As soon as I pulled my new sled on my trailer the tire went flat. Being from out of town (200 miles) you can imagine the stress. Dean grabbed a four wheeler and a Jack and came out. We took the tire off, and he took it to the shop and re set the bead. No more issues. Great service and not to mention great price on a great new sled.

Nothing better than calling a dealership, making a deal over the phone and them holding their word when you get there. This is the third motorcycle I’ve purchased from this dealer over the years and there’s no reason I won’t be back for a fourth. Dean my salesman was a no B.S. all around great guy to deal with and super efficient. Can’t say enough good about the place. No worries here!

Being located in the Milwaukee area none of the local Suzuki dealers in my area had a headlight bulb i needed for my atv trip this weekend. Go figure, like others, I procrastinated. Long story short Zack in the parts department helped me out big time and is having the bulb (s) shipped to me by the weekend. He had two in stock, I figured Id just buy the two and before he placed my order he physically verified them on hand. Good to go, no tickets for me this weekend. Hexco provided great customer service over the phone and in person. (We live out of state) Upon arriving to pick up the 850 XTP we where greeted at the door by our salesman Dean. He was able to answer all our questions and they even loaded our cargo box for another ATV in the truck for us. Processing payment was simple, easy and straight to the point. Needed a couple items for my 2013 Arctic Cats and local dealers didnt have them, but referred me to Hexco. I called them up on a Tuesday morning. Nice young man took the call, verified he had said parts and had to have got them in the mail by early afternoon, because when I got home from work Wednesday they were waiting for me! Granted Im only a couple hour away, but even though these werent high dollar items they followed through with their word and got me what I needed! Thank you!

Good service friendly staff

Nick was a great salesman. He wasnt pushy by any means and really listened to what I was looking for. Terri was also a great service manager for some of the work I had done on my 2019 Can Am Outlander. I wasnt the most thrilled that I was told by the tech that the heat exhaust tape used to fix my hot plastic issue was foil tape purchased at Menards though. I will most likely be purchasing actual exhaust tape that will be able to adhere better to the plastic since this cheaper tape is already very easy to peel.

Friendly service and a good place to get your toys!

We just recently purchased a brand new Honda Talon 1000x on 9/12. We had it for 3 days and took it for a ride 9/15 and it broke down on us. We called the dealership to see what they could do. They refused to come get it or even just meet us half way (the dealership is three hours away from our hometown). We loaded it up and took it there ourselves. Dean, who was awesome and our salesman, met my husband before hours with a tech to see if they could figure it out. Turns out our machine did not have an fluids in it and the transmission needed to be replaced. Then things were turned over to Terry in the service department who was super rude. We did call a lot for updates and we wanted to know when the machine would be done and he just kept telling us he knew nothing and that he had to wait for HONDA. Finally on 9/22 I had enough and reached out directly to HONDA. On 9/23 we finally got a call from Dan in the service department and he left us a message that a sub transmission was on the way and the machine should be done the following week. Our machine arrived home last night. AGAIN, my husband traveled the three hours one way to go get it on 9/30. We missed out on two awesome riding weekends because they also didnt offer us a machine to use while ours was in the shop. This was suppose to be a super exciting time for us and it turned into 18 days of HELL. We paid almost $200 in gas traveling back and forth for our brand new machine that never should have broke down in the first place. The dealership should have completed a PDI and may have done so, but someone didnt do a very good job checking the fluid levels.I will state that when we took it back for repair we did have our tailgate and cargo box and they did install that without charge. They did say at first there would be a charge, but they did not charge us for it in the end.Dean and Mike who helped us with the sale and financing were amazing to work with. Terry in the service department was not.We will not be back to Hexco Motorsports ever again!UPDATE 11/17: I did call back and had a good chat with Brian. Sounds like this was a learning experience for everyone. He did offer to send us a gas card and we did receive it in the mail yesterday. Dean has called and checked in on our machine and how its running now. We have been on two nice rides with the machine since the repair and it seems to be running as it should. We did take it to another dealership to have it looked at after we got some miles on it and all is well. All and all our machine is home, they did get it fixed, weve gotten a couple good rides in and after this review they did call to try and make up for our lost time.

