I have owned several high end vehicles and always have my service done by those manufacturers. That said Lincoln is absolutely the best. No hassle, Easy scheduling, Fast and efficient Service, Excellent Communication and the car is returned in better condition than what I had it picked up in.I refuse to send my Navigator to any other dealer, and when it is time to upgrade, I will be coming the CFL for sure. They have definitely earned my business for years to come.

I must say that this was one of the BEST car shopping experiences I have ever had. My fiance and I were looking for a vehicle for her. We had our eyes set on a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. We stopped by Central Florida Lincoln to view a Nautilus I had seen advertised on the companys website.From the moment we got out of the truck, we were greeted with a warm smile and greeting by Daran who made us feel very welcomed. Next, we were introduced to our sales consultant, Victor. We hit it off from the start and his personality was very genuine. We bonded during the test drive and chatted about many things in life and definitely the details of the beautiful, fully-loaded 2019 Nautilus that brought tears to my fiances eyes when she realized she was driving it home.Victor was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made us feel more like friends instead of customers during our visit. Dont buy a car now. There is a semiconductor shortage and they will take nothing less than full MSRP and short you on your trade. They have the attitude that if you walk several more will come in behind you. Wife really wanted the car. Delivery was extremely short and not very informative. They more or less paired the phone and tapped on the screen. No walk-around, no tour of the dealership. This will be our last Lincoln. There are many other luxury SUV makers out there.

This is the first mechanical issue we have experienced since we got our vehicle just under a year ago. The service department was super friendly and got us set up with a loaner. They delivered the loaner and drove our vehicle in for service which is awesome! (BTW, I love not having to go out of my way to get a vehicle repaired that is under warranty. I wish all companies offered this service!) They kept us informed of the status of the repair as well as the issue they discovered. After the vehicle was back up and running they then washed the car before bringing it back to us and taking the loaner back. The whole experience was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and appreciate the way they went out of their way to make sure we suffered no impact to our routine.

I went in to have two recalls on my car and left with only one recall complete and a repair!! One of the employees broke my drivers car seat knocking it off the track! To add insult to injury the store manager and staff said they wouldnt pay for the repair, that I had to pay for the repair and neglected to acknowledge that the incident happened while my car was in their possession by one of their employees!! The department is rude. I had to reschedule my appointment that I had reserved which they had no record of or deleted. There was one front desk gentleman and he was The Only Respectably Sane Employee there! Beware if you do business at this location. Make double sure to get names, take pics, and be prepared to be blamed for repairs you didnt have before, and to pay for unnecessary repair(s) caused by the employee(s) and get ready for an argument! I am highly upset and disappointed. I am waiting to see if the parties involved will do the just thing and repair my drivers car seat. Right before I left I was escorted into an adjacent office with the store manager and one of the employees who got me a quote of $1500 and said if I paid they could repair my drivers car seat. They offered to make the repair, then recanted their statement. The store manager also said if I went somewhere and got my car seat repaired they would pay for the repair upon receipt of the repair only to recant that statement as well once I repeated to him what he suggested! Proceed with precaution if you ever visit this dealership!

My vehicle had a problem with the backup camera display. The tech correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the required part to fix the problem. My service adviser kept me informed as to the status of the repair and arranged to have my vehicle delivered to me upon completion. I am very pleased with the service I receive from Central Florida Lincoln.

Worst buying experience I ever encountered. Car finally arrived, sat down with a cashiers check, amount based on sales manager, Joe Alvarez, negotiated price and was informed they increased the price by 4K. I talked with the dealership weekly for 2 months before the car arrived, but they failed to disclose the price had been increased. Shady and dishonest. Stay away.

