I purchased a 2015 S550. Dan did a great job with me and went beyond to effectuate the transaction. He brought the car to me to see initially and made it easy. After a third party inspection, the car was as advertised, in great condition and I am very happy thus far. I expect all to be good. The final close out/paperwork was efficient and NOT a heavy add-on upsale, like you get at other dealers. They were professional and timely. I recommend them and would buy again.

Went and purchased my first car thru them bout 2 weeks ago n I was super super excited. Nicholas was very friendly n pleasant. Yesterday my car wouldn’t go over 20 miles per hour and me being a new car owner didn’t kno what the problem was. I was panicking and crying, cuz I was way at work n my car was acting up. Nick assured me when I bought the car that they sell good cars, this, that and the third.. lol. So that’s all that played thru my head as this was happening yesterday. Come to find out it was just one coils that I needed to connect to the spark plugs... I guess it was bad... bottom line I brought my car in n he fixed it with a hesitation... this dealership is not like the average buy here pay here’s... I highly recommend❗️❗️❗️

It is unusual for me to leave a review without actually purchasing a vehicle, but here we go. I spent over an hour here last weekend looking for a new vehicle. I had one to trade as well. Very profesional and if u want the opertunity to have ur first car this is the right place to be very friendly a.j is ur guy the owner is the i good people to work withThe only thing i didint like was they said they was going to fix my head light and my drivers side seat that blows fuses and the wiering on my head light was going to be fix with suposed shrink loom and it will come out nixe but all the did was put electrical tape on the head light really sloppy and my driver seat still not functioning 100% didint take it again because he was a little mad and told me if the motor is fine he xant help me with the other problems so i left it like that and trying to fix it on my own

My husband purchased a Mercedes SUV for me and nothing but lie after lie after lie. Jassie is the son, of the owner, worthless and knows nothing about cars. Camel is suppose to be the head guy. The worst place to ever buy a car, they didnt let me test drive the car before I brought it, the stereo didnt work in it, they charge me $9,000 for the car and the book value is only $3,000, when I tried to trade the car in to another dealer Diamond auto sales told the new dealer I owe more money on the car than what I really did, I am not happy with the car and told them that they told me to bring in more money then they would let me upgrade to a better car smh they are crooks!! Worst place to purchase a car. I reported them to BBB! To start, they have the worst customer service! There was only one guy there that was nice and because Ive spoken to so many idiots there I cant think of the nice guys name. The car drove fine during testing but the seatbelt sensor was broken. I spoke to a friend mechanic and he said easy fix. So I thought Id go ahead and buy and they promised to have all repairs fixed, the door was jammed as well. On the drive to the mechanic which was around the corner the mechanic says that I have to make an appointment so I did. I pull out and drive not even a half mile and the car stops in the middle of the freaking road!!! I was like God let me know if I made the right decision with this car. After finally getting the car home and back and forth to the mechanics to be repaired, I get a call saying the car isnt fully insured. I didnt know but according to them its my fault because I drove it off the lot. Umm no, its ur fault for selling me the car and allowing me to. Then gives me 3 hours to get the ins or bring the car back. Because of the way they were talking to me I felt this was my sign the car was not for me. I dont do business with unethical people. I could have gotten full coverage but I was done being treated like crap and wanted to take my business elsewhere. Then tgey call me the next day is this Arya like they know me. I said yes. Well this is Diamond Auto. Did you get the insurance fix if you didnt you need to bring tge car back or we will reposes it. I was like I took that car back yesterday good bye and hung up. 30 days later still dealing with this nightmare business because they refuse to tell my ins company that I gave the car back! Then I 3 way them and this Cliff guy proved me right to my ins that they were unethical and rude! He said this is a waste of time and I said I know, I agree. Then hes like no you are a waste of time you wasted our time. Really Cliff? I wasted yours? If you really wanted to get rid of me you should have sent the statement when I first asked you to! He hung up on us and my ins agent said I should report him and the company because that was definitely unprofessional! So guys beware... You have been warned!
