CPR has a very deceiving policy of limited life time warranty that it suppose to honor their work including parts installed by CPR, but when you go back they tell you it’s only for the screens !! No where in the big poster they have it says it’s only for screens. I fixed my kids iPad there and paid extra for the warranty they suppose to honor but unfortunately when went their for the same issue, they said it’s only 6 months and wanted to charge an arm and leg again for their service. Very over pricey repair shop and not professional. Please don’t get fouled by their policies as I did.

Called them to see if they could remove a small metal piece from my phone’s charging port, they said bring it in, was there for 3 mins tops, and they fixed it for no charge!! Will definitely return for anything else I need!

I came in today with a charging problem on my pixel 3 and the guy there took my phone back and pretty much worked his magic and now I can easily charge my phone again without a problem! It was good. I couldnt get anything financed. But I was able to pick up a nice Google pixel 2xl for 200 bucks (plus tax) came with a year warranty and a screen protector. Which is now cracked. But thats my fault.

Terrible customer service! Dropped off my laptop for a clean up. Tech called and said I needed a hard drive, I said ok. When I picked up the lap top the tech person didnt even bother to show me the results of the repair. I told him I would like to check it out before leaving. I had to do it myself and discovered it was just as slow as it was when I dropped it off. He really had no answer and it seemed like he could care less. He tried to phone the tech who replaced the hard drive to no avail. So I left the laptop there and he told me i could talk to that guy on monday. I also was told that the old drive got thrown out. He told me it was company policy for the technician to ask the customer if they wanted the old drive back. No one ever asked me if I wanted it back. So I spent 75.00 for diagnoses and need to pay $65.00 dollars for repairs and Im still in the same boat I was in when I walked in the door.

Best repair shop around and the cheapest!! I needed to replace the lens for my note 5 and every other place I called charged DOUBLE the price. They were extremely friendly and quick too. I highly recommend them.

My job requires me to work through my phone. It is always attached to my ear. I found these guys on line since I suspected my earpiece has been blocked by dirt. The employees here were fast and courteous and cleaned my earpiece in minutes! I definitely will be coming back again in the future!!!

I came it thinking my screen was damaged and I was about to spend $130 and be without my phone overnight. I even said that to your representative who greeted me.She said that my screen protector likely was all that was damaged and proceeded to remove that broken protector in front of me, showing me that my screen was still in perfect condition. And she didnt try to sell me another protector, but I certainly asked for it.I enjoy honest people who want to care for me and save me money. I will be back!

Im very disappointed. I took my phone in for a water damage repair and was told that I needed a new battery and screen. Both were replaced and the same day that I received my phone back I could feel the screen move inside the frame. I brought it back first thing the next day. The tech that took it apart told me they just had to add some adhesive.Today my phone stopped working. I was told that because there were water damage even the new parts installed are not warrantied. I did some research and opened the phone. I verified that the old gasket was not removed or replaced. There was a mix of black and clear adhesive inside. The OEM gasket is black so it is very apparent they just tried a quick patch job to see if you could get it to work.Since there is no warranty there is no way for me to prove what cause the new screen to go bad. All I do know is that they have my $225 and I still have a broken iPhone. 90% success rate I was promised seems very suspect.My ticket number is 2955760 if anyone wants to investigate.

They put the wrong battery in my Samsung galaxy s7 and it swelled up and ruined my phone! When i contacted them, they refused to refund my money, fix or replace my phone. I ended up having to buy a new phone, very expensive mistake CPR!

I stopped in on a whim after Apple told me they couldn’t do anything to recover my data. I was told there was a 50/50 chance of the recovery working because of the damage that had been done to my phone. About 30 minutes after leaving the store the technician called to say that the phone data was being restored and would be available next day. I brought in a new phone and they did the restoration and I couldn’t be happier!

Please READ! I beg you if there is a problem with your phone go to the brand. Twas the last day of school and everything was fine until I shattered my screen the day before my vacation. I needed a fast repair. They were nice and repaired the screen. Eventually problems started happening. I reported it. They didn’t seem to care. I reported again they replaced the screen again. That happened one or two more times. I seriously had to switch to my iPad for this review because my screen was acting up again like always. This has been causing such a stressful situation. ON ME. But I’m not going back there because if they replace the screen again it’s just going to cause more problems. Sorry to give you guys this review but it is extremely true. Would absolutely want a talk with the owner on this.

