I went to several local Honda dealerships and none of them seemed like they wanted to work with me. I found Classic Honda and immediately began to message with Jessica Mendez in sales. I already knew what car I wanted and had applied for finance. Jessica was very kind and quick to respond. Once I arrived, after my hour drive, Jessica had all the paperwork ready, and my car was fully detailed and had a full tank of gas. I completed my paperwork with Adriana Concepcion who was also very kind. While completing the paperwork, Jessica set up all the safety features on my 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid so when it was time for me to leave, I was all set. This was my first time purchasing a car on my own and I’m glad it was with Classic Honda. Jessica and Adriana made this process very smooth and quick. I would recommend Classic Honda.

Josh Swiernik was my service coordinator. He was very helpful and professional in getting me serviced in a timely manner. I expected to be there for a very long time because I didnt have an appointment. However he was able to get serviced. He has great customer service skills and explained other services needed for my Honda and did not pressure me in getting them done, He did explain which were most needed.Josh has been one of my most efficient service coordinators for as loan as Ive owned a Honda. Negative star! I bought my Honda Odyssey in Feb/2020. After 1 year, in 02/22/2021 I took it to regular maintenance, oil change and aliment. Unfortunately, the mechanic took my car outside the dealership and crash it against another car. My car was heavily damaged (photo attached). While waiting for my car, they told me: -Sorry, but you cannot take your car back because the car is not drivable. We will give for you a compliment car. I was in shock, but accepted and come back to my house. Im still paying $600 per month, after 4 months, somebody leave me a message to pick up your my car. The repair was estimated in $12.434(The insurance payed for that). I asked Classic Honda to send me a repair report in order for me to have a technician to inspect my car before I pick it up, but they refuse to provide me that do that. Obviously, I need to know what has been repaired. The manager told me: no, only after you pick up the car we can provide it. For me, do not make sense. I bought one new car and I still pay the same for a damaged car? The most unbelievable thing is that the manager call me during my work time and screaming: - Bring my compliance car today! I explain to him that I do not have the repair report, do not have diminish approved or any other compensation approved. He responds saying that he do not care, if you not bring my car back until 2 pm, I will report it as a stolen car. I did not believe it! Now they are treating me like I was a criminal.I immediately drove to the nearest police department, explain the situation to the police officer, and left the car there. Unfortunately, I forgot my computer (work laptop) inside the car. I was forced to contact the manager again that told me: I will not give your computer back, because the front windshield is damaged. But the compliance car is covered by my car insurance and again he hang out while I am speaking. Believe or not, I had to call the police again in order to have my computer back. They sent officers to the Classic Honda office to make sure that they will have my computer back. Whaaaatttttttttt?????? I am the victim nothing that happens was my fault. I still paying for my damaged car and the manager treat me like a criminal. Honda never apologize; never call me for a fair deal. Ive never will forget this humiliation. Now, my car does not have clean Carfax anymore, I am dealing with 3 different insurances (Honda, my and the car involved), I was forced to contract a car appraiser services (I spent $380 for a diminish value report) and I will spent more $750 for car inspection, to make sure that the service has been well done and safe.Honda classic never more, do not go there!Because this incident, I lost my insurance probably high prices in future car insurances.Direct loss, my car lost $12K in market (based on diminish value report).The compliance car provided by Honda is not the same model, does not have seven seats, does not have leader seats, does not have slid door, does not have heated eight, does not have smart connection with my cell phone, does not have driven assistance.I also have extra spent with transportation because the compliance car provided by Honda does not have eight seats.The business mission described at website Classic Honda is:Never Forget Your Customer - Never Let Your Customer Forget You!SOUNDS LIKE A JOKE to ME.Indeed, I will never forget them.Regrets is my name.

Girlfriend went in for an oil change and planned on using one of her credits she purchased with the Honda care plan. When she arrived the service department could not find her in the system. She provided her receipt and contract for the Honda plan but refused to honor it, stating that she needed to contact her supervisor who sold her the plan. This person was of course unavailable. My girlfriend does not speak English as her first language so I called the service department asking for clarification and to see if I could help. The man on the phone was extremely rude to me and when I asked to be transferred to sales to see if one of them could help me he replied yeah sure! and then hung up on me. girlfriend had no options other than to pay out of pocket for the services she was already paying monthly for.Absolute classless business. If I could give negative stars I would. You sold a service and then refused to honor your own contract, and when your own customer tried to fix the mistake YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES MADE, you offered only attitude and disrespect.

