Needed to have a new hood installed and painted on my mustang and a dent removed from a hail storm that I got caught in. Joe was extremely easy to work with and thoroughly enjoys what he does. As well as being amazing at what he does. I got the car back and couldn’t believe how nice it looked. It looked like a brand new car. The paint and blending looked flawless to my eye. I couldn’t even find where the dent in the roof was that was removed so that’s a win there.What I was originally quoted was also what I basically paid. It was within 1% difference so unless there’s more work than meets the eye he was spot on.If anyone in the Oshkosh/Appleton/Fond du lac area needed any sort of body work I would highly recommend going here hands down.Thanks Joe!Also I think they even vacuumed my floors out as well unless I don’t remember doing it so I take that as them treating the car extremely well while it was there. I had my 69 Chevelle in to In-Line Auto Body to paint a new hood and to add rally stripes. I did not want the entire car repainted, so they needed to blend the hood paint to the existing fender paint, etc. They did an AWESOME job!!!!! It is perfectly matched and blended (even though this is not a stock color any longer). The rally stripes are vinyl rather than painted and the installation is flawless! You can not tell they are decals vs paint.They were nothing but professional and courteous! Very informative with all my questions, etc. They did exactly what they promised and on time. Everything was delivered perfectly as they promised!This is not the first car I have had repaired here. I had two fender benders over they years with my 4Runners and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend In-Line Auto Body without hesitation!!!! I cant thank them enough!!!!!

Car had a dent on each side. When i went to pick car up, it looked terrible. Went right inside and showed Kurt. Could see the dents, parts that were supposed to be taken off, werent, as the masking tape had not been removed. You could see outline of repairs like a putty knife did the feather edging. Both interior door panel handles were not connected. one was broken. Kurt admitted they dropped the ball. They took car back the next week, kept it for another week. Went to pick it up, the one side looked good, I think they forgot about other side. Paint had all kinds of dirt, I stopped circling with a wax pen after 30 spots. Fish eye spots, one was right down to primer (not something that could be buffed out, they tried, its still there. Wavy as heck body work. They took it back a 3rd time, for another week. Picked it up and other than the swirls from them buffing the hell out of it, they didnt fix anything. I took my car and left. at that point, whats the point. It was also retail payment, with the understanding upfront that I would pay for quality work. Was charged as such. i have worked on several cars they repaired in the last few months, poor quality. Panels dont fit, lazy body work, missing fasteners/body clips/etc. I guess they think they can get away with hack work to push production. Also, john q public could not tell the difference between good work, and bad work. The thing that pisses me off, is they used to do good work.

Best experience Ive had with a body shop! Very helpful in working with insurance, quick communication and follow up, and even though it was exterior work, my car came back with the interior clean and tidied.I definitely recommend them!

NOT SAFE! Do NOT come here. Cheap solutions even though they had an insurance pay. Got my small, old car fixed here from an auto accident a few years ago. They decided to fix the front bumper with a ZIP TIE near the driver side to hold it in place. When I checked the tires about a year or so after they fixed the front bumper, I noticed the zip tie they used was rubbing against my driver side tire this entire time. The metal in the tire was only showing in the one place the zip tie could reach, so we know it was certainly from their cheap, unsafe solution. My tire could have shredded and of course it was where the DRIVERS sits. Not coming here again for the safety of myself.

I had an amazing experience here. Kurt and the guys are so friendly and welcoming and will do anything to make sure their customers leave happy. I dropped in unannounced for an estimate and got it within 20 minutes (minor repairs), then scheduled my appointment and the work was done in about 2 hours. They offered me a loaner vehicle in the meantime. I will never go anywhere else for any work I need done on a vehicle. They went above and beyond!!! Would recommend 100%.
