I am so very happy with the service provided they where quick polite and professional and very very affordable they are now my go 2 mechanic for all my car needs! They had my van back on the road the next day after my breakdown I thought Id be out of a car for days! They work fast and gets the job done right the 1st time! Michelle in the office is amazingly helpful and efficient. She is a gem and an asset. Bob did an incredible job o all 3 vehicles we brought in for an alignment. Pricing is upfront and very reasonable. Complete honest and no attempt to upsell of inflate the bill. Highly recommended for great honest work.

Was told they would have it done by closing time. I left the vehicle for an alignment, hours later I go to pick it up, and they did not even touched the car.

I visited this establishment per the request of my brother. He had brought his truck here and they informed him he need new Pitman and idler arms before they could perform the alignment. Myself being ASE certified I performed the repairs. I brought the truck in for alignment and waited over 2 and a half hours for them to get to the truck. Then the mechanic told me there was play in my Pitman arm and that it wasnt replaced. Then proceeded to show me the Pitman arm whos shaft was moving loosely in the center link but not Im its socket which indicates a worn center link or loose Pitman arm nut. I exchange words with mechanic and leave. I get back to my house and put the truck in the air and the Pitman arm is magically tight with no play in joint or shaft. Only evidence of the Pitman arm being loosened as well as a new cotter pin. Highly suspicious place please dont go here. Do research and read reviews and never hesitate for a second opinion.

This place is a nightmare. The sign that is on the door says all must have a mask on. However none of the employees have one on. If Bob not doing your alignment you will be returning. Bob is not there on Saturday so not a good day to come. Next l saw one guy with a cigarette in a customer car. What he did was roll the window down. The bathroom has a sign on the door out of order which is not true. You be the judge!!!

Just for an alignment, I waited 4 hours. When I arrived before they did, 5 individuals came and went, and the guy behind the desk complained the entire time. I wasn’t planning on spending majority of my day there.

The alignment is a great value and it brings folks in, but the work is little pricey but trustworthy and quality work.

Worst place in orlando to go. I paid for ball joint services and just found out they only did the driver side ($590). Then they were supposed to replace my spark plugs and coils. Just found out they only replaced 4 of 8 plugs and 2 of eight coils ($547). Last but not least I paid for motor mounts that were never done ($550) this place is awful they have 15 year olds working on cars and I am going to sue

These guys are great. Their prices are reasonable. And most places charge over$100 for diagnosis of your car, they charge about half. I had my ac, and radiator fixed by them, and I had concerns with something and they looked at the issue and resolved it right away.

Fantastic service, went in for an alignment and could not beat the price! I left after the alignment was done and thought the steering wheel was off center. Tech was happy to put it back on the rack and went with me for a test drive after. I ended up being wrong and the alignment was perfect. Sometimes the customer isn’t always right! This place was fantastic! They came very highly recommended by someone at a tire place. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they did it quickly, honestly, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg for the work they did and they didnt try to upsell any service. Everyone there was also very nice and professional, not condescending or rude like some other places Ive been to. I will DEFINITELY be using their services for any auto work I need to have done in the future! Ive already recommended them to a few of my friends.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO GET ALIGNED HERE!!!, brought my car here about a month ago to get a simple alignment. They gave it back to me in worse shape then when I brought it in. They insisted to still charge with the alignment not done. All the employees where unprofessional and had cigarettes in their mouth While working on cars and had limited knowledge of what they where doing. No one was interested in getting the car aligned properly In the end.

I went in today Monday 5/4/2020 for my rotors and brakes and a alignment and came out with a new smooth ride after having so many mechanic work on my car this the happiest I done been with any service that have been performed on my car thank you so much ( Bob ) I would definitely recommend this place especially Bob my mechanic guy I will definitely be going back for future car problem thank you my car ride so much better

I walked into this shop during one of their busiest times and almost ready to close on a Thursday!! Mr. Joey himself (the owner) came from around the counter and listened to what was going on with my vehicle. Although his shop was getting ready to close, he STILL made time to listen, diagnose the problem and fix it himself! I am so appreciative for this shop and even the young lady who assisted us through this process. Very professional, quick, thorough! Quality customer service is very hard to come by this day in age but I would recommend Affordable Alignment & Auto Service to anyone & I will most definitely be back!