I bought 2021 Honda CRV in Classic Honda. The Sales Manager Alberto Torres and Sales person Brian Rosario was very patience to answer all the clarification and other financial stuffs. Both are kind enough to show us different color options and delivery of the vehicle was smooth. Overall no unwanted fees and reasonable offers provided by classic Honda dealer. It was a rocky road dealing with payment for the services from my 3rd party warranty service but Josh and his manager were diligent with their follow up. Because of this commitment, I ended up getting reimbursed by the company. Josh was very knowledgeable about the issues and the original problem that I went in for seems to have been resolved.

Went in to trade my car for a new car. Jimmy was my sales guy and he was great! Very patient and efficient. He answered all my questions, was detailed in the information he provided and worked with the finance team so I wasnt sitting in the dealership all day. VERY POOR SERVICE.The company only cares about profit and does not care about the safety of customers on the road.A week before my vacation, I did a full current service of the car and replaced 4 tires with brand new ones . They recommended me a specific brand saying that they were good quality. The tires ended up being of a very poor quality and one of them exploded on the road at a speed of less than 45 miles per hour after driving less than 30 miles from the dealer. At the servicing, I asked to replace the tires with better ones, for which I was ready to pay the full price, provided that I would not pay again for the service associated with their installation,since I did not get the promised high-quality result, and I lost two days of vacation out of 4 planned, the day of departure when the wheel exploded and the day of repair.They refused, saying that they can only replace a damaged tire with the same one.,and for the installation of other more reliable ones, I need to pay again for the service and full price for new tires saying that all the wheels are now already used and they are not going to meet me halfway, hinting that I probably hit something that caused the tire to break and that they will easily prove it in court with their good lawyer.I dont want to pay again to the company that exposed me and my family to such a risk on the road and accuses me of lying,and I dont advise anyone else.The money paid for 4 new tires with the installation was thrown out the window, vacation is spoiled and I now have stress on the road and a complete loss of trust for this company.I went to another company, Discount Tires, instead where they told me that the nature of the rupture indicates poor quality of the tire and they provided good service. I paid for full new service, more expensive tires which I would’ve paid at Honda if they met me half way, because I rather give my money to someone who cares. I highly recommend Discount Tires instead.

The person who assisted me was Matthew, forgot the last name but his customer service was great if I could rate the customer service I’d give him a 5 because he was really nice but I took my car in for an oil change and filter change. That took about 4 hours, I called in to check on the status of my car at the two hour mark and a lady picked up and said Matthew was off today??? I’m my opinion I don’t think my service should’ve taken that long but it happened. To clarify, Matthew was great but the service took forever.

Classic Honda’s team (props to the awesome mechanics who made sure my car was in optimal shape, and Thomas Carter who was super knowledgeable, patient, respectful, arranged everything that was needed maintenance-wise, answered all our questions thoroughly, and communicated and worked with the team to help finish everything as quickly as possible) was phenomenal!!! I had a sudden (while I was waiting) change in my schedule that day so I had a limited amount of time I could be at Classic, but I left in a proper amount of time (I needed a diagnostic test, and once the problem was figured out, everything was fixed in a reasonable and proper amount of time). So thankful for the Classic Honda team. I drove to the opposite side of town from me to come to this place right when they opened in the morning because of how they treat my parents’ vehicles with care as well. Thank you all.

If you want better service go to Coggin Honda. Arrived at 2:50pm at Classic Honda and led by greeter to Tom who told me to take a seat and he would get to me in a few minutes. Saw new people continually drive up and talk to a tech associate. I sat there 30 minutes, Tom never acknowledged me being there. Walked to another associate and told him about my situation and said I could not get an oil change & rotation until a week later. Asked him to call another Honda dealer nearby to see if they could take me and was told All of them would be like that due to understaffed and very busy. I called Coggin Honda at 3:30pm and was told they could take me immediately when I get there at 4pm. Much better experience at Coggin Honda.Not very classy Classic Honda.

