Went in to get my muffler put back on and they explained what I needed as well. They needed to order the part that I needed and gave me a estimated time that it would be there and price. Got everything done in less than an hour and very reasonably priced, lots less than competitors. Definitely coming back for more fixtures on my vehicle and they said they will send me estimates on what I need done as well so I can get them fixed. Love how quiet my SUV is now!! Even got me in next day! Messaged Friday and got in Saturday morning! Thank you for great service and great pricing!

I purchased a vehicle from Kwik Auto in Oshkosh and was informed that nothing was wrong with it. Considering the reviews of the shop were pretty good, I trusted them when they said nothing was wrong. The car started to shake when I pressed in the brakes, and when I took it into my mechanic to see what was wrong, if anything, they informed me that the rotors were warped, and a spring was broken in the front left strut. I haven’t even owned the car for a month and I’ve already had to put $1,000 into it. If you’re looking to purchase any of their cars, Please don’t purchase from them.

Rip off and scam. Paid to have replacement exhaust parts installed. Had vehicle for 3 weeks. Vehicle still sounded bad. Was told the parts were replaced. Had a mechanic friend look at the work after I had paid only to find out that they simply welded the repair instead of replacing part and then painted it to cover it up. Very dishonest business. You get what you pay for...and you dont get what you pay for here.UPDATE: Work was done on the side by a dishonest employee and owner was not aware. Owner took it upon himself to reach out to me and make things right by giving me a full refund. Owner is very honest and ethical. He did not have to do this. Thank you again for being a responsible and ethical business owner. I wish your business much success!

I went to an appt and as i go to turn the corner, my power steering wasnt working, i stopped to see my serpentine belt fell off. With it being a holiday weekend i wasnt sure who to call, since my normal mechanic was closed. I called multiple places to be rudely told they couldnt help and then hung up on, most others were closed. Anyhow, I called Kwik Auto, they were able to get me in within a couple hours, got it all fixed up. Not only did he fix it but gave me info on why it most likely had fallen off. I greatly appreciate their hospitality, quick service, knowledge and ability to get me in on such short notice, especially being a holiday weekend! I actually had to ask twice on what the bill was because it was way less than I expected! Thank you so much for your service today!!

The gentlemen at this establishment are nice and the mechanic is very knowledgeable. However, the service here is awful to be completely honest. I had to wait almost 3 weeks and call just to get even get updated on what was going on for something that didnt even end up being too major. From almost a month of waiting, I decided to get my car back and take the matter into my own hands since it was still not fixed at this point. Once I got the car back, COVERS AND PARTS OFF OF THE CAR WERE LEFT OPEN EXPOSING THE ECU (COMPUTER), FUSES, RELAYS, WIRING, ETC. TO EVERYTHING OUTSIDE WHICH WAS NOT HOW THE CAR WENT INTO THE SHOP. It is in worse condition than it went in. Not to mention my expensive key being broke and not even stating anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks a lot for a completely run down car I could probably take to the dump for taco bell money.

Do not bring your vehicle to this place!!! my truck sat there for a month didnt do any work to my truck or even look at it now they want storage fees I also know the guy operates without insurance!!! very rude and disrespectful. One of his mechanics broke his foot and The Wally didnt have insurance so he pay them off not to make claim rip off!!

Very shady people, they will sell you vehicles with undisclosed problems even though the Wisconsin buyers guide states there are no problems with the vehicle. If they do tell you about a problem, and promise to fix it, they will not follow through with the required work and attempt to use incorrect parts. Avoid at all costs.
