My bumper was damaged and I agreed to get it repaired through a shop that was preferred by my insurance. The check-in experience was awesome. I was in and out with my rental car within 15 minutes! I thought this was foreshadowing great repair service but I was wrong. I was told initially that my repairs would take up to a week, maybe more because they had to order my new bumper. Then 2 days later I received a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. I was surprised but excited. I thought maybe the bumper was sent over night. When I picked up my car I discovered that they did NOT replace my bumper. Instead they shaved and welded my old one in place. I was shocked. The service rep that had gave me my keys was still there watching me inspect the vehicle and he kept saying the repairs were guaranteed. I think he knew that I wasnt exactly pleased. Still, I wanted to take it home first to inspect it further in private. On the ride home I noticed my mirrors had been adjusted. I didnt think much of it at first. Maybe they adjusted them while maneuvering the car in and out of the service garage. πŸ€” Then I started noticing other things that had been tampered with without necessity. I have a mustang convertible. I noticed that my top had been let down and when they put the top back up, some of my inside fabric had gotten caught on the metal contraption that lowers and raises the hood. Now the inside cloth on my drivers side is dangling. Also my car has a feature that allows you to set the headlights to automatically turn on and off. Its a dial that you turn on the left side of the steering wheel. The lights had been turned from the auto setting to the off setting. If you dont know my car and you drive it at night you might think that you have to manually turn the lights off but you dont. All of these coincidences lead me to believe that someone was joy riding in my car. There was no need to lower my top, adjust my lights or my mirrors in order to fix my bumper... which was not properly repaired anyway. Im extremely disappointed. I wouldnt trust my car here again... go at your own risk!

The actual work done was great. However, this business is not run by very bright people. They kept texting me it would be ready in Friday and then late on Friday, they said it would not be ready until the following week. After I got several badgering texts, I did take the survey that they asked. And then told the m to STOP texting. This did not work, they actually had the nerve to keep texting me until left this review. Also (I know its my fault for leaving it) but they took all the quarters nickles and dimes I had in the council. To me this all points to poor management. Great technicians who did great works, but really dumb management.

I HIGHLY recommend Service King in East Orlando for any paint and body work! True professionals that stand by their work. Took my Ram in for body work after someone hit my door. Service King fixed the damages and painted the side that got hit. After I got home I noticed an slight imperfection in the paint. Anthony told me to bring it back in and they would fix it. They put me in a rental car at their cost and did a fantastic job with the paint! The entire staff was very friendly and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The painter did a great job! Best customer service I have received in a long time! They have a lifetime warranty on their work and proved to me that they stand by it! Vice Market President Cabe Terrell is a dishonest/ unethical person. I had recently moved to Florida to be closer to family and inquired about a job at a local Service King. Speaking to the manager I realized this wasnt on the dealer level shops I was used to but would be willing to try. However, during the interview I learned that Cabe Terrell was the top management guy in Florida. At that point I thanked the manager for his time and left. He used to work at Crest Auto Group Collision Center in Plano, TX under Patrick Kuntz as the Assistant Manager (they both worked previously at Sewell in Dallas, TX) as did I. During my time there I witnessed many unethical acts and wrongdoings by that management team. I saw them return vehicles to customers without completing the paid for repairs, remove parts from other customers cars to put on other cars because of a customer complaint. They had a high turnover rate due to mismanagement of personnel. I had a casual conversation with Cabe once where he casually used the N word in reference to a new young hire Charles. Claiming he was just there for diversity and to save face. A former Black employee Caesar actually sued the dealership for racial discrimination because of an incident where he was terminated but the non Black employee was not. This prompted everyone at the dealership to have to sign a Arbitration Agreement, stating they wouldnt sue in court in case of a dispute. He also discriminated against that young employee Charles by giving information to everyone in the paint shop except him then calling a meeting in an attempt to humiliate him by making him to be the culprit in production delays. Charles defended himself because he wasnt aware of the information and rejected the managers attempt to rectify the misunderstanding and quit. He was the Assistant Manager in December 2003 when many of the employees were terminated due to immigration status. In 2006 when he was involved with a new body shop First Service Collision in Carrollton, TX which is now closed, as the Manager he knowingly hired some of those employees who were terminated to work for him illegally. Two of which Jesus and Jose I later ran into at other shops after Cabes shop went out of business. Now he has apparently worked his way up the chain with Service King and is at the executive level for Florida. I was relatively young at my time at Crest Auto Group and would have quit working there much sooner had I been mature as I am now which led me to leave the interview. I find it as a poor decision making and low moral standards that Service King would hire let alone promote someone with this type of history at the management level. He frequently bullied employees when he thought he could, forcing them to do unpaid work or he would steer the work to someone weaker and wrote poor estimates to the appeasement of insurance companies. This along with clear disregard for laws and customers alike reflects poorly on Service King and their ability to properly research and vet key personnel within their company. This isnt fraudulent or biased content, but verifiable information. I wrote this to inform the public of the type of person/ people making decisions on repairing the vehicles they use to transport their families in and to be cautious of those who are entrusted with this responsibility.

Great experience overall! We had some company trucks that got damaged in an accident, and from day one, Mikayla explained the process. She took time to explain things thoroughly, and was always available for any questions that arose. The vehicles were clean and the repairs were excellent. We use only Service King on E. Colonial Dr., Orlando, for any collision repair work we need for any of our cars. We have never been disappointed with their work. They truly live by their lifetime guarantee; it is not a meaningless promise. One of our cars had to have a door replaced after someone backed into it in a parking lot. They are determined to get it right and I have every confidence that they will. We have always found the staff to be professional, pleasant, and helpful. Kim at the front desk defines the concept of customer service. When you walk through their door and meet Kim, her friendly welcome and assuring mannerism instills a sense of confidence. She calls and leaves voicemails with the status of the car. I never have to track down someone to talk to; she is very proactive in communicating and that is much appreciated! Thank you Service King for being there for us! It starts at the top; so kudos to the store manager! You can feel the culture and climate of the store the minute you walk in, which is a result of his leadership. You will know what I mean if you interact with him. He cares about his customers, which is evidenced by his genuine and sincere handshake.

