THEY TRIED GOING UP ON MY PAYMENT TO 325 EVER 2 WEEKS!!! HAD THE CAR A MONTH AND 8 DAYS ! THEY TOWED MY CAR DUE TO ME VIOLATING THE CONTRACT! NEVER HEARD OF HAVING TO DRIVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT IF MILES IN SOMETHING THAT YOU PAYING FOR!!!! I WOULD NIT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!

I deliver auto body parts to the complex across from the sales lot. They have quite an impressive shop where they recondition the vehicles to get them ready for sale. They are like a big happy family and all enjoy lunch together in the large lunchroom/conference room. No deliveries between 12:00 and 1:00 PM! Great bunch of people!😁

STAY AWAY.I really wanted to trust LC Motors 1, but it seems they tried to scam me. Luckily I’m only out about $500; it could have been MUCH worse.I was planning to buy a 2012 Mazda CX-7 with 53000 miles from LCM1. Since I was coming from out of state, I had a pre-purchase inspection done by Lemon Squad. The inspection report showed that the car wasn’t perfect, which I knew, but the low mileage and decent price made it seem like a good deal. I bought a plane ticket to travel from Atlanta to Orlando to buy the car and drive it back home.When I got to LCM1, the woman who greeted me (didn’t get her name) was very friendly, they were expecting me, and I took the car out for a quick test drive before plonking down the cash. But as soon as I started the car, the Check Engine light came on. It hadn’t been mentioned in the Lemon Squad report. I asked that the car be taken to a mechanic to have the problem diagnosed. The woman at LCM1 agreed, and offered to have me wait on the lot while she took the car to be looked at. I insisted on going with her, however, so that I could look in on the process and talk to the mechanic.We drove directly across the street, where LCM1 has its own garage. I would’ve felt more comfortable taking it to an independent shop, but okay. I stayed in the car while the mechanic plugged the diagnostic scanner into the car and I saw the error codes that came up. There were two: O2 sensor, which isn’t a big deal, and cylinder misfire, which usually is. The mechanic muttered something about the cylinder misfire code, saying the car had been with them for six months and never had a problem, then he took the car into the garage to see (I think) if they had an O2 sensor.I walked back across the street to the lot and let them know that unless the car could be diagnosed by a Mazda dealership I wasn’t interested in buying. She was very courteous, said she understood, and I got an Uber back to the airport and luckily got a cheapish ticket back home.The thing is, the Lemon Squad report specifically said “Computer system scanned: no problems with current or pending codes. No problems with live data. It is possible for some sneaky sellers to erase codes before we arrive, in which case some issues may be hidden.“ Welp, I believe that’s exactly what happened.Sure, it’s possible that just when I got into the car was when an error code came up. But two error codes at the same time are a lot less likely. More likely is that the cylinder misfire code was hidden because nobody wants to buy a car with that problem.In the end I was out about $500, including the Lemon Squad report, plane tickets, and Ubers, not to mention the day wasted traveling to Florida and back. But of course it would have been a whole lot worse to buy the car, get halfway home, then blow a head gasket or something and have thousands of dollars worth of repairs on my hands.

This is the most rude unprofessional an ripoff business I ever deal with in my life. I brought a car for $13000 I pay my car until the last payment.The lady name Molly repo my car for the last payment on my car which is $380 she charge me $500 reposition fee. She didn’t have my car at the dealership she sent me to the towed company to get my where I had to pay another $299 to get my car. I went to her office to talk to her about the $500 I paid she screamed at me and told me to get out of her property.

We went to LC motors where were saw many options of vehicles we were looking at. After inspection of their vehicles I had other stops to make but they gave me an offer I wanted and I test drove the one I really liked first and did not need to do more driving since the ladies were awesome spoke with the Boss and got me in a great car at an awesome price. So if your in Orlando or have the time to get there stop by LC motors.If your in Pensacola check top gear motor sprots. Great cars also they both have no dealers fee with great price. Would recommend these two dealers.I mean unless you enjoy paying other dealers extra for taking a car off their lot.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Im really convinced the parts were taken out of my car and replaced with bad ones before my purchase. Within a month of having the car Ive had to replace the fuel pump, the catalytic converter and some other quite expensive things. Ive had to put so much money into the vehicle. Talk about a waste. And its pointless to call them, their just going to say you have to talk to the manager whom is always busy and never returns calls. I highly recommend going somewhere else if youre looking to purchase a vehicle. Save yourself the money and hassle.

Bought 2 cars from LC Motors. Warning they put a payment system in your vehicle. Basically, you make your payment and you get a code which allows you to drive. No payment, no code. That is not the problem. The problem comes after you pay off the vehicle and have electrical issues due to the ghettoness that is done with cutting your factory wiring to run their system. First vehicle needed motor repaired after car was just paid off. Not including all the money spent on repairs while paying the car. Second car, two months prior to being paid off the vehicles transmission blew, had to come up with 3,500 to repair they did not help with any repair and still collected the $800 I owed in order to pay off the vehicle or they were willing to have us trade into another car. Now paid off, and car isnt starting. We thought it was ignition switch, paid to have actual dealer check it out since the total of our car was about 13,000 and we plan to keep it for a while! Informed by dealer that it isnt the ignition its actually electrical problems due to wires being cut and adjusted for the installation of the payment system of LC Motors. Some of the employees are also rude, especially the owner. I guess good prices come with *LOTS* of headaches.

This honestly is one of the worst car companies on old winter garden. The security device they use, affects your wiring harness and the OWNER and his daughter are the most rude people you will come across . They have to run a business, so I dont expect them to be friendly but I dont expect them to be unfair and insatiable for money.

The lady I spoke too was great but I am confused about certain things. She explained that there was a 300$ application fee. I asked her what did that include? She stated that the vehicles come with a device that requires you to input 4 numbers after payment if you do not input your pin the vehicle will not turn on. I think its unfair to charge someone a 300 dollar fee for something you decide to put on the vehicle. That how she explained it to me so thats why this is my response. If you dont do credit checks then why do we have to do an application. I wouldnt mind buying a car from here I just want to know more about the application because i am confused.
