Our car was dangerously low on oil, so I found this place on Google Maps. we arrived right around closing time and they were more than happy to help us. the service was great and it was really affordable - super friendly staff. highly highly recommend Oil Experts.

Ive been getting oil changes here for about 3 to 4 years now. On March 8th I came in and noticed a whole new crew (2)workers... They were slow, rude and expensive and dropped my oil cap inside fan coolant area, while I was there two people drove off and decided not to do business there and I will certainly never return to this 💩place.

They checked the cabin filter and they broke the glovebox latch and never said a thing. Now the glovebox opens every time I hit a bump in the road. One time before they failed to reattach the air deflection that also has never been the same. They have some very knowledgeable mechanics but others are not qualified. I recommend to only have them provide the service you came for and them skip the rest.

I tried twice this week to get my oil changed, seems like they have closed down. Phone still works but voicemail full

So I went for an oil change on Oct 9 2020. I got there at 9AM the staff arrived at 917am. The mechanic came out by me and said to leave and come back 15 min to an hour. Because they had to reset their computer, dont you think that they couldve started my oil change while their system rebooted. It was only a oil change . So I went elsewhere and got it done. I think that those mechanics werent ready to go to work right away.

The Manager Dan is awesome along with his side kick. They are so personable and friendly. I arrived super early and he was courteous enough to come out to check on me in my car. What a nice team!!Thanks for your support and expertise.

Worth-the-read:First-time customer pulling through the doors for a full-synthetic oil change.Let me tell you what happened:One of the managers took me below deck to show me a serious problem with my car. I had been leaking oil. So bad that the bottom of my car needed a full degreasing and an inspection to see how bad the damage is. He recommended that I took it down the street to another auto shop to get looked at and repaired...So why the 5-star review? After recommending me down the street to get work done, he popped the hood and showed me the bad oil that I had and topped me off with some fresh stuff just to get by...Theres more: Also topped me off with some coolant because I was nearly out and put air in all of my tires before sending me off.I didnt even pay for service. I felt awful not having a single dollar in my pocket but tried my best to express my appreciation.BOTTOM LINE: These guys clearly had my best interest and I was just a walk-in first time customer.We hate auto shops that take advantage of us and these guys are FOR REALThe service will come full circle when I return for many future oil changes and services.

I came in because a friend referred me, and I see why. The staff was friendly and efficient. The manager took the time to explain the the services and the price.

Yikes! Not sure if there was a new manager working there but here it goes. Called in to make an appointment for an alignment and the guy tried to diagnose over the phone what was going on? Wierd...seemed to be detering me from bringing in for service. He cannot do because something about the wheelbase...the funny thing is that I just had my other vehicle there about 3 weeks prior for wheel alignment check which had a 106 inch wheelbase and the vehicle that I was going to bring in has a 102 inch wheelbase. So anything under 106 inches they cannot do?!...Will be taking somewhere else.

My service was fast, the guys were experienced especially the manager Dan and Chris they were professional and has reasonable prices for the services. Highly recommended

Wow $35 for a cabin air filter $25 for a air filterThis is a OUTRAGE!!!!!I could have gotten them sent to my house for $12 for both.They prey on people who dont have the time/knowledge to do it themselves. This will never happen to me againI WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