Victor greeted me at the foyer doors and quickly retrieved the specific vehicle I was there to see. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle, was personable and professional. I was transparent that I had been shopping around and had been to several other dealerships and would be in contact if I had interest in this vehicle. Zero pressure was applied to make this sale, to which was not my experience with the other dealerships (3 of the 5 I visited were not Lincoln dealers). When I made the call to get the deal rolling the experience was fast and seamless, they even were able to beat my prequalified APR rate by 3%. By the time I got back to dealership (I traveled 1.5 hrs for this sale) paper work was near to complete and I was out the door within 30 min with my new car! Smoothest car buying I’ve ever had. I went in to the dealership only to look at a CLS 550 that I notice online. I had two other dealership to review before I Intended on making my decision. However, after meeting The salesman Victor Balledteros and being treated in such a calm, respectful, and truly professional manner, it made me not want to go anywhere else. Needless to say I purchased the Mercedes for my wife. I have asked that Victor be on the look out for me a Corvette. I have all intentions of doing business here in the future. Very pleased with the Corsair. Great ride, very comfortable. Wish it were a few inches wider for a little more leg room. But very satisfied.Now that weve owned the vehicle for several months I do need to say that Im not happy with the performance of the vehicle. The ride is nice but Im not happy with the performance of the transmission in that it lurches from a dead stop and does not shift smoothly. Not sure if thats just the nature of this vehicle, but Im not satisfied.

Excellent company with a superb lineup of luxury vehicles. I took my Continental in for a diagnostic, the technician and service advisor that I worked for were both friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle the entire time and received a quality loaner while mine was being worked on. I got my car back and the issues were resolved, my car was washed and vacuumed. Now thats great service. Highly recommend this dealership.

I live in the Tampa area but was looking for a very specific vehicle. I called this dealership a week ago about a certified 2017 MKZ and looked it over but noticed a few chips in the paint and curb rash along with some sun damaged panels. I pointed these out to my sales rep Amine who was very helpful and confirmed with his manager he could get them fixed and offered me at first 8k for my car as a trade in then went up to 9k. I told him I still need to think about it. Cut to this week the price dropped 3k so I called and set up an appointment to go back. Amine wasnt there instead I had to deal with 2 very unhelpful reps the first never told me his name and the 2nd was Victor who was the manager during that time. They took 1500 off my trade in value for added miles since last visit which is ridiculous since I work from home and barely added any miles except my trip out to them. I then told them about what Amine told me about fixing the small defects and they told me they cannot fix that and I have to buy the car as is. I told them thats silly because I have bought CPOs before and every single time at every dealership they have fixed small chips in paint and such plus the panels should be covered under warranty. Victor responded with look its a 4 year old car you need to realize that I told him that Amine promised me these things would be fixed and he responded with Amine can say those things doesnt mean it will happen. I expressed how disappointed I was with this process and the fact that they KNEW was driving from Tampa and they wasted my time. To which he said look we have no money left on this car it is what it is. They let me walk out and I am glad if thats how they are going to treat a customer who took the time to drive out from an hour and a half away then I dont want to do business with them there are plenty of other dealerships I can go to. Rude and unprofessional.

Spent a ton of money on a Navigator and still so many open issues that were supposed to be resolved within 24 hours...now been almost 4 weeks. Still only one key fob, no vehicle manual, no key code for the door, windshield fluid light already on, not sure if oil was changed, USB port was broken...well you get the point. And worse, we have left numerous message with no action. Just empty promises. Horrible service.

I take responsibility for what I know how to do. I do not admit any mistakes or any flaws in the work that I commit to doing!I also cannot imagine that an official Dealer of the Lincoln car manufacturer fails to perform poorly the service that was recalled by the manufacturer. I do not admit it!Do you think that the dealer owner or manager are looking for maximum profit offering me low quality service at the minimum cost?I do not want to get the Lincoln brand in the lie, saying that it changed the two (02) catalytic converters and the four sensors (04) and after the service “bad performed” for several days, an easy investigation of photos and videos before and after, engine light on, new noise (sounds like front catalytic gasket), vibration, engine cloth burning smell, smell of rotten egg that continues to exhale from the exhaust pipe and a simple visit to another Lincoln dealer, intending to have to change the catalytic converters and the budget was approximately $ 1,400 each catalytic ($ 2,800), 4 sensors $ 786, labor $ 600 = $ 4,189 + taxWhen I arrived with my defective Chevy Traverse at the dealer, General Motors, reported a recall under extended warranty for powertrain and transmission, was paid $ 3,950 for the repair. The service was perfect and while the vehicle stayed for 20 days, they provided me with a bigger car, a spectacular Tahoe!This is my fifth Lincoln and I realize that the quality of the products used on the exterior and interior of the vehicle is going downhill, lower weak engine, year 2013 and no individual tire PSI like since 2009 Traverse provide us, no air suspension is like go back to cave, the plastic chrome peeling, vagabond product, such as those responsible for approving such low quality made in Asia products.Think of helping this wonderful country with less profit. Buy only made in USA or help the region with Made in Americas with strict quality control!Wrong decisions in various departments!This Central Florida dealer didnt performed correct the service at all and the car has ENGINE LIGHT ON with code related to the same repair supposed to be done!