Their service department is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I have never experienced such horrible service. They never call u back when they say they are your left wondering when your car will be done. It’s like the left hand doesn’t speak to the right hand over there!!! Extremely frustrating dealing with this dealer, every time you call the service department you can never speak to anyone and all your doing is leaving messages. I made an 2 weeks prior to the appointment to be told they aren’t sure if the wheel and rim person will be in, ummm so what’s the point of making an appointment 2 weeks prior for?? The advisor doesn’t even enter the issue correctly enters something totally different, you start to question if they even know what they are doing! Ridiculous is truly an understatement!!

Classic Honda is a classic—friendly on the phone and welcoming in person. They gave us a good price from the outset, partially due to not tacking on a $1,2000- $2,4000 prep package of expensive add-ons that other dealerships do to get the asking price as high possible. Classic also gave us more for our trade-in than the three other Honda dealerships we visited (yes, we shop around). The whole car buying experience at Classic was non-stressful and relatively quick. Although Classic was farther away for us than other dealerships, it was definitely worth the drive.Our salesperson, Jimmy Persad was fantastic. Have you ever found a car salesperson that you liked and trusted? Jimmy is that guy! He was everything we could want in a salesperson and more-- friendly, genuine, never pushy and extremely knowledgeable about our CR-V. He even showed us features on our old CR-V that we were previously unaware of. After we bought our new car, he helped us transfer our stuff, program the computer to our preferences and went through a thorough check list of every detail. We are highly recommending Jimmy and Classic Honda to all our friends with confidence that they will have similar experiences.

I had an amazing experience with the sales (Jessica) and finance (David) department at Classic Honda! Jessica Zavala-Mendezwas very friendly and kind, David sent the necessary documents to my bank in minutes. Prior to making an appointment I asked for one specific thing and thats exactly what they gave as soon as I sat down. What I loved about this dealer is that I came in with my approved financing and they did not pressure me into financing with them. Of course for their personal gain, they did offer to run my credit to compare rates, the second I declined they backed off and let it go, which I really appreciated. They really understand No means no! I absolutely hate dealerships (Im sure a lot of people do) but Classic Honda really went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were great and willing to work with me to achieve a common goal: me getting getting a car, and them selling a car! I got what I wanted and walked away happy!

The air conditioning went out on our 2020 Honda CR-V so we took it to the dealership on June 3. A loaner wasnt available so we rented a car. Thomas called my husband and said the part was ordered and the car would be ready on Monday. My husband was out of town until Wednesday night so he asked if he could pick it up later, which was fine. He went on Thursday and the car still isnt ready and no loaner is available. Today is now June 12 and we still have no car and no loaner. We were told they are waiting on a part. This is literally costing us hundreds of dollars in rental car charges. I realize they cant control when a part arrives but they can set aside a car for us to help mitigate the cost. Or tell us parts are extremely delayed and we would have kept the car, rolled down the windows and sucked it up until the part arrived. My husband hasnt been happy with the CRV and is considering trading it in for a Toyota RAV 4. After this experience, I think that might be a good idea.

We had been looking for a new Odyssey to replace out 2010 for about a year. We visited many dealerships over that year. We even found one and agreed on a price at a place called Space Coast Honda (DONT EVER GO THERE) they pressured my wife and I so hard in finance we ended up leaving, we snuck out and never went back. Over all the places we browsed, one place always stood out in my mind Classic Honda of Orlando They might not be the newest buildings or cleanest building or in the best part of town but I can assure you they will treat you the BEST and they were $2000 cheaper with truly no hassle. Our Sales person was Hector Colon and just like everybody else at this dealership, he was awesome.

HORRIBLE, service center. My wife brought her car her for a repair. There was a motor mount or a transmission mount loose or broken. When putting the car out of park the engine moves. The service tech tells her that it was the mount because the motor moves when you push the brake and put the car in drive. The actual car had this issue before less than a year so it should have been a covered repair. The service advisor comes back moments later and said it was the tensioner that was loose a hair and the causes the motor to jump around. I over heard him saying that to my wife and walked up to him an asked him to repeat the problem found. He said yes the tensioner. He said it moves just a hair and the causes the motor to jump around. I work on cars and I know for a fact that this was not the case. He looks at my wife and tells her “well if you leave here and that tensioner brakes then your battery will die and possibly cause the motor to over heat and then it could cause you to burn up your motor. I felt like calling Channel 9 news to come out and witness such harassment and a lying service advisor. He did it without any fear of being called a pier. Needless to say. His scare tack tick worked and my wife forked over $450 to have a tensioner replaced. Horrible place and I urge everyone to avoid this place like the plague.

