Jody and Denise in customer pickup and Reggie and Judith in tool rental are AMAZING! It’s not common to receive Over the Top professional service ANYWHERE, however these 4 people really did that for me today. I drive past 2 other locations to get the product I needed but this location will be my permanent store. I loved their service. Thank you Orland Home Depot.

I live 2 minutes down the street from this home depot; they have all over the toilet isle to talk to an associate about a toilet installation so we did. Store associate said they didnt actually have any information and there was a number I needed to call. Called the number and the person I spoke to said they do renovations not installation so they transferred my call to the store. I was then transferred 2 more times and spent 15 minutes on hold. Just to be told my zip code is not serviced. Again...I live 2 minutes away from the store where I brought the toilet, which has in store advertisements about toilet installations.

And just recently did some shopping to start my garden which includes cucumbers Tomatoes zucchini all sorts of peppers banana pepper bell pepper Etc.. I love my garden this year. Home Depot garden center in Orland Park on 159th is amazing, very clean and organized.

Bought a fire pit that was on sale. The female worker had to get a lift machine to get it from an upper shelf. She was very safety conscious while operating the lift. Then transferred it to pull cart so I could check out. Then, a young man helped me get it in my car and he was very friendly.

Like any other homedepot . They have all you need.

Staff are friendly and theyre trying their best to help everyone, but theres just not enough employees. Im hoping people start going back to work soon. It seems like everywhere you go is either closing early or the employees they can find are overwhelmed. Try and have some patience with the staff! Theyre doing the best they can with what they have.

As usual, half-needed items are available. Went for a simple fireplace key valve...nope! None. Had to settle for a standard valve. We did get help though, which is usually the case at this location.

The most useless team members Ive ever seen in any business. They walk around the store as a group and anytime I have any questions nobody has any product knowledge. I asked them to ask somebody else or search it on their handhelds, they say theres nobody else to page in that department and the handheld need SKUs they cant just search for something... I was looking for batteries...

I love thos place, I was stupid enough to leave my wallet at self checkout. Thank God when I went back hours later Cheryl had found it and kept it safe. Love the honesty here!!

The home Depot Im Tinley Park on 159th are so very helpful and nice. The store is always very clean and the associates are very knowledgeable about the products and location of the products. I love there selections of house plants to and for the most part the plants always look nice and taken care of and without any bugs or pests. Also they are always reasonable prices

Great products but 1 star for my Home Depot shopping laziness experience . I bought several healthy plants for my backyard. I honestly didnt think I would find any. There were two young ladies working at the garden center. One was ringing up items for customers and the other one wasnt. I asked the employee Alexis for a cart because my hands were full. She wasnt occupied at the time. Neither was she taking care of any customers. When I asked her for a cart, she expressed with an attitude that she couldnt go grab one and that I could go get one myself while barely holding on to everything I had. It wasnt funny. She didnt try to assist me or help me at all. If your employees cant do something so simple as to grab a cart for a customer then I need to seriously rethink about shopping here. All I asked for was a cart.

I enjoy shopping here but when I ask an associate who supposedly has knowledge of his store where the cutting oil is he says we dont sell that here. Then I find oatley cutting oil in the plumbing chemical area. Smack my head 😂.

Went in looking for shelving for the closets. Customer service was outstanding. Not only did they walk me through the project step by step. They even did a special order for me. I was impressed. Unlike the competition whos name I wont mention... but I think their slogan is Save More Money 😆 🤣Stopped by there 1st to price check and to ask for assistance... Uumm hello nobody helped, or could show concern. In fact the one individual who I was able to flag down... Said sorry sir, not my department.. Exit stage left out the door. Smh!!

We visit this location often for different home and work projects. This evening was no different than our usual visits. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They always seem to be working hard. Checkout is usually fast and there are hardly any long lines. This location typically has everything in stock.

Friendly staff somewhat knowledgeable other than that its a typical home depot.

Customer service spends more time texting then actually helping you when you come in to pick up an order. Also lack of communication.

There were many years many different flowers, plants and trees that they are so beautiful!

When I was about to pay 15 minutes before closing time at the Orland Park location the cashiers from customer service sent me to self checkout as they were too busy talking to each other. Although the store is about to close, you get paid to do your job, seemed this occurred because of their laziness. However all other employees were helpful so not everyone acted that way.

I love to get plants from here, usually a pretty good selection come spring

Home Depot has everything I want, if I can find it. Its also nice to browse to see what is available. My issue was finding a gas appliance connector. I even ask an associate in the dryer section. She guessed it could be in HVAC or hardware, but it was in pipe fittings. Luckily the website had the details I couldnt find in person. Overall, a good experience, but it would not have been so if I was in a hurry.

Will never go to the one on Halsted again!!!! Employees on ph with personal conversation. Not interested in helping customers I went back to the one Matteson I always receive great knowledgeable customer service. The sad part on Halsted in Homewood it was a Male Mgr. That was in the ph!

Hit and miss. Sometimes very fast, efficient and helpful. Other times nobody around the aisles, lines at customer service counters, carts all over lot running into cars.

Love this place most of the time they have the part that you need for the house or Automotive to work on it but you just have to look carefully and make sure that is exactly what you need.

I went into Home Depot to get some painting supplies, but had difficulty at the self checkout .. to say the least Marcella and Victoria were both wonderful and kind as to helping me out. Very great customer service! And generous souls. Whatever you’re doing be sure to give them a raise! They deserve it for the lovely help and assistance they gave me. I wish I could give you 0 stars! My in-laws purchase a fridge from this store back in 8/18/2020 plus warranty they told them it will be delivered in a week. Week come by and nothing no show no call we had to call to see what was the problem and they told us it was in back order. It was delivered till 10/3/2020 and they try to cancel the order and they told them the person in charge was in vacation and they had to wait till she gets back, so now the fridge has a damaged to one of the plastic cabinets and they giving us the run around.Oh well you have to call whirlpool its out of our hands...how can it be out of your hands if you sold it to me, well thats the way it works we just the middle man. Cant return it because they dont do return on appliances.....what are you doing Home Depot? What kind of business are you running you are a multi- million business and this is the way you treat hard working customers.....I will be filling a claim with the BBB and I hope everyone sees this and wont buy any appliances from you guys.Stay away from Home Depot when it comes to appliances.You guys should invest more money in education your employees on customer service because they are really bad.Don’t buy appliances from Home Depot!!!!!

Went to buy fall flowers. Nice selection reasonably priced. However, I find that Home Depot staff members arent as friendly as other big chain home improvement stores.

So disappointed with the product I received from curb service. The kid was nice but the next day taking out the $99.00 garbage can from the rear of my truck it looked like it was a display. It was dusty and scratched up. I had to go to the Lansing location to get a new one in a box.
