Truly one of THE best customer service experiences of my life! I worked with three fabulous employees … helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Not having a functioning phone for two weeks, I was pretty crabby upon arriving and was doing a happy dance when leaving. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!! 🤗 👍 I have an iPhone 11, my carrier is Verizon and it was an Asurion claim to fix a cracked screen. By the way, Verizon’s $29 unlimited screen repair was a great investment.

Hands down the best service I’ve experienced in a while! Nick is amazing! He seems as if he enjoys his job! I called in to have 3 old phones screens fixed so I can go through the data and wipe them before unloading them.We agreed on a price since I was doing multiple repairs.I got a text message that the phones are done and I can text back. I responded to the messages, and I called in. Two days later, again, 8 days later, 5 days, next day. I received a call saying that they cannot reply to texts, I inform that the system clearly says I can text back, but she said they cannot. I couldnt get an answer why. Im told I have maybe 20 days to get the phone before they are considered abandoned, I said the clock needs to start from this phone call because I never got a reply to all my contacts, and I am out of town.When I pickup the phones I am told one has a dying battery, not any sooner. The price changed when I got there, and one phone is not fixed right. The case is off/corner torn, and the SIM slot is sticking out/worn.Last phone seems to be okay

I have a galaxy 21+ that I bought 4 months ago that suddenly had a black screen. I went to Verizon and they said there was nothing they could do. They told me to call Samsung. First the rep told me it had to be brought to a walk in service center in my area. There are none. I live in a very rural area. Then she said I would have to send the phone in, using UPS drop off. Again, none in my area. It just so happened that I was coming to the Orland Park area the next day and I figured Id bring the phone with me and just pay to get it fixed. I went to another business and they referred me to ubreakifix. The guy (sorry dont know his name) was SUPER helpful. Put it through for warranty work, had it fixed in a few hours, didnt cost me a penny. Very professional, knowledgeable and excellent customer service!!

My daughters iPad has been having issues with the speaker to the point where I’m unable to hear her when FaceTimed. They were able to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes and now everything can be heard clearly. They were nice, pleasant to be around, and I would definitely recommend swinging by if you need something fixed.

I was highly impressed with the quality of the service received. I needed my uncles Note 8 phone repaired from a damaged dropped screen. I do have the skill based on my background to do it myself, but I was impressed that the service given here is certified by Samsung. Not only was the screen was replaced, but the phone was able to maintain its IP68 certification for underwater phone usage. Also an unknown bonus was that the battery was completely replaced. The final price of repair was 253, which made the phone like new, with even plastic to cover the screen like a new phone. Im thoroughly impressed and would recommend using this place based on the certifications involved, even if you have the skills to do the job like me.

Dont know whats worse, them damaging the phone instead of repairing it or the poor unprofessional staff and treatment?We took over a 4 months old phone to replace the screen since it was black. The phone was receiving calls through FB messenger at the time but the screen was black. Weve been told to pick it in 3 hours. 4 hours passed by and no one updated us, we called and they said theyre facing an issue but everything is under control, another 2 hours passed and we got a call that says the phone is not connecting to the network and they decided to put back the old screen!!We told them having a damaged phone is not acceptable and the LEAST they should do is return it to the same state it was dropped off. The phone is unfunctional and completely useless without a cellular connection.This is unacceptable and were looking into suing the store. Were still in disbelief of the audacity of their response and how they handled this!

DONT AND I REPEAT DONT GO THERE AT ANY COST .went to fix my phone screen . they told me it will take 3 hours max for the process frog start to finish. 4 hours later I call them to see if I can pick it up. they requested an extra hour . 6 hours passed since I dropped the phone they call me and tell me that my phone is damaged . it has no service. doesn’t recognize sim card and no wi-fi connection to any network and refused to take responsibility and told me that they will despise of the phone if it wasn’t picked up within 30 days . still don’t understand how I went from broken phone screen to a dead phone.

Went to repair my iPhone just a basic broken screen,Took it for two weeks (left me in the blank with no updates) after 16 days said my phone is garbage and isn’t worth to fix take in mind that was a new iPhone 12 Pro max

Filed an insurance claim for broken screen on my phone and this was the place to take it to. They said they were able to replace the screen but it would no longer charge on a wireless charger and the motherboard was damaged so it would void the warranty. I was told they could not complete the claim and I would not be charged. They put the cracked screen back on and sent me on my way. When I went to file a claim to replace my phone, they had listed my original claim as completed and my card was charged. Will not waste my time getting any other repairs here since they want to charge me for not repairing anything.

