I recently moved near Pine Castle. I saw the store several times on my way home. I decided to go to Pine Castle hardware a few days ago and I have found a diamond in the rough.The customer service is top notch. I worked with a gentleman named Jon who was willing to direct me to whatever I needed. Two other gentleman were available and one repaired my chainsaw and the other loaded up my car with river rocks.Bottom line this place is awesome.Check out their hours and go visit. You will be very pleased with not only the prices but also the service.

Love this hardware store. Needed to have the screen replaced in my window screens. Dropped them off and within 48hrs they were finished. best price in town. Fantastic job. Personal service and knowledgeable . I be back for all hardware needs. Highly recommend to everyone.

Local hardware store ran by an awesome local family. Disregard the prior review regarding hurricane issues. Their prices are very competitive and their return policies are clearly posted in the store. I have always enjoyed shopping here and will continue to do so any chance I get.

Uneducated cant even determine a simple thread pitch in a nut. Wont ever buy from them again.

I could really say that they are so much nicer in here than in other stores. They also know their stuff and every question will be answered.

These people are the kind to take advantage of people during hurricanes. They used the excuse of we dont take hurricane supplies back. The hurricane is not here. They raised their prices and were very obnoxious on the phone. I would not recommend these people if they were the last hardware open. Shame on them to prey on their customers during hurricane season.
