Ive always had the best experiences with Rent-A-Center and it feels very personal and comfortable talking to the employees I just love this place

I have had the best experience dealing with rent a center. I have gotten a refrigerator, dryer and a computer throught them and plan on doing business again with them soon. The best salesman is Ray, hes honest and trust worthy .

This is a great place to get furniture, appliances, phones, etc and if you have had credit issues in the past, they can still finance you. Ray is great to work with and is very knowledgeable.I highly recommend this place!5 Stars *****Garyleescritiques

I will come back to this location for the sole reason of doing business with Ray. I’ve never met such a considerate caring manager like him. He is wonderful and if your going to rent a center go to Orem location. Customer service is top of the line!!!!

The people at Rent a center in Orem are amazing. Ray is so easy to work with and nice. Lacie is nice and talks to you very professional but customer friendly. Dennis is so nice and show up the day of to fix our dryer. I could not be more happy with them.

Guess what, all those thinking that renting pre-re-re-occupied furnishings have a higher expectated and an entitlemental mindset based on your wish to be those whove prepurchased their own furnishings, these people do what they can with what customers they do kindly help. Sorry you dislike the smell. At least you have what you need and it was nothing illegal. Look in the bright side, okay??? Thank you.

This place is the worst - from delivery schedules/times, to customer service they take their time for everything ... EXCEPT for when its time for you to make a payment, then they start calling at 10am and wont stop until they get their money. The staff blames everything on corporate but its all things within their own scope of doing business.Take your money elsewhere.

OMG horrible ! First of all the manager smokes like a chimney . She was out smoking when we got there and the smell followed her inside; when we left she went right back out to smoke again and get on her phone. Second, they say no credit check but Id rather have my credit checked than calling six refrences lol. Its renting a couch, not donating a kidney. Their selection is horrible too. Cig holes in many of them; maybe they came from the managers house !

Contacted them about getting a TV just a couple of weeks ago. They didn’t have it in stock at the time but they did call me later letting me know that they just got it in. I told them that i wasn’t sure about it and that might come in the next day to look at. I ended up not going because of work but I did get a call again from them leaving me a message and calling me an “a- - hole”. Never ok! I hope everyone that reads this will take this into consideration before ever shopping at this place!

Nice place to rent stuff

I rented a dryer at the beginning of the week and my roommate called them to fix it because it was not drying. They refused to come, and when I called they said they would but refused to refund us for the time that we were renting a broken dryer. I am never renting from Rent-A-Center again.
