I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for a used vehicle. I worked with Mike this past week to purchase a vehicle from them. The car is in great condition and is very clean. Our driver Kevin came through awesome when both of our two vehicles broke down going to Wausau from Milwaukee. He was called to move our other vehicle when my alternator went out, and was immediately onboard to give me a jump and help troubleshoot what was up. He helped get all of us home over an hour away, and gave us a per/mile deal because of the situation. Towed my Jeep the next morning to work around my schedule.All around great service, great driver, and definitely made a bad situation much better. I would absolutely use Expert again if I break down near Oshkosh again.

Used their service a few times due to locking my keys in the car. Both times we were lucky enough to get Cody Young at Expert Towing and he was there in under 30 minutes (today was a Sunday too). They even went out of their way and let me get a free pass because I had my pup in the car.It’s good to know there is a company like Expert that’s willing to help you in unfortunate situations. They towed my car to a shop and lost my only key! My calls werent returned for a week, and when I spoke with the manager they said were not responsible. Cost me 2 extra tows to and from a dealer (not with Expert) and the cost to make a new transponder key.

Had to tow an AWD vehicle and the dispatcher sent correct tow vehicle/wheel dollies for my Subaru in a very timely manner.Tow truck driver was very experienced in dealing with a lowered vehicle and made it work perfectly with zero issues.

I purchased a Hiniker C Plow from Adam. Great guy to deal with. He was willing to beat the other estimate I had. Great person to work with and did whatever he could to get my truck on the road before the big snow storm! I would definitely recommend them for all your snow plow needs.

Vehicle was barely running . I took it to another shop that told me after a compression test the engine needed to be replaced but they didnt do that type of work . I then took it to Expert and they did their own diagnosis and after a leak down test told me NO it did not need to be replaced and fixed it for THOUSANDS LESS !! Car runs like a dream now . These people picked my car up took it to tires plus and did some pretty bad damage to the car my husband lives in Little Rock Arkansas so had to be back at work could not sit around and wait for them to fix it so they agreed on paying 1,400 in a check form but told us when we get back to Little Rock to get estimates and they would get the parts paint them and ship them if it was more than 1,400 every single estimate was around 2,900 so now these people want to play dirty but I promise Im hiring an attorney they wont do me dirty want photos of the damages they did inbox me on Facebook more than happy to show you if you cherish your vehicle do not trust these snakes at all

Great place to buy a used car! Was in Oshkosh area from Minnesota over 2019 Labor Day when my vehicle failed and had to be replaced. A friend recommended Expert Automotive as an completely honest and local family business. I bought a higher mileage vehicle I’ve driven over 7000 miles without issue. Extremely satisfied.

My friend put her car in the ditch after blowing a tire and called Expert. Chris came in less time than they quoted, was really nice and professional. He had the car loaded in a few minutes and dropped it at our house exactly where we wanted it. He answered all our questions, gave us all the info up front and was really nice through the whole thing. I highly recommend Expert Towing for any and all of your needs.

Needed a tow after a 2nd flat tire occurred after the spare had already been used. The road service I called could not dispatch a truck for 65 minutes. Expert was there in less than the 35 minutes I was quoted.

I got a flat tire on my Ford F150 in a business parking lot, so I called Ford Roadside Asst. I waited patiently for over 2 hrs before canceling with them and calling Expert Automotive. Even though we had a snowstorm the day before, and even though Expert Automotive was busy due to the storm, they worked me in and arrived within 15 minutes. The driver, Dane, was very polite and professional, and drove me to the location of my choice. From the initial phone call to the departing handshake, Expert Automotive deserves an A+ rating. They delivered excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to others.

After another shop told me $100 just to diagnose the cause of my check engine light, I called Expert based off a recommendation by the auto parts store next door. Expert diagnosed the issue for free and managed to sneak me in for the repair same day and very close to closing. Gentleman who helped me was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m definitely taking all my future vehicle repairs and maintenance to Expert! Great job gaining a new customer!

Excellent towing service. The driver, Paul, was knowledgeable on what the issue might be and tried several things to see if it could be fixed. After that, he towed it to the shop. He proceeded to fight for me with the insurance company to fully cover the tow so I didnt have to pay an extra charge (the tow was only for a couple blocks). Excellent service overall! Highly recommend!

I have to admit Ive never seen such a clean towing truck. It was spotless. That alone told me a lot about company and what kind of people work there. Besides that work has been done in professional and timely manner. They did transmission oil change and induction cleaning for my car. Price for their service was competitive and within my budget. I also had downshifting problem in my car. Owner Adam told me it should disappear with transmission oil change. He said to test drive for a week and see if problem were still there. If downshifting were continuing he said to bring it back and they know where to look for it. However, within few days after transmission oil change problem has disappeared. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great service.

