So I would recommend going in early! They stayed past the hours of operation so that I could take the car home that night! Thank for your service!

I purchased my 2016 Mazda new from Sierra, so I figured I would have it serviced there as well. My Mazda 3 developed some defects in the B Pillar Moldings and one of their mechanics suggested it looked like a factory defect and should be covered under the warranty. That was in January 2018. I spoke to the service mgr and I was told it could take 3 months to get warranty approval. I continued to follow up with the service dept all the way through July. I was informed that Mazda only has a few people in their warranty department (this is a global company) and it could take another few months. I called Hawk Mazda in Joliet to see if this was legitimate. I explained my issue to the service mgr and he suggested I bring it in. They had it fixed at no cost within the week. I guess Sierra is not concerned with service after the sale. It should go without saying, but my business will be going to Hawk Mazda in Joliet for service and any futures sales. Sierra Mazda was extremely disappointing

I went this place to check for transmission and charged me $150 just to check. Found out they stole my first aid kit in trunk, jumper and sunglasses in grove compartment. Do not go there. They will steal your stuff
