Life savers. I cannot thank this company enough for helping so out-of-town travelers in a rough spot. After our car got broken into 3 hours away from home, I didnt know where to turn. I found this companies website and explained the situation that I couldnt drive 3 hours with my family and a broken window. He said if I could bring it in, they could help out.They were able to get my window fixed. NOT ONLY THAT, they vacuumed all the broken glass in every spot. No easy task. I think the vacuumed better than I did to start with!I cannot thank this company enough. What could have been a miserable experience in another town turned out okay.

Just tried to get a quote from this place to replace a table top. I explained the top was 3/8 thick, to which he responded he wouldnt touch it and cant do anything more than 1/2. I tried to explain its 3/8 but he just argued with me. I told him that I was looking at a picture of a glass table on his web site that looks exactly the same thickness as mine, but he just argued and tried to refer me elsewhere. So this place doesnt have the basic math skills that a 3rd grader has to recognize 3/8 is LESS than 1/2 or they just dont care to do this type of work. Either way, I wouldnt do business with them.

We called in to get the truck topper glass fixed. We called on the weekend, and the person answering the phone was rude. He said he couldnt look at it until Monday, but we were fine with the timeline. He said they opened at 8, we asked if there was a key drop off due to work conflicts he said yes. We dropped off the truck at 6:30. We called at 8:30 to make sure they got the keys, and to confirm the window .They confirmed, and said they would get us a quote for price .They called quickly, and then texted early afternoon to let us know that the truck was done and ready to be picked up. We went in the afternoon to get truck, but when we got there the broken window was still not fixed. We went inside, and said we noticed it wasnt finished. The man in the front office area, said yes it was. We said there was no glass. He then was very frustrated and mad and said they couldnt get to that window. We said we wanted the window fixed. The man pushed the keys and receipt and said take the truck and go. They refused to even try to fix the broken window. Poor service. Frustrating experience.

Guy answering the phone was extremely rude and definitely was the expert at everything. I wanted custom glass cut for several aquariums tops. He tried to correct me on everything. I wanted 1/8 thick, he tried to correct me that all aquarium glass is 1/4 which is incorrect. Told him I needed them polished so I wouldnt cut myself on the edges and he said that was really tough on the thickness of glass but hed try. Last when he quoted $5 a piece on each of the 64 pieces I just said that I think Im going to go with another company that was cheaper. He shouted Yep got it and hung up on me.

Had my passenger window shatter in the morning, called got a quote and got it in before noon and had it to take to work in the evening.Had an issue that was resolved quickly and with great customer service (problem didnt take any additional time from my day so didnt remove any stars).Did great work, at a competitive price! Hopefully wont need to have a window replaced in the future, but if I do, I will be returning here!

Dont even bother. After waiting for them for 2 weeks to come out and replace some glass they said they didnt have time and to find someone else. Thanks for wasting 2 weeks that I could of had it done.

The worst customer service ever. The Front desk person not sure if he is the owner is very rude, only his greeting over the phone is excellent but when we go there we can see his true colors. He is showing all his frustration on the customers. Will never go back again.

I just had my windshield replaced by another company and the trim pulled out while driving down the interstate. I didnt have a chance to call the original guys out to fix it because my business is mobile. I ran into Ryan at a car repair shop and asked him about it. He said it wasnt a big deal and fixed it for pretty cheap. I asked him how much a windshield would have been and the price was less than the original guys charged me. I will be using these guys in the future.

Moving across the country and stopped at the zoo. Came back to the truck (2014 Ram 1500) to find the front passenger door window smashed. Called Safelite and all dealerships and none of them had the glass in stock so we would have to wait 1-3 days in order to get moving again. My wife found this place and they had the glass in stock and could get us moving again first thing in the morning. Fast, professional and exceptionally accommodating. They went above and beyond in helping us out. Could not be happier with the service provided.

I had a $200 windshield replaced. I believe one of the roof panels was damaged while the vehicle was in their care. When I tried to discuss this with the owner he refused to acknowledge the possibility that the damage could have occurred in his shop, called me a liar, and accused me of fishing. Now I have to eat the cost of a new roof panel ($500). Thanks!I have a signed letter from the service director and photographs taken during my service appointment 5 days prior at the dealership where I bought the vehicle stating that the damage did not exist at that time.

I really wouldnt bother calling the number on the website under contact us or the one that shows up under a google search. Just tried the number a half hour before my appointment to ensure a tech would be arriving today. Weather got really cold and when I schedule they said cold weather might change the appointment. The guy who answered hung up on me and growled that it was his person number and not Omaha Glass. Weird that the number on the site isnt actually for the company.

Great experience. Got me in same day and got everything fixed. I will be going back for any glass needs in the future.

Horrible customer service!I had dealt with Omaha Glass a few months ago to get a rear truck window replaced. I dealt with a woman the first time and everything went well with getting the glass replaced.So when I called today to get a rear window replaced in my girlfriends SUV I dealt with a guy. The guy stated the glass was not in stock anywhere locally and that it would have to be ordered in. He also gave me the option of them locating a used window for me to get it sooner. I stated I would be interested in that since she lives in Lincoln...... suddenly I got hung up on!!! So I called back and he stated that he could not help me since you said the card had to go back to Lincoln today, but thats NOT what I said. I have a vehicle for my girlfriend to borrow till the window gets replaced. Apparently he thought he would not get the sale and just hung up on me and then had the nerve to argue with me on what i said and how his 32 years of experience gives him the knowledge to know what customers are talking about.The woman that works there tried to call me back later about the glass but i had already dealt with Safelite AutoGlass who cleaned out all the glass and put on a free plastic wrap till the window came in.

We had a 10’ X 7’ sheet of glass installed in our office and couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks guys!

Quick cheap and good quality.

Any glass for any application is what their website says - I called for a replacement of a glass panel for my fireplace. The guy on the phone said they dont carry that type of glass (weird because I thought they have any glass for any application. Before I could ask if it could be ordered he hung up on me. I called back and he said I told you we dont cary that glass. and hung up on me again. WTH? Anyone who would treat potential customers like this will never get my business, for anything.

I just called to get a quote and the guy on the phone seemed annoyed to give me a quote. Really bad customer service for sure.
