Such a great local pharmacy! I plan on filing more prescriptions there even though there are many chain pharmacies closer to me. I had an expensive prescription to fill and went to Orem Family Pharmacy because they were the cheapest of the places I called.The pharmacist talked to me when I came to pick it up, and discussed options I might want to look into with the doctor that are more affordable. He was so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and approachable. Ive never had a pharmacist really seem to even care what I was picking up, let alone discuss cost/benefits with me. It was amazing... and they have a darling boutique shop inside.

The service was pretty fast once they got to me. I was the only customer in the store, but they waited to finish their conversation before helping me. None of the employees were wearing masks (correctly that is. Wearing a mask under your chin isnt really wearing a mask) which is concerning because I put my medication in my mouth and they touch it and talk and potentially cough on said medication. It is concerning that the people working with my medication could not care less about wearing their masks. I have always loved this place and it is one of the best pharmacies out there. Its just a bummer they dont follow their own mask rules.

Called about getting a covid shot. They said come in anytime. Came in around 4 and they said it was too late.

You know in The Office where their entire sales pitch is that you should go with them over the big box companies because they’re able to provide and attentive and personal customer service? That’s Oren Family Pharmacy. They’ve gone above and beyond for me countless times in finding the best price possible or working with medical providers.

By far the best pharmacy weve been to. A HUGE problem weve had in the past are pharmacies trying to charge us for the name brand when generic works just fine. I take issue with this because it shows that a pharmacy isnt looking out for you. This pharmacy looks out for you. I discussed this with them and made it clear what I wanted and they assured me theyll always do their best to provide me with the least costly prescription. Its also nice because its got that down home feel to it and everyone is more than willing to help.

I work in the medical field. This has been the most friendly pharmacy Ive ever worked with. They truly care about helping people instead of just dispensing meds.Pharmacist Dave sets a great tone and spends the time to do things right. All of the staff really are great!

I wasn’t impressed with this place. If they aren’t watching crude cartoons like the Simpsons they have raunchy music on that is not appropriate for a work place. I won’t be going back there. Not impressed at all.

This is the nicest pharmacy with the most caring and wonderful staff. My husband lost his job and our son and myself have medications we cant live without so the owner allowed me to charge it. It will be paid back and with the greatest thanks. I dont even know how to even say how incredibly thankful I am for your kindness. All I wish is he had a store out here in West Jordan but I will always go to the pharmacy because no other even compares. If you havent been here you should check it out they have tons of British items and gifts. Its a very unique store and worth going to if you havent......trust me you wont ever go anywhere else.

I just had a prescription filled there this week and was beyond impressed - Ive been telling everyone about it! My prescription was going to be very expensive and they took the time to call and let me know before they filled it and I came in to pick it up. They found some other options that were nowhere near as expensive for me to try (we are talking $30 instead of $300) and then when I came in to pick them up they did the extra legwork to get me a different prescription from my doctor so I could pay for everything with my HSA. These guys really know how to do customer service, this will be my one and only pharmacy.

Fantastic staff. Been fans from the beginning, just about. Great service, friendly smile, and when problems arise from insurance or whatever, they do what is needed to get the prescription filled. All this, plus the fact they have English snacks make it fantastic (I was even able to satisfy my craving of the real English Cadbury creme eggs there for a while during Easter instead of the cheap American chocolate versions sold in other stores). Mmm!

They have always been awesome one time they screwed up and had the prescription and it was on the shelf but there computer said they didnt have it and my script lapsed so I had to get a new script from my psych which cost a bit of money. None the less I have never had my pills come up short unlike Walgreens by State street and 800 north. That one has stolen pain killers from me my sister and my dad and when I went to complain they said they were gonna red flag me unlike orem family who has never given me less then what I was prescribed.

We were one of there first customers, the owner still remembers us. He really wants to help people, they will run your prescription through your insurance and if they think you can get it cheaper without insurance they will then run it without they will keep trying all the options they can until your price is the lowest it can be, RiteAid wont do that, neither will WallGreens etc.This is the best pharmacy hands down!

Very poor customer service, they agreed to ship a prescription for us and failed, excuses after excuses were used to rationalize their lack of following through with what they agreed to do. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This Pharmacy has made my Day, Week, Month and Year so far. Im British and hunger for many of the treats and basic items carried in every store back home. I stopped by and noticed they have English groceries at reasonable prices. Products include much more than I can list on this review But include chocolate, biscuits (cookies if your american), Ribena, Custard, Bisto, Colemans Mustard, Wagon Wheels. and much much more. I will be back 2-3 times a week.You have made Utah County a place I might be able to stay.Im So Happy to have found you guys.
