If anyone needs to take their car in for repairs look no further this is absolutely one of the most friendly professional courteous places that Ive ever gone gone to. My car was hit at work at work and I was suggested to go here they were so were so kind kind and went above and beyond wonderful customer service they called and set up a enterprise rental car to have it there to come and meet come and meet me At the time that I was dropping off my car They did everything for me they did all the follow up to the 3rd partys insurance and got all the information which otherwise would have had me there for a lot longer time . The 2 Office girls are absolutely delete phenomenal they are so friendly and so quick to get answers for you and if they dont have them at the time they will call you right back. The gentlemen that are all working there take great pride in making sure as soon as someone comes through the door that they greet them let them know theyll be right with you right with you and all of them in the office will tell you to go and grab a beverage that they have therefore you which is which has been wonderful since it was so hot

We have used this auto shop this last year. It’s close to UNMC, which is an advantage to those needing to be there. We have worked with Tom for our auto repairs for our two cars. He was extremely helpful and gives his best advice for car repair. This shop has proven reliable and does a great job explaining things to customers as well as fixing the cars.Highly recommend!

Great people. Took my Chevy in for an oil Chand and some light repair.. Didnt dismiss my suggestion of what was wrong with the car which I greatly appreciate. They were very communicative and had called to talk about repairs before they did any work and let me decide what they would and wouldnt fix at the time. Highly recommend them. I have been using them for 10+ years. Whether you know everything or nothing about vehicles, they take the extra steps to make sure things are explicitly explained to you in a simple manner. Should your repairs or service have options, they take the time to explain the pros/cons of each and never force your hand towards anything. Do yourself a favor and stop worrying over repairs/service and go see them!

I’ve had bodywork done by Great Plains Auto now twice and I’ve always been very impressed by their work and their customer service. Liz at this office is particularly amazing and works very hard to ensure you are taken care of.I knocked down one star because when they gave my car back to me this last time, my rear windshield washer was completely broken and the windshield wiper fluid was frozen when I really needed it to be working because this was a feature that had broken and was fixed. I know it’s hard to control whether it was frozen or not but they might consider using higher quality fluid in the winter so it wouldn’t freeze up. I had to wait a month to know if this feature was actually fixed or not because I don’t have access to a garage.

Charlie Graham went above and beyond for me, and I was a first time customer. I scratched the paint on my outback and a different well-known body shop in Omaha quoted me $1,300 to fix. Charlie Graham explained I had options of re-painting the panel or touching up the area. I had them buff the area and apply touch-up paint. They did this for me free of charge, and I had never been there before! I was so impressed with their service and honesty, especially Jim, Kathy, and Nicole. Long story short...Initially there were a couple of things that slipped through the cracks with Great Plains Auto Body (my car was transferred from one GP Auto location to the Charlie Grahams location - without my knowledge or permission, they lost one of my car key fobs, and there were some markings on the outside of my car that were not originally there and were not due to the accident), but in the end Ricky and Angelica from Charlie Grahams were so helpful and worked SO hard to make everything right! Brought in our vehicle because this was the shop the insurance company of the person who hit us recommended. I didnt really want to because the first time I had them fix a vehicle years ago the paint came off the car, very poor job even afyer following all the paint time-frame rules. I thought I would go ahead and follow the insurance companies lead and take our durango there. The body work is fine however the keyless system failed to work when we picked it up. We called and requested that they fix the keyless system as it no longer worked after them repairing the vehicle. They said to stop by and they would take a look. We stopped by they told us we needed an appointment, great definitely a sign of poorly managed operation. Frustrated we left and later called to make an appointment. At that time they said they likely did not have anything to do with this but they would repair and bill insurance and if insurance denied we would be responsible for the cost of repair. Fantastic, you want to fix what you messed up and bill someone for it. No thanks we will not give you a dime more of our money or the insurance companies money, ever again. Place is a joke stay away and save yourself a lot of frustration for years to come.

Had problems with the braking system on a 2014 Edge. They were able to get me in immediately, went through the process of checking out the system and had me back on the road very quickly. Their customer service was outstanding, everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional and the cost to me was very reasonable. This is one of three experiences I have had with Charlie Graham Great Plains Auto Body including body work and each time they exceeded my expectations.

