Rented unit online. Great that you can go until 10pm. Parking when loading/unloading can be a little tight. Good storage, as compared to others Ive had.

Getting the storage unit was super easy, I was able to sign the documents online. The times the units were open were very convenient, I could go after work or on my days off.

I really love this place... The staff are awesome and unobtrusive. They have worked with me when I was late a couple of times during this covid ordeal, and they were never judg-ey or jerks about it. Plus the majority of the units are indoor and somewhat climate controlled which is a major plus during the summer months. Also, they dont mind how many times you come and go, and dont trip on how long you are there, as long as you dont make a mess so big that it impedes others traffic, and as long as you are respectful and clean up after yourself. I highly regard and recommend this location especially and cubesmart in general for your storage needs...

I started paying $160 per month for a 10’x10’ storage unit and within a year or they increased the rate to $190 month. The monthly increase was just after the first outbreak of Covid 19 in March 2020. Shortly after I was laid off from work. Perfect timing from a heartless company! $$ Greed is the root of all evil $$.

You keep raizeing the rate and with the covid you dont give any breacks on late fees your just another corp taking advantage of the stiuation. The gov said you cant evict renters for not paying rent . I wonder if this is true for storage units . Probably not you just care about your bottom line not the people

Need better pest management. had tons of black widows in my exterior unit and I continued to get leaves underneath the side walls into my unit.

Called and spoke to Brandon at 10am April 22nd 2019. Script reading. Give you a discount blah blah blah. Then am admin fee of $24. When I asked if the discount price is locked in he said the company checks rates and will change. When I said, so next month your company could raise my price he HUNG UP ON ME! Rude! Never ever will I work with this company and I can guarantee I will advise others to stay far away from this company. Going rate os $60 flat fee in this area. They walk-in store price here is $68.

Need easier gate access when leaving...

Great price for the first 6 months. Free moving truck too... heres where things go south: DO NOT RENT FOR MORE THAT 6 MONTHS! The price jumps from $50 mo. to $200. Yeah, thats right... I spend $200 per month on the second to the largest storage. Oh, and getting in and out of there during rush hour is impossible.
