I had an amazing experience at City Kia. Myles was my sales person with Gus as his trainee. They were both so personable and professional. I came to Kia to just explore some options. Myles was very knowledgeable about the features and car fax history of the car I ended up purchasing. The car was initially in my price range but went up significantly after everything was factored in. Myles was able to come up to a reasonable number that worked for the both of us to put me in the car. The thing I loved most was the fact that Myles told me up front there was no pressure to buy today but his sole job was to show me the car, give me the facts, answer any questions I may have, give me numbers to see what I can work with and give me a good city Kia experience. Gus also did a great job with being attentive to learn from Myles but stepping in and adding his value when need be and doing a couple solo things with my transaction. I had been a customer of Kia over 7 years I had never experienced what happened to me today. I took my car for oil change and the gentleman name Josue ask me what I brought my car for, I said for oil change he ask me if I want my car to be wash I respond yes so he said its going to be two hours.I wait very patiently, around 5:30 pm they brought my car out and I saw the guy Josue again, he said to me you are next ( 6:07) I walk back looking for him and a young lady went and grabbed him. He was in a room With my paper work this whole time just hanging out and laughing with a group. I grabbed my keys and went to my car. When I got my car the plastic covers for the driver seat was still there, the paper for the floor and the plastic booties was rolled up in my cup holders. I went and mention what was left in my car. His response was “it’s clean right?”. I feel the response was unnecessary, leaving something that goes on your shoes in the cup holder and just not cleaning up after your self. Was just unacceptable. I didn’t feel I was treated with respect and was treated careless. Very disappointed ☹️

This review is long overdue however, back in May I decided it was time for an upgrade and wanted to look into the Kia Soul. As soon as I arrived Myles greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process he listened to me in regards to the vehicle I wanted and the payments I was comfortable with, and he did his best to keep my payments as close to what I wanted as possible. I ended up leaving with a brand new 2021 Kia Soul and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Great experience from start to finish. No appointment today m, but my service advisor Darryl was able to fit me in. Service standard was high with all employees offering to hold open doors for customers and even offered complimentary hot dog and drink as I was awaiting check out. Was on the market to buy my wife a new seltos. We originally started at city Kia but the vehicle was not in. Myles was our first salesman and we stayed in contact with him for over a month. City Kia was super helpful with getting me the car I was looking for. The car shortage is a legit issue with soo many dealers and find something was important to me and quickly. Most of the lots I had visited had nothing in stock. City Kia gave me options and took the time to help. Brenda booked our appointment and she was informative and helpful. Almondo was our sales person and was kind and honest. He really loves Kia and how they’re made. He was pretty busy but did great balancing our appointment and his past customer walk-ins. He took the time to have the car filled up and washed and let me test drive 3 cars with no eye roll ! With my purchase from City Kia - I’m happy to have the 2yr maintenance on my car covered, GAP insurance and the 10yr/100k mile warranty.

Terrible and slow service. Had a 740 am appointment for tire installation and alignment didnt checkout till 1115am. Tires were ordered 2 weeks prior to appointment, parts department confirmed they were there 3 days prior to appointment. On day of appointment the tires couldnt be found. When expressed I would go somewhere else because I wanted the tires I ordered THEN amazingly they found the tires. Most disturbing, I was not informed PRIOR to service that if I paid with debt card there is a $24 fee. Fee is waived if paid with check. Who carries checks these days? I will not return to this dealer. But I should have been on the look out because they already have bad ratings to begin with.that I would be charged

Christian, the leasing manager that takes the car buy-backs is amazing. I didnt lease a car but he helped me buy a car with only 30thousand miles. My car got stolen 3 weeks later and helped me get the tracker. After I found my car the first time, within 24hours it got stolen again by the same person (I know, sounds unrealistic but it was very much real), he immediately helped me again without hesitation.He is genuinely there for customers. When buying the car, he ensured I got the right vehicle according to my lifestyle ONLY. I’ve never been to a car dealership with so much energy and excitement. I loved that ever time there was a sale everyone inside was cheering. What was really fun was at the end just before you leave you go outside and have your picture taken with your new car and then they do a countdown from 10 to 1 and they honk the car horns and everyone celebrates and your picture is on the screen which is very cool. The staff are very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place if your looking to buy a Kia.

Went in for oil change and check engine light. Service advisor was great. The light had gone out the day before my appointment and they still checked it out and made sure everything was OK. I will definitely be returning to them in the future for all service.