I scheduled a service appointment a week ago on 5/20/2021 for general maintenance and a recall. I requested a rental vehicle. I received a confirmation call the day before and confirmed my appointment. On Thursday, 5/27/2021, I show up for my SCHEDULED appointment (11AM) early at 10:45AM. Had to stand around in a group of people and get asked multiple times who was here first. I finally got to speak to an advisor, not the one I was scheduled with because he was busy with another customer. Thats fine. Get told the service will be completed approximately 2PM. I ask for the rental I requested. He says theres probably none available. He goes to check and theres no keys on the wall so no rentals are available. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SELECTING THAT I WANTED A RENTAL IF ONE WAS NOT GOING TO BE RESERVED? I call my boyfriend to come pick me up because I have work. I get a phone call at 3PM from the advisor I was scheduled with to say they found a nail in my tire. Not surprised. Been having low tire pressure pop up time to time. He tells me they can fix it and my car should be ready at 3:45PM, but hell call to let me know. I didnt receive a call. I get off of work and realize its 6:45PM. I call the dealership and finally get ahold of someone to learn that the service department closes at 6PM. No one called me to inform me that my car would be held overnight. It is 9:30AM on 5/28/2021 and I had to call the service department this morning to try to figure out what the status is with my car. I got told they couldnt locate the advisor and they would call me back. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT? WHAT WAS THE POINT OF REQUESTING A RENTAL IF THEY WOULDNT RESERVE ONE? I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and DO NOT recommend this dealership.Edit: Got a call back at 9:45AM from the advisor saying hes sorry he forgot to let me know that they didnt have the tire in stock but they have it this morning and it should be done at noon. It is 2:22PM. Guess whats not done. Guess who had to call at 2PM to ask for a status on my car? Got informed that it should be done at 3PM. WHAT!? Then received a voicemail at 2:15PM from the advisor that it should be done at 3:30PM because the fuel pump still needs to be changed (thats what the recall was on). It has been OVER 24 HOURS for service that I was initially informed would take 3 hours. My babys car seat base is still in the vehicle. I need my car this weekend. I am beyond dissatisfied.

I took my Honda CRV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and the service salesman tried to upsell me on getting services done that I didnt need, which would have cost hundreds of dollars. This place has really gone downhill over the past year. I purchased my vehicle from them a few years ago and had been a happy customer since, but will never return to this location.Beware - they will try to upsell you on services that your vehicle does not need.

If youre looking for a dealership that cares for the customer experience, DONT GO THERE. Terrible customer service EVER. Im truly baffled by all the stellar reviews on this page. I wonder if Classic Honda paid for them. Im very unhappy with the results of my maintenance and how they address customer problems.I dont recommend this company to anyone. Here is my story: I took my Honda Pilot 2020 for a regular maintenance review yesterday, and also requested them to fix a recurring issue in my car related to a loosing connection in the bus network that is causing a bothering and loud noise coming out of speakers like a popping or crackling even when my audio system is turned off, so you can imagine how nasty and bad it has been my experience while driving my Honda Pilot in the last few months. The service advisor simply was limited to say they would be ordering the auto part and nothing else could be done at that point to help me expedite a resolution to my problem since Honda usually doesnt provide a SLA/estimate or any other mechanisms to track down their auto parts, so I should wait until someone will be contacting me to schedule an appointment at some point in the future, that could be 1 week, 1 month, 2 months away or even longer. Thats bizarre :-( Just for the records, Im enclosing a letter received from Honda on this issue as it describes exactly the issue Ive been struggling with my Honda Pilot for over than a month, not to mention that this is a recurring issue that is happening for the 3rd time since last year, but nobody seems to be able to fix it at Classic Honda, let alone cares whether customer issues will be properly solved or not. Very disappointed and frustrated with this dealership service center. If I were you, Id run away from this company!!

