I don’t have enough words to say this....but Victor and his crew are AMAZING! I can’t thank him enough for helping me out after I was abandoned by the original contractor who left the job leaving me with a big mess. Victor stepped in with the stone installation and also recommended a cabinet guy to do the cabinet installation as well. If I could I would give him 10+ stars. He is very professional, reliable, honest, and well skilled. He knows what he is doing. His work is top notch. I’m beyond pleased with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Victor and his team installed granite counters in our kitchen. They were on time, professional, and did a great job on the installation! The cuts were straight, all of the exposed edges were polished well, and the one seam is well placed and barely noticeable especially considering we went with black granite.

THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!!! They installed the granite, the cuts were not straight, the counter was not level (it was rocking back and forth) they used 4 shims stacked up so high to raise the corners u, so it would be level. This raised it so much that the metal support braces were not even touching underneath it!! It was a 5 foot span that didn’t touch even one of the support braces!!! No doubt it would crack over time. When I brought this to their attention after seeing the finished product, the owners had a complete meltdown saying I was a “perfectionist”. Well, for $5,100 and no warranty, it should ATLEAST touch the metal support brackets. Victor, the owner and installer, ripped the granite counter off before the glue dried and started yelling at me in Spanish with his wife. He was loading the countertop back in his truck with no promise of returning anytime soon to fix it. He stopped speaking to me in English and just raised his voice in Spanish. His wife started yelling at me too, it scared my children, so I called the Sheriffs office. He drove off, leaving the project unfinished. When the sheriff arrived, he called Victor on his phone to try to help resolve this, Victor got mad at the sheriff and hung up on him. I had to get another installer out here to finish it. It was cheaper that way instead of taking him to court. Victor is unable to handle a customer pointing out flaws in his work. He is unable to install granite that is level, and the correct measurements. So much was wrong, the seams are not right, the overhangs are 1.25 inches in some areas and 0.5 inches in other areas. Victor and his wife DO NOT take responsibility for their work. Really really pathetic!!!!!