I came in for a complete check up of my car on Friday. October 15th because my husband and I were taking a birthday trip to New York.I had tires rotated, Wheel alignment, filter changed and 4 point inspection.After waiting approximately 4 hours I drove my car home, not using the turnpike but the local roads, so I could not get up to speed over 45mph. I parked my car in the garage and did not move it until it was time to leave on Wednesday morning.We were on our way to NY not even 50 miles out of my driveway when we heard this banging noise coming from underneath the car.. We pulled over and checked. Of course the splash shield for the engine was partially dragging on the ground from flapping BECAUSE THE SERVICE MEMBER DID NOT SECURE IT After working on my vehicle.We had to go 30 miles out of our way to find a store that had an adhesive tape to try to secure the splash sheld to the under carriage.I am bringing my car in to the dealer when we return too Florida. I do expect this situation to be taken care of without any charge to me.I appreciate your attention to this matter.Shirley

2 hour service with a appointment for a oil change and a wash got my car at 2 hours and 20 mins and still didnt get the wash done Im a personal technician Ive done the proper work that was needed by myself in 30mins with them having that kind of staff isnt acceptable. Convince Sams club was walking distance so got my shopping done but had to walk my grocery back to the dealership cuz they wouldnt bring the car to me not even a min drive should have like a mile radis drop off cars and or have a fee for it

I am very wary of car dealerships I have been messed over every time I went to one. My daughter and I were looking for a car for her she has been looking at the Kia K5 for over a year now is all she thinks about she built the car online and made up her mind that was what she wanted. We did not get approved for financing for the car through her bank. She was heartbroken. For motivation I took her up to City KiaSo that she could see the car that she was dreaming of to inspire her to not give up. We were only looking and we’re about to leave because sticker price was so high. On the way out as we were walking through the last door Jose & Luis stopped us and asked us if we had been helped he and I had a very candid conversation. Not only was Jose training Louis but he was educating me on the car buying process.We do not think we could get the car but he made sure that we got the car and the payments she wants it and the options she wanted. Jose was awesome he is one of those guys that you know is 100 from the get-go. I’ve never been a Kia fan but because of Jose and the staff there I will be buying another In the future. TERRIBLE Dealership! I went at the end of February 2020 to look for a new car. When I arrived, Chris ended up being my dealer for the process. I told him what I was looking for and right off the bat he showed me cars out of my price range. I told him I was looking for something more in my budget and was shown a 2014 Ford Focus. I took it for a test drive and noticed it was shaking and asked what that could be he said that is just the way these cars are With no knowledge of cars myself I believed him. I ended up purchasing this car due to it being in my price range, besides the shaking everything else seemed normal. End of March my battery died and when I had opened the hood I noticed a LARGE amount of corrosion. The corrosion had clearly been building up over the last couple of months. When I reached out to the dealership, their response was we inspect all of our cars and there is no possible way it was like that when you left I had my car inspected at another dealership and they were able to confirm that amount of corrosion on the battery was indeed a build up of several months. During the purchasing process I was specifically told by Chris that the vehicle still had warranty on it through Ford. So I reached out to Ford to find out what the warranty was in hopes of having my battery replaced, only to find out the warranty had expired on the vehicle the year prior. After several back and forth calls with the dealership, they finally agreed to replace the battery, for $100 charge. Since then I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle; leaks in the windows, leak somewhere in the trunk where water is able to get in after taking the spare tire out finding MOLD underneath due to an extreme amount of water build up, electrical tape holding parts of the engine together with exposed wires throughout, and brakes that need repair and new brake pads. PLEASE do a thorough inspection on your vehicles from this location before purchasing. Overall - TERRIBLE experience, TERRIBLE service, and TERRIBLE quality of product. I now am in the market once again to find another car due to the negligence of Chris and City Kia of Orlando.

First off I bought a Sportage from City Kia. Love the vehicle but that’s where we part ways. If you ever need service, good luck. I’ve had to deal with the service side 3 times. Tried to schedule an oil change, took 5 weeks to get it in. Had a tire issue where I ultimately needed a new tire. Spent 40 minutes on hold or being transferred from one person to another and then a promise someone would call me back which never happened. When I finally got the car to them the tire was not in stock. Had to wait 3 days to get it. The main problem is that most all their vehicles are sold without a spare tire. Amazon doesn’t sell them. City Kia will charge you $350 for a new tire, rim, and the kit, the kit I didn’t need. Buyer beware of this place. Service side is worse than horrible. My wife bought a Subaru. The difference between the two dealerships is night and day. Wish I’d bought a Subaru.