I smashed the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s7 and called around for pricing info, time to complete the repair, and making an appointment versus walking in. There arent many options in my area, and Ill never trust You Break I Fix with any product of mine again (but thats another review) so I ended up at CPR.All in all, my experience was highly positive. I have only three complaints:When I called back to make an appointment, I couldnt. I had to schedule online. Maybe I should have been told I could only book online the first time I called, or maybe the company should perform proper customer service, and book appointments over the phone.Why is there no cash discount? This was a $200 job and credit cards charge fees.My third complaint is the reason I had to deduct one star. If I make an appointment so I know you can fit me in, and stay in the area based on the time table you gave me, please have the phone ready when you say it will be ready. Overestimate the time, rather than make customers return repeatedly.I will return to CPR in the future, and I like the fact you offer refurbished products for sale with a full year warranty. I will recommend CPR to others, including those I like!

Took my iPhone 6 in for a screen repair and couldnt be more impressed. I dropped it off and it was ready in just a couple hours. The guys in there are really nice, honest, and helpful. Id highly recommend this place for cell phone repairs.

I would recommend them to anyone! They were great, went above and beyond, and were very fast. I showed up with a phone they had never seen before, and needed it fixes ASAP for court . They searched and searched for the same phone (and believe me this phone was impossible to find) I ended up bringing them the wrong replacement, so they quickly (within a couple hours) found my exact phone (that I had been trying to find for months even my carrier didnt have it) called me to make sure it was okay to order it, and with shipping and transferring the motherboard, they had it back to me in just under a week. They are amazing and very inexpensive for the services they provided my total bill for all the time they had my phone all the searching they had to do to find my phone or parts and everything else they tried before ordering a new phone was only $85, $50 for the new phone and $35 for all their work! If you need anything repaired go see them they are amazing! I took another phone to them to be fixed, he told me he could absolutely fix it but I would be able to buy a new one for cheaper on Amazon, so he didnt feel comfortable charging me. You cant find honesty over profit nowadays, I can go on forever about how wonderful they are, just go see for yourself! Thank you so much CPR cell phone repair you guys are amazing!

I came here to get the back of my 8 Plus repaired. It took one night and they gave my phone back to me with a crack in the camera and my flash was not working. I asked them to fix it and the employee did that but he just covered it up the camera and flash still dont work. For the $100 I gave they fixed my back and broke my camera and flash in the process.

Broke my screen protector so I went in to buy a warranty replacement. After installing the screen myself it was unresponsive on one side and popped off completely after a short drop. Went back to see if they could help. Paid for them to reheat it and stick it back on, but the other side was unresponsive. Considering I got charged for nearly the same price as a warranty replacement I figured theyd refund me or give me a replacement. Nope. Employee said they wouldnt of reheated it, just replace it, despite what was done the day before. Other than that they acted professional, but Im not going back.

My phone battery died and I was in desperate need for a new battery. Not only did they have my battery in stock but they also replaced it that day. Great service!

Fixed my cracked screen there and they said it was all good. Than the phone just crashed all of a sudden Went back and they were like that can be the risk blah blah. Wasnt in the mood to argue that day. I really think they were bogus and they dont know what they doing. Its not there money does the drain. what do they care. !

Cheaper than filing an insurance claim. Phone was ready to go in about 90 minuets. Who knows how long insurance would have taken. Phone is like new.

Brought my ipad in to the shop, and they told me they could fix it and took it in. They made an attempt, and found out it had some unforseen damage making the repair difficult, which I understand. But Larry the GM made sure I wasnt out the money when they couldnt repair the item after a few tries and they honored their warranty. Which was more than I was asking fo r. Shattered my ipad 2 so I took it to a mall kiosk to get it fixed originally and paid the price for my laziness. Bubbles under the screen and it started to peel up after 2 weeks, which made it start inconsistently responding to touch.It cost me 120 bones but these cats did a bang up job. They communicated like champs through the whole process. I couldnt be happier. Well worth the money.

Horrible service and rude employee. I called this store for a quote to repair my Honor 7x screen and was quoted $100 over the phone. I called back and asked them to go ahead and order the screen. They told me I had to come into the store for them to order the screen, then I will have to bring the phone back a week later when the screen arrives for the repair. Again I was quoted $100 for the repair. I drove to Orland, a half hour drive, so they could order my screen. When I arrive they tell me the repair is $150. When I tell them I was quoted $100, the girl at the counter says she has no idea who told me $100, but the repair is $150. I made the mistake of not getting the name of the two different men I talked to on the phone, but considering there couldnt have been more than 2-3 people working, I asked her to go ask the other employees if one of them had talked to me... she refused. I then asked to talk to the manager. All of this happened on a Thursday and I was told the manager would not be in until Monday, but I could call him then. I took my phone to another repair place and got the repair done for $110 and instead of calling the manager, I wrote this review. I would avoid this place.