The worst experience I had today 02/13/2021. Three hours of wait. Then car came and then mechanic writing some papers for his findings, another 30 minutes wait. Ultimately had to leave without papers/receipt. All customers at my time had left. Only I was alone there waiting. Service advisor Thomas C worst advisor to meet. Worst ever service I got. GOD forbid I ever have to go there again. Waste of time, waste of gas, waste of money going over there. I will not recommend anyone to have service from there.

I MUST say that I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Classic Honda with Qui Duong. I am more than satisfied with the way that I was and am always treated. Qui kept in constant contact with me months prior to my lease maturing which, I was so happy that he did. Qui reached out and told me now was the time to make a move and boy was he right as he got me out of my current lease and I am now driving in a NEW Honda CR-V EX-L for a lower payment than my original vehicle. I highly recommend dealing with him as he is a man of his word period.

Had 11:20 appointment for oil change. Checked in 11:28.I asked how long it would take b/c I had 2 other appointments that day. Advisor stated 1hr to 1hr 10 minutes.An hour & 20minutes later I saw my car still sitting in parking lot. I went to see if I could get my keys, only to find out that they had not even started on it 😲!Josh was rude. Never apologized!!!I had to reschedule my appointments b/c I got my car back at 1:10.They called to ask me about my experience, when I tried to call back all lines were busy.Headquarters Honda’s advisor texts to keep you updated. Maybe you guys should give it a try

Great sales team, al was the best, service team not so good at all, Purchased a brand new 2020 civic, went to get it tinted here and get some accessories put on, car came back to me with damage on the front windshield rubber, needs a new computer, and the mudguards where loose and had screws missing, talked to the service manager Dervin Carty and he super was rude and said that my vehicle, a showroom vehicle came like that and that it was not damaged, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, i was treated with disrespect and really bad, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN,

Service was professional and friendly. Pricing was about what Id expect for the work required. A free Enterprise rental was provided for the day it took to complete the job and transportation to pick up the rental was likewise provided. As important, Classic Hondas service desk was detailed, very pleasant and followed up with me on a regular basis. Cant ask for more than that (but they provided it with a free CarFax for my vehicles history and 52 weeks of access to the service).

I bought a used car at Classic Honda on Thursday night. Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. Mainly because of my own oversight, I didn’t find out until I got home that the car owner’s manual was not to be found.I called the salesman on Friday morning and was told there was not one for the car. I have purchased many used cars in my life and never ran into this situation. I was told I could download one on the internet. True, but not what I expected. Very unhappy they were not willing to get me one for my glovebox.

Went in to trade in my lease and purchase a car. Just had the worst customer service experience overall. To make a long story short, the General Manager, Reggie Wakim is too busy to speak with customers who drop thousands of dollars. I was told to expect a call from Reggie to discuss my situation, only to be called back by my Sales Manager saying he is too busy and passes along his apologies. Now that is some poor customer service when the GENERAL MANAGER cant even take time to speak to someone . Save yourself the headache and go to another dealership.

Went in for a recall on my Honda. What started out bad by a service rep that I cant even recall his name turned into an awesome experience. Thank you Justin Scoville for your help the first day I came in and settled things...Second time going back I had the pleasure of having Greg Jones helping me out with my recall and also for having everything ready for my loaner vehicle. When Justin walked through the door Greg had the paperwork in order so I wouldnt be too late for work!When I got back to pick my car up spoke to Greg about tires! He was very helpful and even found better tires for cheaper.All in all God is good and Im thankful for Him sending Justin and Greg in for the rescue you guys are awesome!

Qui helped us find the right car for my wife, was 100% transparent and clear upfront. We went to a different dealership right before going to Classic, and we immediately felt the difference. The sales personnel is not commissioned, so you never feel pressured to buy or never feel like theyre taking advantage of you. We knew upfront the price we were going to be paying and that made the whole process easier. Downside is there is no negotiation, but they do price their vehicles fairly.

Called in for an emergency parts order. On the phone call the parts department employee sounded like he just woke up from a nap when he had gotten patched threw and was laughing while I was trying to speak to them. He told me they had the parts and never went back to make sure they were there. We show up a hour drive out to get the parts for the guy to say that they didnt actually have them. He started locating some where elese for us to pick up the parts at an was gone for a good while. As I was about to call the dealer he was about to call he came out with the parts. The guy seemed like he wasnt all there. Could even say he was high. The guy took my order and failed to give me back my license. I was very unhappy with the service. To top it on my way out J saw there price gouging on the civic type R. Absolutely insane.