The next day my battery was completely drained and they actually tried to charge me $300+ for a new one! The Service Manager couldn’t even accept responsibility and was not even remorseful. Kept going on how I have to pay for labor so he would take off a 1/3 of price ….for something THEY caused! Told them to jump my car, bring it up front as I was not going to pay anymore money then I spent the previous day. Manager just walked away. That’s City KIA customer service for you! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I bought a kia forte lxs a few months ago but for that price it lacks details, and the technical phone service is not very friendly and you cannot make appointments online (you have to call), my first maintenance appointment will be soon because it takes 3 weeks to do it, definitely not the ideal dealer luckily my other car is a Honda

Trying to speak with them on the phone is not the best way to communicate with this business. My girlfriend made the first initial call and appointment, she said the woman was nice and helpful. I tried to call later in the day to inquire about some information on my car and the first woman I spoke with sounded like a younger woman and she sighed when I asked to speak to an advisor and was pretty much determined to not be much help from the beginning just rushing me. So I decided to call back later. When I did another woman picked up the line and was helpful but was unsuccessful in connecting with an advisor. Left a message and still to this day haven’t gotten a call back. Fast forward to appointment day, I had the pleasure of working with Ziggy, very helpful and had good customer service. Got two issues resolved but was told they had to order a battery for me and could take 5 days. I was fine with that. On Monday I tried calling before work to see when I would be called in for a battery because nothing was set up, they just said 5 days. Well no one picked up. So I called Greenway Kia and the few times I called in between my calls with City Kia, have been great I asked about a battery and that they had them in stock and I have an appointment sooner rather than never. My consensus would be to avoid this dealership and go to Greenway.

As far as dealerships go, I was in and out.I set my price range, told them what I needed, and got everything and more. They were nice, personable, fun, and very knowledgeable. Joe and Josh were so incredibly attentive and funny and really did their best to help me. My car is amazing and Im glad I went from my Toyota to Kia!

Jaime Baca was so helpful throughout our entire experience at Kia. He was thorough and informative, patient enough to answer all the questions we threw at him, and courteous the whole time. We will be working with him to find our next car also! Two thumbs up 👍 👍!

This is my second time visiting City Kia, the first time as a customer. I originally accompanied my mother when she purchased her Kia Rio and was so impressed by the people working there that I returned today when my lease with Coggin Honda (an unpleasant one) ended to find an SUV. Myles helped us both times and he is AMAZING. I have never felt so confident in anyone at a car dealership. I knew he would do the best he could to help place me in a car that I loved that would not exceed my current financial limitations. He went above and beyond as he did for my mother. I will return for my next vehicle when my new lease ends. Would recommend to anyone.

My car went in for a wiring harness which I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment then it took them 2 weeks to fish my car . They didnt offer me a loaner car. When I took my car in it was spotless. When I got it back it had over and inch of dirt on it. I paid over $1400.00 and they couldnt even give a courtesy wash. They are unorganized at the service front desk. I appreciate they fixed my car, but they also disrespected my car which means they disrespected me too. Very unprofessional this time.

City Kia use car dealership, is the only used car dealer that offers a reasonable price for short cash community who can’t afford to go on a higher price car. I love their prices and car too. I bought kia car back in 2017 and I like it more than any other car. Kia employees are very polite people and work with them as no under pressure for customers. I would recommend to anyone looking for cheaper price car. Go for it. Kia is a rockstar in town!!!!

A busy dealership. Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was able to drive away a new leased Soul in about 4 hrs. The financial deal was comparable to other dealers i spoke to. The staff was competent from sales to management to finance. The dealership building was not particularly comfortable and somewhat noisy for my tastes but it was passable to do business in.

Easy no hassle dealership. John was very helpful in helping us to understand our new car.

Have called literally all day to check status of vehicle that was in service and either on hold forever, or take message with no call back, ask for manager and get transferred to get hung up on!!!! Would not recommend this dealership for service at the least.

TerribleMy brother and I called the dealer, asked all the details about the price of the car and if it was available, only then we scheduled the visit. We arrived at the store and even though we informed you from the beginning we were only interested in buying the car for the price informed by phone, after two hours of waiting we were informed that the price would be $8000 more than the price informed by phone. Lack of respect and honesty for the consumer. If you want to pay a lot more than the car is worth, go to this dealer.

Service guy John was fantastic. Explained everything and made several service recommendations based on mileage and even though I was hesitant to do the fuel system/injection maintenance I did it and the improvement was immediately noticeable on the drive home. I highly recommend John at City Kia. Very personable, knowledgeable and a great guy who takes great care of his customers

I bought a Kia Rio 2021 and i can tell you that Daniel Silva and city kia will help you find the car of your dream. I went to more than 5 dealers and never had a better experience, the car is amazing and Daniel was always aware of our budget and found us the best deal for the car we wanted.