Bought a certified 2016 Mkz hybrid (not from this dealership). A month after owning, it completely died as I was going 75 mph on the highway. I have video of the entire breakdown. It left me stranded on the side of 75 for an hour with no hazard lights or a/c, complete power failure. Took the car to this dealership. Like I said, I had video so they took the car in for service. My service guy was nice but they kept my car for a month. I had to keep calling to get updates and they would tell me some nondescript procedure they did. Finally, I get the call, it’s done. They say it was a “chaffed” wiring harness and send a bill to Ford for $5000. Car seems fine. A month later I notice my hood, as well as all four doors and trunk lid have corrosion starting at the seams where the welds are. Do some research and find out it’s a common thing with the mkz. Apparently there were issues with weld seals on the seams of this car. I took it to the collision center and was verbally told “everything would be fixed. We will give you a loaner but we have to order the parts. We will call you.” Two weeks later, nothing. I called back and spoke to David- a manager with the collision center. He said they would be replacing the roof, all four doors, and the trunk lid but that they had to order parts. I waited another two weeks. Had to call back again and David told me that they would not be able to do ANYTHING under warranty and that I would have to pay over 4K to get everything fixed. I argued that I was already told twice that everything would be fixed under warranty. He sympathized with me. Said he would fight for me and hated that this was my experience with a certified vehicle. Never heard back from him. Called back and tried to fight it again to no avail. This is a 2016 Mkz hybrid with less than 40k miles. They told me the coverage ends after 5 years... it’s 2021. My grandfather worked for Ford his entire life. He only drove Lincoln’s. He would be rolling in his grave. Never buying another Ford or lincoln and never going back to this dealership. I have receipts if you don’t believe me.

I love the ride but my vehicle has ended up in the service department twice due to AC not working properly.Not cooling. Freon leaking out. The first time they had my car i2 weeks and the second time they had it for a month!Now it’s happening a third time and I am dreading having to take it in again! This will be the third time they will try to figure out the leak and it’s always a very long time before I get my car back! I just want another car at this point! I don’t think they will ever be able to figure out where the Freon is leaking out.

Although I live in the Villages, about 55 miles north of CF Lincoln, I leased my new MKZ (sedan) from them because they reached out with a full page ad in our local newspaper.I had previously looked at closer Lincoln dealers but was unwilling to pay their lease prices.One concern with Buying from a farther dealer was having a good relationship with a service department, but CF Lincoln assured me that they would pick up and deliver my car, leaving me with a loaner, even though I was not close to them.Last week my car was due for its first routine maintenance.I called CF Lincoln and easily arranged for pickup and delivery.Their driver came to my house at the appointed time, called to let me know he was near, and was masked to avoid contagion.Another comparable MKZ was left for my use while they serviced mine.The next day they returned my car and took back their loaner.All this was handled smoothly and efficiently and courteously and at no cost to me.I am very pleased with Central Florida Lincoln both with the initial sale and the subsequent service experience!

I went into this Dealership on Friday knowing what I wanted, I also went in knowing I did not want to be sitting and waiting for hours to be approved or not! I was truly impressed with my results! The staff was wonderful especially Tim, he took his time and walked me through every step of my purchase! My finance guy also took extra steps to get me the best rate possible! As far as a dealership goes, Central Florida is top notch and goes the extra mile in their service. As far as the car itself goes, terribly disappointed. Car is way over rated. Looks fancy, but way over priced. I drove Lincolns for over 30 years in the 70s, 80s and 90s and liked them very much. My last Lincoln was a Continental and when they stopped making them, I was very disappointed. When they re-entered the market, I had to go back and try them again. My opinion, they are way overpriced and lack several options I had before with my Genesis at a much higher price. When my lease comes up in December 2020, I will again access my options and probably will go back to the Genesis, which is a fantastic automobile.