Unfortunately, the estimate from the adjuster for the damage to my vehicle was really incorrect, but Manny & Mikayla took care of us quickly. Unknown to them, we were in a tight spot, so the help they gave us was appreciated so very much. I will recommend Service King to anyone I know looking for repair on their vehicle. I am absolutely livid with your repair center. Not only did you put my life and families life in danger, you put other road user lives at risk also. I left my car (Tesla) in for repair minor repair and picked it up today, upon driving the car after about 4-7 miles I notice it is rattling and the steering wheel feels like it is vibrating. I could not drive over 25mph. I call the Tesla garage, they offer to send me roadside assistance, but I said I was nearly there as I am driving that way at 25mph to work.They take it in straight away and about 20 minutes later they tell me that the wheel was not bolted back on properly, not just one bolt all 5 bolts were loose and the wheel had nearly come off and I was very lucky it hadn’t. That doesn’t mention the paint job, blob of paint above the wheel area. No quality control at all. I am not even sure how you could send a car out with bolts that were loosely put on. Absolutely horrified and disgusted with this service.

Overall, a good place to get your auto body needs met. However, when I requested a few other additional items that I wanted to pay for separately (out-of-pocket) outside of my insurance claim, they were not done. This causes problems for me since now it will require me to take more time off work and could have cost me a rental vehicle for another day or two. I have been here twice for auto body repairs and have always left feeling like the car looked great and have no other complaints so far.

I took my car to have the bumper and tail light fixed after somebody rear ended me. I went there on a Friday but they told me I had to drop the car off the following week. Since I had a rental through the insurance company I didnt mind. I dropped off the car the following Tuesday. The staff was friendly and helpful. I pointed out to them where the damage was. They called me on Wednesday and told me the car was ready. When I got there, they had done a good repair job on the bumper but the tail light wasnt fixed. The guy looked surprised and told me that they didnt see the damage ... smh. I had to leave the car for another day so that they could replace the tail light.UPDATE:I picked up the car today and the tail light was replaced. They also vacuumed the interior and also polished my wheels.

Angel was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process... updating me every day getting me a rental car etc... My car was finished in 3 days and they did a great job. Bad customer service. They lied to me several times. Didnt fully repair my car and tried to give it back to me with damage to the frame and several other major components. Some of the things they fixed had to be redone entirely by a different place that actually knew how to fix my vehicle. Do not take your car here if you value your safety.

This place is awesome! I was helped by Mikayla--who is some kind of maverick renegade. Mikayla/Service King was able to fit my collision repair in a day earlier than my original appointment, arrange a rental car to be waiting for me at the shop, and have my truck inspected, estimated and repaired (to include getting the estimate reviewed, approved--then paid, procuring the parts, completing repairs and washing my truck), all under five hours. I returned the rental car to the shop and found my truck looking as good as new--cleaner, in fact! The customer service and turnaround time was impressive and almost unheard of, in todays world. Mikayla/Service King are real pros! I recommend using Service King. Ask for Mikayla. Ill be a returning customer.

My experience was terrible and that is an understatement. The customer service was horrible. I had set up an appointment to have my car fixed a week in advance. They called me the morning of to say that something hadnt been approved through the insurance and that someone would follow up with me later that day. I never heard from anyone. Called the next day, was given a different story that some of the parts were backordered and they were trying to find used parts. I stated I did not want used parts as my car is a 2014. They responded that they werent sure when they would be able to obtain the parts. And never heard from anyone again. I can see they didnt want my business and thats fine. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it perfectly WITH NEW PARTS THAT WERE NOT BACKORDERED ACCORDING TO THE DEALER.

Absolutely terrible! Avoid this place like the plague! They have very friendly customer service staff but the technicians do terrible work. They try to cut as many corners as possible, dont fully inspect the cars, and they take forever to complete repairs. If you value your time and your car, go someplace else, they dont really care about their work.

I had a fairly simple suspension repair to be done and I had to bring my car back TWO times and they still didnt fully fix it, I ended up taking care of the rest by myself.The first time I got the car back they didnt even fully tighten the rear left cross member which caused a nasty rattle while driving. In laymens terms they had me riding on loose suspension. Even after pointing out the obviously not screwed in all the way bolt head they swore it was something else and returned the car to me again not even fixing the problem.The third time I got the car back the alignment was still off and I had to take it somewhere else because they claimed it was fine.The service reps are mediocre as well, they charged me for the wrong part and I have to go back and give them more money because they couldnt do the estimate right the first time.Would not go back or recommendIm response to the owner:I doubt you guys care, and no one ever reached out. Not surprised, just want to make sure anyone reading this review gets the right impression.

I took my car to be fixed. They returned it to me without doing anything just pulling the blow. The car looked all wrinkled. Take it again they arranged to fix it. The surface is not yet smooth. They painted the ring and stole it so that I did not realize it and they painted the inside of the mud guard that had nothing to do with it. The mud guard is gray and they bet it white. Now I have a black ring with white spots. It was horrible, I dont dare to go again because my 2017 car and I dont want to screw it up anymore. Not at all recommended. Excellent customer service, they sell you everything very nice and very friendly but the work is AWFUL.
