We could not be more happy with our entire Team Winnebagoland experience! The process started with a full days worth of initial back-and-forth texts to Cavin, who ultimately gave us a reason to come in to the Dealership. Next, we met with Product Specialist Jerel, who went over the ATV we were looking at and had it all ready for us to test drive when we arrived. When we made our decision that we wanted to go with the Polaris Sportsman 450, we met with Ryan to see if there were any add-ons / accessories that we were interested in. This process was very laid back and we felt no pressure to purchase anything more. It made sense to add on some things due to the discount Polaris offers Veterans (Healthcare workers get the discount as well). Next was a meeting with Hunter to hammer out the financial details. Again, the customer-first approach was much appreciated. When we picked up the ATVs, we got a behind-the-scenes tour of everything from the VIP room, to the back room where they assemble and service all of their products. We had a complete Product education session with Buzzy, who let us know everything we needed to know about our ATVs. Last (but certainly not least), was Erin from the business office, who finalized all of the paperwork and made sure that we had everything we needed and answered all of our remaining questions. Team Winnebagoland even let us use their trailer to bring our toys up north. Buzzy grabbed our car keys before we met with Erin and had the ATVs secured on the trailer and hooked up to our SUV by the time we finished with her. Ive been going to them for close 15 years for my powersports needs whether its OE parts, purchasing new machines or just stopping in to window shop and say Hi to some of the staff Ive known for years. Theyre always professional and courteous. Cant say enough good about Tom, Nick and Luke VanZeeland and the rest of the staff. Always willing to help with prices on units as well. Nick is a good sport when he receives a jar of Vaseline from time to time when I bring someone in for their new bike purchase 🤣 Will continue to purchase new units from them and the tradition of Vaseline will continue. They have a customer for life! I still refer friends and family to Team Winnebagoland and encourage people to give Nick a jar of Vaseline with a purchase of a unit for those luscious lips of his!

Weve bought a lot of toys over the years, but I have to say this was the best experience EVER, even when a couple things didnt go perfectly. The team here did everything possible to make it right, with no hassle at all - just DONE. From working out a deal with Chad H, to Buzzy showing us around the machines, to Alex, Gage, and Ashley helping us with extras, and Erin making the paperwork a fun process - theyre doing it all exactly the way it should be done! Team Winnebagoland land is a shady business. I’m 18 years old and was interested in trading my bike in or just seeing what they would offer. They first tried to hook me on telling them what bike I was interested and then low balled me on the trade in (red flag #1)but still wanted me to buy the new bike (as any sales person would). They told me it would be about 191 a month and I could put a hold on the bike for $200 and if I didn’t want it I could get it refunded. They had me sign a bunch of paperwork without disclosing much about what I was signing. I also asked about what the numbers would be like such as interest and how much everything would cost but they said we can talk about that later. The same week I get a call telling me my loan has been approved and I can come and pick it up later that week(red flag #2). Later that week I went to the dealership with my dad and the dealer told me the bike was ready and I could sign some paperwork and they could get me out the door. My dad and I were pretty upset because they didn’t run any numbers by us or tell us anything about the loan. So we asked if we could see the paperwork and it said it would be about $7,300 but didn’t show the hidden fees. My dad asked to total that up and it ended up coming to $8,800 because of shipping and handling. We walked. Later this month I got a letter that says my loan for $10,000 has been denied. Never once did they tell me that I would be getting a hard pull on my credit and applying for loans. They took advantage of an 18 year old kid and that is not acceptable.

I had a great experience here. Very fair price for two new motorcycle tires. Shipped to the store quicker than I thought and they even called me first unlike other shops where I had to call back to confirm my parts were in. They gave my bike a cleaning for free to top off the best experience I’ve had with a Shop and repair center like this. Great job team!

I purchased a new Yamaha Zuma 125 and am very happy with the service. I am probably going to them for most of my parts needs, there is too much China Junk on the market and I am doing very well with Yamaha. I drive to work in mine every day so I needed a reliable fuel efficient ride. I get fast service and quality from from the people doing their best to the parts they sell.

Was looking for a Yamaha FX HO jet ski all summer with no luck what-so-ever. Found one at Team Winnebagoland on facebook marketplace. Called and they held it for me with a down payment. Kept in touch with me while i set up financing with my bank. When i showed up to pick it up they had a very nice Yamaha Christmas bow on it. Even though I was the only person in the store that day, they gave me awesome attention, especially since i asked a ton of questions. Had my other GP1800 with me on the trailer but it never came with a fob, so they took it in and reprogrammed another fob to it. Paperwork was a breeze and got some neat shirts out of it. Also bought a tube and some accesories while there. Weeks later my owners manual was sent to me along with a very nice hand written card with a gift card thanking me for my purchase. The card impressed me the most as not many businesses would take the time for it. Well done guys, BRAVO!! Would recommend these guys all day, every day!!!

Not a good experience. Went in with money to spend and left with a very bad experience. Rude sales person, refused to let is see what was in the sales contract that was sent to our bank, and when asked why they were pricing the bike over book, instead of an explanation he said Because I know what I got. Got our deposit back and went elsewhere. Spent $2000 more than what the bike at Winnebagoland was priced at, money wasnt the issue. They just lost at minimum, 3 bike sales and a side by side that we are also in the market for.

Couldn’t have had a better experience on buying my first bike. I worked with Casey Blasczyk on getting a brand new 2020 Yamaha MT-03. He set me up right away and was flexible on when I could come in to pick it up. Everybody there was very knowledgeable and did their research even though it is a brand new bike to the market. They never pushed me on buying any of the upgrades or services that they offer when doing paperwork. They just informed me about them and moved on when I said I did or did not want it. The process could t have been any easier. Would highly recommend and will most likely buy another bike from them again

Due to my out of state residence I wasnt able to make a purchase but the customer service I received (on Facebook messenger) was outstanding! If you have a different brand than they sell but are buying tires from them they have in stock and are having them do the install, you still go to the back of the line. Why? They work on brands they sell first. Guess they didnt want me to pay for overpriced tires and labor from them.
