Michael was the technician sent to my office to roll back an update I made to my office iMac OS. After 3 days of talking to Apple and my x-ray software vender, Michael fixed everything in about 3 hours. During this time he also fixed our sporadic wifi network and our ethernet network. We now have great coverage through out the office.Networks is also replacing a failing hard drive My office managers iMace will be getting it back tomorrow. They told it might take 3-4 weeks to get parts. The had it 8 days. Also we had other issues came up suddenly and when we called the always had someone there in less than 3 hours.After my experience with Networks in my dental office I had Michael come to my home to diagnose and correct nagging computer, cellphone and wifi problems.
