Been bringing my three mowers here for several years now and each time I bring them in the wait time gets longer and longer. I had two mowers in there and at 5 weeks I pulled one out before repairs were completed to do it myself and the other one has now been in there 8 WEEKS (dropped it off 6/30/21 and it’s not 8/31/21!!!) and they haven’t even looked at it!The owner needs to hire another mechanic or two and stop working Bobby and the ONE mechanic into the ground! Stop being cheap!Will be picking both of my mowers up and taking them to Trail and Saw to do all my repairs from now on!

My main man Bobby knows parts, parts numbers, the exact parts you need and can give you very helpful information and advice. And sometimes he even does it with a smile.

The store hours on the website say Friday close at 5pm. I’m sitting in the parking lot on Friday, it 4:15, they are closed!! No note on the door with an explanation of why they closed early, just locked up. As I type this 2 other potential customers have pulled in and pulled out. The 1 Star is only for the closing early. I’ve shopped at this store 3 other times and have had great service. I purchased my Stihl edger and trimmer at this location.

CFLE is the best lawn equipment shop in town. Their service is professional and their mechanical knowledge is exceptional.

I brought my Toro mower here for an annual tuneup after a few years of using Ace. I figured these guys were true experts. They charged an up front diagnostic fee, so I expected them to catch and fix all of my issues, as well as tune it up better than ever. When I went to pick the more up, it was nice and clean, but there was literally a puddle of oil on the deck. That leak has been there for a while, but instead of them fixing it as I expected, it seems they made it worse. Further, the squeaky wheel I told them about seems to be even squeekier than before, and certainly was not fixed. Finally, they replaced my blade with an entirely different style, without even asking or explaining why. On top of it all, they charged nearly 50% more than Ace.

Bobby is the man pretty much by all my chainsaws from this place takes care of you still got the mom-and-pop feel to it but they still also have everything you need and more

I had an awful experience at this establishment. The secretary was rude, condescending and quite frankly I rarely feel racially biased treatment but sadly this was one a few times that as an educated woman of color I experienced the cruel reality that racism still exist. My suggestion is that whoever own and runs this business should look into who they want representing their company

The staff and stock are excellent. The mechanics awesome.

I came here Saturday before noon and they were closed according to Google maps they were supposed to be open til 1pm screwed my whole day up very disappointed