I am at CF Lincoln about every 2 months due to driving lots of miles and needing regular maintenance. I absolutely love the service that I get and my service advisor Jerry is always exceptional. I have had many cars over the years and some small issues with each. I have even issues with my Lincoln that I have never had in any car like my seat breaking a few times and a small cosmetic issue on the front bumper, which at times represents itself when the bumper not cleaned regularly. Even with these small issues it’s the service I receive that makes my experience of owning a Lincoln, one of the best I have ever had. The services I receive at Central Florida Lincoln on Colonial Drive in Orlando are by far the best I have ever had. More specifically, Jerry Gallman is the very best I have ever had the experience to work with. I have had Volvo, Ford and Cadillac and no compare to the service levels Jerry and the rest of the team provide at Central Florida Lincoln.

NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! In the midst of an approaching hurricane, my car battery began to die on a Saturday night. Of course this would happen on a holiday weekend, where the dealership would be closed Sunday, Monday for Labor Day, and the following day because of a hurricane. Being that this is my only means of transportation, I was a bit worried as being left without a working vehicle during a large storm isnt ideal. As my car was still under warranty, I decided to reach out to the dealership, though I knew the service department was closed - I figured Id take a chance. Within a few hours, the Service manager, Roland, gave me a call from his cellphone in order to assist me. In the end, I wasnt left without a working vehicle for the storm and I have since had the dead battery fixed. (Also side note - the battery in my MKZ, though it was struggling, managed to turn my car on for almost 5 days after it began showing problems - NOW THATS A GOOD CAR!) I just want to thank Roland from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to call me on his day off & get me taken care of during a scary time. I wish more companies cared for their customers like that of Central Florida Lincoln. THANK YOU!!! You guys have earned a customer for life!!!

I had leased two Lincoln’s in 2016. I returned them in 2019 and decided to get the Lincoln Aviator. The follow up on the sales side was weak. I went in and spoke with a salesperson who I explained the color, model, and timeline. I talked to him and gave him my business card. I didn’t get one email or phone call. I understand it happens, and we forget, but I’ve been in sales for a while. If a customer is a returning customer, you know they have history and are a smooth sale. I discussed my dismay, and a friend referenced calling the internet manager. I did call, and he was accommodating and kind. He placed with me his assistant and the same results.I would have to follow up, initiate calls to get more information. It literally felt like a hassle to give them my money. I informed the assistant about having a bad taste from poor follow up, and it didn’t change much. I decided to go to Parks Lincoln in Longwood. It was what I expect from a dealer. They followed up, called, and emailed to ensure I got the vehicle I was looking for. Parks Lincoln delivered the vehicle from Tampa to my home.Moreover, Centra Florida Lincoln had to trade with another dealer to get the aviator from another dealer. It was clear they didn’t want to sell. I was very disappointed. I had great service in the service dept for my vehicle in years past with Central Florida, but the sales side was a poor reflection.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. The inspection they perform on vehicles is useless. They sold me a defective vehicle with thousands in repairs and told me they won’t do anything to help. Mike, the used car manager is a joke. He ignores phone calls and won’t return voicemails or emails. What kind of customer service is that? I was also given a fake email for another manager there. This established is not ran in a professional manner whatsoever. They should be ashamed.Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Great group and process start to finish. We made a few visits and worked with Amin, he was very helpful and kept checking in to make sure they knew what we were looking for. When he cam across a vehicle he knew was a fit he reached out to let me know before it came in - we were there waiting to see it when it arrived. Talk about fast service! Buying was easy, great trade in value on our vehicle, very fair price on the buying side, no pressure, quick and comfortable doing business with them. Awesome team all around and loving the new Navigator!