They were great. Great prices. But it is very busy. I went to take my car home after 2and a half hours and I noticed it was still pulling to the right. I brought it back. And the guy fixing my car got a bit nasty with me saying he fixed it. But I understood because it could have been the tires. But I did not like that he got nasty with me because of a concern I had. But I left still happy for the work done.

I went into this “store” for a simple alignment on my vehicle. The young “lady” at the register, who looks like she needed some sleep amongst other things, told me that if they were not able to do the alignment that they would charge me $22 instead of $44. That should have been a red flag. You already know how this ends, they go on to tell me that i need to fix my tie rod and that it costs $250 to repair. I said no, continue with the alignment. Appearantly, they cant do the alignment unless i give them $250 and charged me $22 for nothing. Stay away from these thieves, typical predatory car mechanics who think everyone with a nice car is a rich fool that can be played.

Worked hard for 2 days on my truck, let me have access to watch abd even help work on my vehicle. Great group of mechanics and office personnel. Treated me great when it came down to the amount charged for the work that was done.

Just got both my struts done over the weekend along with an alignment. They did great work and now my daughters car runs perfect!! I wouldnt go to anywhere else. Their honest business sense and their great work is recommended by me every time!! The price is much more affordable than anywhere else that I called.

Went in for an alignment. Not too many complaints. Pros: Friendly staff. Alignment was half price of chain stores. In and out around 30 minutes. Cons: No before and after alignment write ups. Not as clean or organized as a chain store.

Fast service but over priced. at the time I needed to have it done and I think I got taken advantage of. I stopped somewhere else after I had my truck repaired and they said they could have done it for about $700 less

Came here twice to get my alignment fixed. Vehicle was veering to the right. Second time I brought it in, vehicle is now veering to the left. I have also requested an oil change and filter, but my oil filter light maintenance light came on after a couple of days, it indicated to me that it was not done. I have done oil change myself, and the computer resets after I replaced the filter. They said they had reset the computer to stop it from showing again. Nice people, but I feel i was taken advantage of.

This place is so unorganized. Dont go here. They will charge any price for services they do not do. DONT GO HERE. The staff are rude too. They will rip you off as well if you let them. This stupid place tell you whatever to take your money. Dont let them do nothing for your vehicle. This place take all your money, charge you, and say they cant do the work.

I had my my car alignment done here. They were fast, and very coutious. In addition to their expidited service was the price, it was $45 WITHOUT any kind of coupon .

This place is dishonest. While sitting in the lobby I heard them tell two customers that they needed additional parts and work done. They proceeded to show me worn parts on my car next. They said they would not guarantee the alignment if I did not agree to the additional cost. However I am very mechanically inclined and would do it myself but I just dont have fancy equipment to get it accurate. I know that maybe the parts in question are worn but certainly not grossly beyond them functioning well enough. What this shop did not know is that one of the things that pointed at I had just had replaced at g&s on obt. Im well aware of the tolerable amount of play in a front wheel. The parts all connect in an entire system that is designed to move. They did a good job of moving it back and forth and showing me this movement. I told them to just do the alignment and skip the additional work. It was a total of 7 minutes later and my car was ready. I dont think any proper alignment job has ever been completed in such little time. What they failed to notice is the chalk marks I made on the different places where alignment is adjusted. Looking at the marks I can see nothing was moved. After doing some research and measuring the height of the car from the ground to the edge of fender above the wheel I see the car was more than 1 1/2 inches higher on one side. A simple adjustment of the torsion bar and it was corrected. Problem of car wandering and pulling solved. I paid almost 50 bucks for them to try to rip me off and not do the service I paid for. Lesson learned. Dont take your car to affordable alignment.