I had a very long morning when my axel decided to break when I pulled into my parking ramp this morning. Expert Automotive made my experience so much better. It took a while to explain my location to my insurance company, but Expert Automotive knew exactly where I was. They kept me informed where they were and got there in less than 30 minutes. The driver was very friendly and helpful. You can tell this company takes care of their customers and appreciates the business! It’s not even a very complex job, & I go in because they have zero communication skills & he tells me it’s on the lift I can’t predict the future he said it’ll be done we’ll call you. Never received said call

One star is also generous.After a one car accident with a power pole, Expert Automotive was next on the list for the police to call. We were given no cost information by the tow truck driver nor any receipt. This was on a Saturday at 7pm. On Monday morning when calling to find out about dealing with the totaled vehicle was told the charges were 341.00, 175.00 towing (which the woman at the Oshkosh office said the county sets the price at 175.00 for all tow companies responding to accidents so there isnt any gouging. I dont know if thats true information, Ive been told it isnt true at all.) and 45 a day lot charge. The car hadnt even been there 48 hours at this point. The man on the phone, very aggressive, said this was the uninsured car charge. (this car was insured) Long story short, everyone we talked to gave us a different story and no story made sense. All in all, they took the title for the totaled car, got a check from us for 153.00 and then got 200.00 for the car from Wallys. (Our insurance agent said he got a bill faxed to him for 216.00 that we had already paid 153.00.) This was all to tow the car 9 miles and it was sitting in a driveway easy to hook up when they came to get it.Reputable businesses let you know the charges up front and you dont feel like you have to take Judge Judy along with you to figure out their story. Compared to the cost of other towing companies, the charges they lay on you AFTER THE FACT are OUTRAGEOUS.Not recommended for any reason.

We were stopped at a Kwik Trip with a flat tire on an old truck and we were struggling. Without being asked, he came over and helped us!! It was such a relief and its great to know they have thoughtful employees willing to help!

Was visiting Oshkosh (I live about 8 hours away) and got a flat tire that ruined it completely. I was totally stuck and didnt have any other options so they easily could have taken advantage of me. Instead, they came to me and put on my spare tire for me. I drove back to their shop and they offered to fix/replace the tire onsite at a very competitive rate. The service was very professional, very timely, and they ended up not charging me at all for the initial spare tire installation because they made a tiny scratch on the bottom left side of my car.

These guys are 5 stars and then some! My car completely died at an intersection and within 3 minutes Tom just happened to drive by, stopped and offered to help. I asked for a card and he was as kind as could be. While I was on the phone trying to figure out what to do next, ANOTHER employee from Expert stopped, said he had heard I was having trouble and stopped to see if I was ok. Who does that?! He offered to help push my car over to the side of the road, which he did gladly, and as far as these guys know, Im having someone else come and tow. But they showed up and went the extra mile anyway. In the end they did tow my car, replaced the part I needed-- and did it by WORKING THROUGH THEIR LUNCH HOUR.I live rather far away and my car was my only way back, and they wanted to make sure I was not getting stranded. Labor, parts, and towing were completely reasonable. Thank you so much guys! Your customer service is beyond compare!

Last night when leaving work I discovered I had locked my keys in my car. During the phone call with my insurance’s roadside assistance, I was told I’d be waiting nearly an hour before someone would be there to unlock my door. No one wants to stay at work an extra hour especially on a Friday!... well not even 20 mins later Rick from Expert arrived and was very quick with the unlocking process. Extremely happy I didn’t have to wait an hour or very long for the process. Thank you!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Hated it does not even begin to measure my horrible experience with this band of thieves posing as a towing service. A rating of negative 4700 is more accurate because $4700 worth of my stuff was stolen out of my car after they smashed out the rear window in their secure lot. Is the barbed wire atop the fence of the secure lot meant to keep other thieves from stealing from cars on their lot before the Expert employees get their chance? Expert did not take any responsibility nor did they even inform me that my car was broken into. I found out from my insurance company. It is bad enough dealing with the aftermath of a car accident, but then to find out that everything in the car worth more than $1 was stolen makes it that much more devastating. I urge you to use anyone else! They are Experts in robbery only. DO NOT USE THESE SLIMEBALLS!!!

The only thing positive about my experience with Expert was the gentlemen who actually drove the truck. He was polite, positive, and tried to make me feel better about the disaster of a week I had. Every person I talked to on the phone before the towing and after the towing was rude. They did not say thanks, they did not try to understand what my situation was, they just wanted to get off the phone. When I got to the shop I waited for an hour expecting an update on my car. I went to THEM to see the progress and they told me they hadnt even gotten my car into their system yet. The piece of paper with the info about my car was just sitting on their desk. I stood there as they entered my car into the system. When I asked them how long it would take and told them that I had to work in three hours, the guy at the desk just laughed and told me I should probably find a ride to work because there was a good chance my car wouldnt even be ready until Monday. They called me five minutes before I went into work, told me my car was ready, told me the unreasonable price for the work they did, then told me I can wait until Monday to pick it up because I wasnt able to get it that night. I went to pick up my car on Monday to find that over the weekend someone had come and stolen one of my back tires because the crew parked my car in the front of the building. There were zero cameras to determine who had stolen the tire. I was then told that they would find me two tires so I could swap them, it would be on them for the inconvenience, and they would call me in a day or two when they had them. I called them two days later and the guy who said hed find the tire wasnt in the office. I called the next day and was told that he was looking for the tire that day. I left them my name and number and told them that they needed to call me back so that I would know when I was getting my tire because I cant just run on a spare tire forever. They have yet to call me back. Im pretty sure theyre never calling, Im never getting the tire they owe me, and that Im never going back again.

I called Expert after accidentally locking my toddler and my keys in the car. I explained the situation to Kevin, who said Ill be there in 3mins and hurried over. Thank you so much to Kevin for making a scary moment better and for even making her smile with a high five.

Definitely reccomend this company! I called around to almost every tow company in oshkosh and they were giving me prices that were $40-$50 more than they did it for. Kevin was the one who helped and he was really happy to help! Where as the others I called didnt seem too thrilled to help me so late at night! He was fast and got my car home safe and sound.
