We had a job nearby and one of our trailers had a massive flat. It was to the point it couldnt be driven on. We went to the nearby gas stations and their air machines were out of service. I responded to an ad on ksl for a 2013 F-150. I asked if the truck had a clean title or any issues, I was told Clean title and no it runs and drives great. I drove to Orem from Davis County and when I arrived the truck was missing a fog light and had hail damage on the hood and roof of the truck. When I brought it up to the gentleman that helped me he said he could switch the hood off of another black F-150 that was on the lot. Seems like they practice shaddy sales tactics!!! I would not recommend visiting this dealership.

I got what I thought my wheel bearing on my 2016 Ford Fusion, but it turns out they found another one on the rear was going bad too Im glad they caught it because the other place didnt and would have charged me more for just the one. So they did a solid for me on the price. The wait was a little tedious, but they did get the job done right and now my car is fixed and no more noise on my bearings. So I do recommend them for their honesty and their working with me. Although they should speak up while on the phone, its hard to make out what they said to me. But I would recommend them.

I started using them a few years ago from a recommendation from a family friend. Vehicle issues seem to follow me around and Dave and his team have been able to help me quickly and affordably anytime I need them.October 2019—Dave took the time to look around for a cheaper option for my alternator, because the original Mercedes alternator was going to be about $700 for the part. We were able to find a great option that ultimately saved me quite a bit of money. It’s rare to find mechanics who look out for you like they do.

Excellent service, low pressure environment, they took great care of us even after the purchase. Would highly recommend. They are mechanics as well and go through each car in detail. If there is something that was missed, they take care of that as well.

Went to them based on the reviews of others. Fuel injection system wasnt working. They replaced the fuel pump, and then they said some other part was broken and told me the cost. I told them to go ahead, but then when they called to say it was done they charged an extra hundred dollars for the second part from what they said. Then, just a couple weeks after getting the car back, and only the third time driving it, the check engine light came back on. I tested it, and it came back saying there was an issue with the fuel injection system. I will definitely never be back.

Went for an emissions inspection. They were VERY quick and inexpensive. Waiting area was clean with good tunes. Staff were nice.

GO TO DAVES!!!!!!! I took my car to an different automotive shop in AF to in which I had tie rods replaced Inner and outer, an alignment and 4 tires. When I took the car in the only issue were the rods. My car drove fine before I dropped it off. No steering issues, no shaking. Nothing!!!!..the day I got my car back I couldn’t steer well. It was like I was losing power as I turned and there was a loud thump when I would turn every third or fourth time I would turn. So I took it back to them 3 days after, they said there was a flap sticking out from a boot and it was catching when I turned. So they pushed the flap back in place and I got car back. For two more weeks I endured hard turning left or no turning left and thumping. Called again and this time they took it for two days, said it was either my struts or power steering rack and that when they tightened down the tie rods it caused pressure on whatever caused my tie rods to go bad in the first place. (either the struts or power steering rack) Tie rods go bad due to wear and tear of turning car not from struts or power steering rack! They said they would need to think about it, but I could drive it while they figured it out. I finally took it to Dave’s Canyon Auto and in less than 45 minutes they told me my power steering rack and pinion was issue! Not only that they told me it could have happened when they tightened down the tie rods at the other place. But not for certain and they couldn’t prove it. So I called the “original place” and asked if they could have caused this to which I was told “not only did they not do it but it wasn’t their problem” and hung up one me!!! They didn’t call Dave’s to ask what they found like they said they would. So I called Dave’s back. They gave me an incredible deal to fix the power steering. While doing so they found the other place had not correctly aligned my car. The back end was really bad! They gave me the report. So again I called the “original place” to which I was told you can’t do just one part of an alignment and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked why they didn’t give me a report for the alignment and they said they would “look for it”. No offer to help pay for any of the fixes just nope our mechanic has done this for 35 years and knows what he is doing. Dave’s rescued me! They fixed my car really cheap! Then when my engine light came on the day I picked it up and I found out through auto zone it was my purge valve canister, Daves replaced that and warrantied it for life free of charge because it was less than 24 hours after I had just been in their shop!! Go to Dave’s. They care and they will do what they can to make things right! I cannot say thank you enough to his team!!!! They also sell cars too!!!! GO TO DAVES.

I’m sure this company has helped many individuals just fine but this is my experience. I took my car to their shop four times and the small issues I had were never resolved. Two of the times they didn’t even look at my car. The work they managed to do, did not even work! The gentleman named Mike has terrible customer service and zero people skills whatsoever. After I began to express frustration he was even rude and impatient with me. If you are looking for a more organized, professional, and friendly auto shop don’t go here.

The rates were fair for the area, they were very nice and willing to help, but I am heavily disappointed in their work. I spent $1000 for a job half done. I went in to get a standard sparkplug tune-up on an otherwise perfectly working vehicle. The very moment I bring it home it starts leaking suddenly. I take it back and somehow the waterpump went out (very well could have been a coincidence though). $800 for the repair and when I got my car back it broke down on the freeway on ramp so I had it towed. They had knocked and damaged an oil sensor while doing my waterpump, luckily they didnt charge me for that repair cause it was their fault. Then it started leaking/burning oil, burning through my coolant, and there was a misfire with one of the spark plugs they had replaced. I took it to another place and they told me that whoever had done my car repairs had left everything loose and didnt do a very good job and that was why I was still having so many problems. I will never come back again, Ive lost faith in their work, it was a waste of time and money for me.
