Just did my 1st online order with Bed Bath & Beyond and was able to pick my order up within 2 hours it was ready. Everything went smoothly, This just might be my new way of shopping they even have an option where when youre there theyll bring it out to your car.

Google didnt update their info/maps and the store is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! Dont go to this location.

Sadly the Orland Park location weve gone to for years is closing. Its surprisingly still well organized and easy to shop with most things marked 20% off and a few that go up to 40% off. Still a pleasant place to shop even with the closing.

Every time I get most of my home needs

This store has everything! I left with cosmetics, in hard to find colors, and was so tempted to purchase many more items of interest, but had to stay on budget. However, I do plan to make this a more frequent shopping stop in the future! I had forgotten how much merchandise they carry and keep stocked!

They sent us a second hand irobot that keeps driving into the wall and doesnt let us map our house and we also know that because there are knife marks on the box and 2 stickers.

In addition to their huge selection of products for the home, they also have a sizable area dedicated to health,beauty, and hygiene products- some of which are discounted! This location is much more organized than the one in River Oaks was. They also have pretty good customer service. I just wish that there were more registers open when it’s time to pay for your purchases. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone.

This bed bath and beyond is really great. It is always well-stocked, and all of the demos of the products are fun and intriguing. I recently purchased a humidifier here and the staff members were very knowledgeable with helping me. They also have a lot of coupons for the store, which is nice to use when I make my purchases.

Bath & Body Works is my absolute favorite store when I go in the mall to buy like fragrance and stuff like that and I buy so much they give me so many coupons I get a lot of free stuff so I dont use it all but I give it out for birthdays Christmas you know gifts just for gifts because I cant use all of it so I try to share with other people around the holidays reasonable price if you just looking for a gift candles plug-in fragrance stuff like that thats a good place to go and shop for Christmas if you dont have a lot of money

They had a gazebo on sale on their floor in the store that was only on sale at this one store. They had some come in on Thursday and I was able to call in and get a hold of one until I got there to pick it up. Pretty good customer service very fast check-in and check-out one of my favorite bed bath & beyond.

I went to the store in Orland Looking for something specific. This is the largest Bed Bath and Beyond that Ive ever seen! The staff was very helpful and Ill definitely return.

This is a good location. It doesnt seem to be quite as overwhelmingly large as some of the other locations, perhaps due to its being inside in a glorified strip mall.They have the usual great selection of many sorts of things. Checking out the kitchen utensils with a friend or two, trying to figure out their intended use can be rather amusing. All the sales associates were helpful and friendly - they make shopping there a pleasure

Excellent variety of products, friendly and helpful staff. Very good coupons, 20% Off, as many as you can collect. Some prices were mislabeled though higher than the price sign on the table.

I went into the store to an exchange item that was ordered online. It was ordered by a friend but shipped directly to me. I received the item taped closed and never opened the item. The woman at the customer service counter cut open the item and told me she believed it had previously been used. Therefore I could not exchange it. I felt this was ridiculous as I was only asking for an exchange and not any type of refund.

Almost everything is only 20% off. It’s not worth going into the store for.

To be honest they cram a whole lot of items in a small space! Difficult to find items you may want without help. Ive been in there quite a few times but have only purchased a few times and that was from impulse area near check out! Their whole display of merchandise is overwhelming and not the good kind!!! Better to shop online!

Went into the store to buy a Dyson vacuum. I was waiting in line to check out for a good 10 minutes before I decided to leave. There were 5 people standing around and only one cashier. The funny part is that the workers standing around just kept looking at the people in line. They def lost my business

Customer service associates were rude.One didnt give good directions to get out from the back side of the store when asked.Another one pretended to see if I needed help but instead kept following me around in the store.Very uncomfortable experience.

Sadly the media is reporting the location will be heading to the beyond. Used to have world market products but that section is gone.

Returning was easy...Found what I needed after... good selection of items. Associates were really helpful.

BB&B is my number one place to visit and shop next to Home Depot. You both have all of my favorite things. Im typically not one who spends lots of time in stores but I could spend hours in BB&B. Most of the time the staff members are friendly. We do have a favorite associate (Bill) who has been very helpful and amusing over the years weve been customers. My mother looks for him everytime I come with her. Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond.

1st time in this store only to find out it is closing must be why the cashier had an attitude to the wall.

I love that they have everything and returns are easy. Employees don’t seem to care much though so sometimes in there forever waiting for someone to help you.

They could not pull up the registry after multiple times I pulled it up on my phone. The sales lady was of little assistance. She pointed me in the direction of an item I wanted to purchase instead of showing me where it was. I ask her to repeat the directions three time thinking maybe she would get off her but, but I was wrong.

Recently remodeled store so nothing was in familiar places. They would do well to have a store map by all entrances so you dont have to walk all over the store searching for a specific item. Found one of two items I intended to buy.

I ordered on line from their warehouse in NJ using my debit card. By the end of the day I got a notification that someone had used my debit card number in NJ and was purchasing stuff from Lowes. Lesson learned: when purchasing online from this place, always use Paypal.

Cashier was rude. I wish I had gotten her name. I would argue that she was a tad bit prejudiced/racist as well. Bad vibes. I do know that she was under 21 as she could not complete wine purchase on her own. Otherwise, store is pretty big. Items are easy to find. Huge selection of k-cups for Keurig.

This is the only place I have found the Keurig Dunkin donuts cups 44 count for a good price. They always offer 20% off coupons by mail, email or text messaging. You can also use them at buy buy baby and vice versa.