Went to go fix my Nintendo switch and they couldn’t even diagnose the problem. Never got it fixed

Brought my laptop for repair. They said it was the battery. They replaced the battery with no luck. They said it was not repairable. Took it to Geek Squad. It was a bad power cord.Then recently, I brought my cell phone for repair. They said it was the charging port and needed my phone until the following day. I followed up the next day, no one had even looked at my phone. I asked why they kept it a day for nothing and they had no response. I honestly dont think they fix anything there. I would give them 0 stars if it allowed me to. Very unprofessional. Both visits were a total waste of my time. I would NOT recommend them. If fact, I would impore you to go somewhere competent for your repairs.

0 StarsDo not go to this store. I had insurance on my phone and made a claim through the insurance. This store set an appointment for me to come in to fix my Samsung phone when I got to the store they told me they did not have the glass for my phone and that they had to reschedule my appointment. I received a phone call from them weeks later stating they had my glass now, so I returned to store when I arrived they told me to come back in 2 hrs and my phone would be fixed. When I came back 2 hrs later the clerk told me I had to pay for the repair now because the claim has expired. I told him the claim was already approved and he said their was nothing he could do, so he put the old cracked glass back on my phone while I had to sit in the store and wait for them to do so. I contacted the insurance company and they resent the information to the store stating that the claim was already approved. When I called the store to reschedule the appointment for the 3rd time they told me they had no record of my claim. Do not go to this location unless you want to waste hours of your time and not have your phone repaired.

I came into the store with my friend whose phone had been hacked. Joe was very patient and helpful in trying to diagnose and fix the problem. He went through all the issues we had, and had an answer or recommendation for everything. It was really nice to have a tech company give really good customer service after getting the runaround at all the big chain stores.

These guys are awesome! Ive recently began dabbling into the world of computer building and overall technology, and the entire staff here has been incredibly helpful. Any time Ive gotten stuck, or didnt know how to approach a project, these guys have been able to help me with a phone call or a quick trip to the store.

Trey was great. He answered all my questions and did a great job fixing my iPhone SE (old version). Its working like brand new! Price was very affordable and also came with a 60 day warranty which I did not know about. I will definitely come back to repair my devices at this location and recommend that anyone else in need of repair does the same!

Excellent and sufficient staff, fixed my phone during the Covid-19 outbreak due to ALL Apple stores being closed and Best Buy being booked for Appointments for a month.They were even able to fix my Iphone way ahead of the time they originally told me. Dropped off my Xbox because there was a problem with the HDMI. They “found the problem” after more than a week and a half then call me and tell me that they couldn’t fix it so there was nothing they could do about it. They aren’t professional at all and honestly talk like they know what they are doing but their work says otherwise. I don’t recommend them for anyone needing a repair

The staff goes above & beyond with their customer service, I had brought a cell phone in giving me problems, an older model, the staff checked it out right away, they downloaded some software trying to get it up & running, I also tried a new battery but still having problems keeping the charge. The staff advised me that it would be more cost effective to get a new phone rather than put $$ trying to repair an outdated phone. I appreciated their honesty & advice. I walked in without an appointment & was taken care of immediately. Great customer service!I will definitely go to them again if needed.

This was soooooo much easier than I thought it would be!! A broken phone during a pandemic is awful!! I literally walked in, greeted by a friendly face and no less than 30 min later the shattered glass and broken front camera is brand spanking new!! And it didn’t break the bank!! This IS the place to go if you broke it and need it fixed quickly and right!!

I brought my iPhone X for a screen repair. The job was done quickly and looked good. After a few weeks the buttons on the bottom stopped working. Then 2 weeks later i dropped the phone on my carpet floor and the screen dropped working.

Luis was incredibly helpful and patient with me. Unfortunately, I could not get my insurance to cooperate, so I did not get my cracked screen fixed, but he was super helpful and truest seemed to care about me and my 2yo while we spent 2 hours trying to deal with the insurance. I would definitely recommend him, his customer service was exceptional.

I went there for to get my phone fixed, having issues charging phone Samsung recommended me to go there for warranty repairs. They had to order me a part I was told part was going to b 3 to 5 days took 2 and a half weeks I had to keep calling to check on status they never called me when part arrived. my wife takes the phone in then I get a call hour later to find out they ordered part for wrong phone model and told me i had to wait another 2 and a half weeks I told them dont worry never going back

Very helpful staff. They special ordered a new battery for my phone that would not hold a charge. Once they received the new battery they replaced my old one with a couple of hours. Fast, friendly service and VERY reasonable prices.

Nice workers but poor service. My laptop has now been there about 2 weeks. I was quoted 3-5 days. I’ve called numerous times and get the run around and a manager who is “on vacation”. My laptop is still not fixed and still no date in sight for when it will be. Not sure i will use this location again.