Got a order delivered from them through fedex and went missing on the way to my house.....so i emailed HEXCO and they helped me out same day and shipped my items that got lost sameday great job HEXCO

We have a 1999 Honda valkyrie trike it was just not running righ we took it to a place in Menasha he did nothing to fix it. we came to hexco they took it in, it would not stay running without the chock being on. they worked on it said it was fixed we came paid for it and left got home still wasnt running right . called back spoke to terry he said bring it back so we did they worked on it said come for a test drive so we did still not right they went above and beyond doing research to fix this bike and they did . it now runs like a charm and they never charged a dime more than our origional bill. I cant say enough about their service area and the respect they gave us i would recommend them to anyone who wants QUALITY work done on their adult toys

Great customer service. Zak in parts waited for me after hours to help me choose a helmet..prior to me getting there he had grabbed 2 sizes for me to try and had them ready. Despite being after hours I didnt feel rushed one bit. Great experience!

UPDATE: I was contacted by Brian the GM of Hexco after writing my 1 star review. After talking with Brian, the issue has been completely resolved and new part ordered.I ordered a part for my kids ATV. After a week received notice it had arrived and would be shipped to me. A week later it had not arrived so I called to check on the part. Was told part had not shipped. They did deliver personally the next day. Part however was not correct for my atv, and was for the previous year. When I called to order new part was told they will accept part that was ordered incorrectly by them but would be charging me a 20% restock fee, and I should be thankful as they usually do not accept electrical parts back. Very disappointed with entire transaction. I tried to shop local, but will be looking online now.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dean he is a great guy who is absolutely passionate about what he does. He loves making things happen for you no matter who you are and always puts in the extra mile we just bout a CBR300R for my wife from him and let me tell you I will be back to see him for my next bike and my wife will be back when she is looking for an upgrade these guys are super fair looking to give a good deal at a fair price. Great experience with Nick and the staff at Hexco. I traded in a couple sleds on a 2016 Ski Doo Summit and I felt I got a very fair price. I traveled 3 hours to the site to do the deal and everything was ready when I arrived. The sled was in perfect shape as the pictures showed. After I had it home about a week, I found out the previous owner had removed the manual from under the seat. Nick was great and took care of me. He was able to get me a manual within a couple weeks. Thanks again for great service!! I will keep them on the top of my list when Im in the market for my next sled. According to my wife....that will be a long time! :)

Had new tires mounted here but they forgot to balance them. Had to go back to get the mistake fixed. Good price $38.99 for street bike tires. Under further inspection it appears they damaged my rim and wheel bearing. This wheel had been ridden on for a good amount of time and a crushed wheel bearing would have been very noticeable.

Okay so i purchased a atv from DADDY DEEEEAN!!! This is. My review of this place and atv. I went to other atv dealers. Some were rude. Did ignore me. Maybe cause i look like someone who doesnt know atv. But!! When i walked in to hexco. Dean introduced himself. Gave me insight bout atvs! Gave me tips. Told me with a can am. For a beginner like me. Havnt been in there since 2007 when the old owner had it, 5 guys in my group and we usually buy a few sleds every few years, had a poor experience with eckland the old owner, so took our business else where, went in there today and Dean Jett was great, stood by the door waiting to let customers in picked up what I was looking for and had some one check my items out. Every one was very good and quick to help, and I was just buying Cat oil, not a sled or anything. I just recently needed a new rear tire on my Goldwing, and needed a new dealership because of issues with the one I had previously used for the last 12 years. Not only was it cheaper to install, they were able to fit me in much sooner than expected. I even got a call from them asking me how my experience was. I dont want to brag, but as they were changing my tire they asked me if I would like to test drive a 2019 Goldwing. WOW, was that a surprise, and boy what a nice bike. You definitely have me as a new customer. Keep up the great customer relations.

Nick was great and got the cord shipped to me in plenty of time prior to heading out on my trip (and it was definitely needed). Anything needed I am always willing to pass by other dealers and make the trip to Ecklund!

Ordered a 2020 Riot Snow Check. Nick was an excellent salesman, very knowledgeable, Zero B.S., was honest with the goods and the bads and wasnt trying to force you to buy something. Have had good previous experiences with parts department where other dealers have let me down. Sales and Parts were willing to price match or negotiate, which wasnt necessary, but was nice.

We had a problem with our Seadoo jet ski. Took it in, cost alittle more than we expected (more wrong than we orginally thought) got it home and it still wasnt running right. Called the service dept explained it wasnt running good yet and it would be hard to get it there anytime soon because of my husbands work schedule. They offered to pick it up, they re-tested it, happened to be just a bad spark plug, replaced immediately, called us and redelivered the jet ski back to us within just an hour or so. This was exceptional service and we really appreciate their above and beyond service. Thank you so much.