Update … how is the customer being inconvenienced?????So I wrote a review that after carefully analyzing and from my experience I had to take back. I gave Honda a lot of credit in their cars but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO GOOD … the sales men will sell you a dream and you will walk out the dealer happy but the happiness won’t last long once you need to get your car to be serviced. They are very unprofessional and poor customer service. I’m leasing a car from them and the car is making a noise but because HONDA MECHANICS DO NOT HEAR THE NOISE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THE CUSTOMER. You just have to stay with your unreliable car and live at the dealer. It’s sooo much more to express but the bottom line is once you buy the car you are on your own with REAL SITUATIONS. Minor things they will take care of meaning the usually oil changes and etc but other than that the customer is out of luck if any issues with the car. Warranty doesn’t matter leasing doesn’t matter. They have a way of saying the usual disclaimer “we apologize for the inconvenience amd sorry you are going through this but there isn’t more we can do”! Sad for such a major company

If I could give 0 starts I would. Alex Zapata from Financial Services (Manager) approved me on a car and I just had to go sign papers I call him 2 times he didn’t answer my call, I call the front desk and they transferred me and I tell him I’m about to go over there and he says “We’ll I don’t want to make you waste your time but somebody is looking at the car right now” and I tell him okay, but I’m basically approved I’m on my way to sign and he said no that they are taking the car already. They didn’t even tell me, the least they could off done was give me a call and tell me that, not while I’m about to be there to sign. So if you are trying to buy a car don’t even go to this place because they don’t even care about there customers.

Purchasing a vehicle is one of my least favorite things to do. Its always been stressful not knowing if you are getting a fair deal. This time it was different as the GM understood that most people want to get the best bang for their hard earned money and we didnt have to debate to get a fair price. Adriani was personable and didnt pressure and listened as I tried to process my decision. I came in to look at a used SUV and left with a new one. I felt that I received a good deal without having to haggle over price. I would highly recommend Classic Honda.

After having had a terrible experience at my local Honda dealer, I knew I would have to drive nearly an hour in any direction to get to another dealership. So, I emailed 5 dealerships that were each about the same distance from my home. Several dealerships responded quickly, including Classic. However, only Classic was willing come close to my target price without significant haggle or back and forth.From beginning to end, the experience with Classic was excellent. Communication with Brittany (salesperson) was always quick and clear. Bill (manager) was available for any questions without the high pressure personality I’ve encountered with sales managers at other dealerships.Once I arrived at the dealership, the 2020 Odyssey was detailed, full of gas and ready to go. After a test drive with Leo, I signed the papers and was on my way in a reasonable time.Highly recommend Classic Honda!

The wait time to service your vehicle is crazy! Got here at 7:45am to get two replace tires and still here two hours later. Matthew will sell you a dream but in reality you are getting a NIGHTMARE! Go to another Honda dealership, where your time is valued and treated with respect. My keys and paperwork was sitting off to the side while the guys were talking and laughing. They didnt know the tire was in the back...who drives around with the nail in the tire?Loaner vehicle is not great either we have a CRV and got a Civic...I went to see my back doctor after returning the loaner the first time I came to get the recall done.

I tried calling this place and you can never get anyone to answer the phones. So i put my information into the chat and ask them if they could have someone reach out to me cause i really needed a car, so they had Brittany call me. We started texting and then after i didnt respond to a text cause i was working, so i decided to text back on my break and it said they had blocked me from texting, so I moved forward into having someone else help me get a car. How can a dealer not try to help someone thats already approved help you get a car and loose a 13k deal. And they probably not even busy cause 9 times out of 10 when you go to most dealers and walk in there you see people standing around talking. I was already approved from my bank.

I have a hold my Honda CRV for a little over two years. Although I purchased my car at classic Honda, I do shop around for the best service and the best experience when it comes to standard maintenance and upkeep. Classic Honda has given me great service but, I have noticed recently that they have “up’d” their game! I received the best service I’ve ever received any service department today!! With a clear communication, timely updates, realistic timelines, excellent service on my vehicle, clean car, and a Reasonable Price! What could anyone else ask?!
