all the arrangements for all the paperwork to be done online and to have the car delivered to me. Everything was as smooth as possible and I had the car in my driveway one week after finding it online. Kallan and his staff bent over backwards to make my buying experience the best car buying experience I have ever had!! I never stepped foot out of my house to buy this car!!!

Called made an appointment to see a car. Spoke with Mike Sr. He took us on a test drive. He handle the whole sale. We where in and out in about an hour. The only down side was that they had taken the cat in on trade Monday night. Which on Thursday it hadn’t been inspected. So we had to wait until Friday to take it home.

On Monday the 11 of April, I went to Victory Chrysler to buy a van I had seen on line. The dealer I worked with was very nice and treated me with respect. So on Thursday the 14th I had to go back to resign some paper work. While I was there something happened to my walker and I fell. .EVERYONE went out of their way to make sure that I was not hurt. They even worked on my walker and made it usable to get home.They called me on the weekend to make sure I was ok . I can not say enough good things about them.

I will never service my vehicle anywhere but here!! I brought in my Sorento for a second opinion after being told by a Kia dealership the noise I was hearing was a knock in my lower engine. After having the service guys at Victory check out my vehicle they discovered it was NOT my engine! There is a bracket that needed to be replaced causing the rattling noise. Mike Moutray Jr and his team took care of everything! It was totally worth my 49 mile drive for the peace of mind I have now knowing my vehicle is in good hands with these guys!!

I took this car to dealership for noise in front end they replaced rear wheel bearings and said through warranty wouldnt cover the front wheel bearings because of rust and corrosion I took the car home replace the front wheel bearings there was no rust and corrosion just normal wear and tear on the bearings probably wont use this dealership again I had a lifetime warranty on this car and they wouldnt cover the front wheel bearings.