I just picked my vehicle up, after getting bodywork done at Charlie Graham, and it seriously looks better than the day I drove it off the car lot. I hit a parking bollard and sustained what appeared to be minor damage on the lower passenger side. This was the first auto claim I have ever filed (I am in my mid-40s), and I was a little skeptical about filing a claim from snapping a photo on my phone and have it be accurate… but I guess that is where we are. After dropping my car off, it was soon realized that the damage was more extensive than a photo will show. The final tally was triple the original estimate. What a headache, right? Actually not at all. Aside from not having my vehicle for an extra week, Nicole B. took care of everything with the claim supplement. I really feel that she had my back when the additional damage was reported to my insurance company. This is where my regard for Charlie G. spikes and my insurance company plummets. I was kept up to date on everything. Once the insurance adjuster got involved in the process, he ordered all used and aftermarket parts for the repair. I was informed that the two had quite the back and forth and in the end Nicole made sure my car was repaired with all new OEM parts. Insurance companies will do anything to save a buck. I realize that many take advantage of the system and use claims to get free cash, but I am not one of them. I have been properly insured my entire driving career, I have one fairly minor claim (less than $5k) and they want to low ball me at every corner. In this case “You’re in good hands” applies to the people at Charlie Graham! Oh, and when my car was done, Lanny picked me up at my job and brought me to my car. An additional shout out goes to him as well, he made for an interesting car ride. He showed me the finished product, and I could tell he was proud of the work they did on it. Highly recommend Charlie Graham, they have been around forever and I can see why.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better auto body shop in Omaha. My passenger rear-view mirror was recently sheared off and I was given quotes to either remount the old one or have a new one ordered and installed. I chose to have the old one put back on and they said they would also order a new one at no cost to me, just in case they were unable to mount the old one or if I changed my mind. After a 30 minute repair job, they werent 100% confident the plastic would hold after becoming brittle in the winter so they didnt charge me anything for the repair. Again, THEY REPAIRED IT FOR FREE and said I could always have the new one mounted if the repair failed or if I decided to employ a more permanent solution. Great staff, honest business, and top notch customer service.

These people are great. They are centrally located and have been around forever. Many years back they reattached some trim that came loose from one of my cars for free. So when I needed some body work for my new van I went and got a bid from them. Their bid was competitive but the shop my insurance company uses is giving me I life time warranty on the van I bought less than two months ago and well probably keep this 10 to 15 years so the warranty was hard to pass on.

They let me know this and adjusted the final bill. They could have easily charged me what they originally quoted and I would have never known the difference. One of those days where youre hit with a random emergency!My car wouldnt start after I filled up at a local gas station, and being relatively new to Omaha, I didnt have a regular auto mechanic who serviced my vehicle; leaving me to gamble with a google search that turned up Charlie Graham.Tow trucks in Omaha were backed up for hours, so being that I was just down the street, Aaron from CG dispatched a service van to jumpstart my vehicle and helped me get it to the shop (completely saving me the cost of towing). They diagnosed it within minutes of being there and were even able to squeeze me in for an oil-change. This was all toward the end of their business hours, but they still had my car ready before 8AM the next morning! Even more than their efficiency, their kindness and helpfulness is truly what sticks out. I will be back!

Took my car here for the first time after it had extensive hail damage. These guys not only got us in quick, but they fixed all of the glass within a couple days so I could get my car back while they scheduled everyone for body damage. For perspective, other shops were quoting 1-2 months wait time to do all the work at once, so being able to get my car back fast in working order was HUGE! Upon return, they did an amazing job on the body too. You wouldnt even know my car looked like Swiss cheese when I brought it in. They also kept me informed the whole time via email and worked with my insurance with no issues, which was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Had some body work done and paid to have windows and other parts covered yet had overspray on everything. Also have grease pen marks on parts of car that wont come off. They broke a piece off the inside of the door that goes behind the handle and now it wont stay on.

It took only 49 hours for them to get rid of a palm-size dent on my trunk, repaint the area and replace a logo. They charged me exactly as much as they had earlier estimated for, not a cent more than that. Actually, when they did the estimate, they were not like some other body shops who would blablabla a lot like excessive charge may occur on advice or even have that printed out for various items on the estimate sheet, not to mention C.G asked for 117 bucks less than another leading shop in town in the first place! Also unlike the latter, they didnt take photos until I really dropped my car with them, which was completely comfortable. I felt the body-work-department manager Marc left very nice space for me to consider and decide by his very appropriate wording. There I also sensed his confidence right away. It seemed like he just threw a few glances at my trunk, assured me that it would be definitely below my budget (I was paying for myself due to a high deductible), walked back to the office and gave me the 100% precise estimate. I really love his style,or maybe, the style of shop: simple, quick, clear, self-proven by reasonable price and excellent jobs.They truly know what they are doing and are good at doing it. I used their shuttle service to ride home on the dropping-in day. Roughly 24 hours later, they emailed me for update, a customer-service routine it was, they said. To be more specific, they told me the car had already moved into painting process, and would be ready for pick-up by the next day. They washed my car and cleaned at least two foot-mats at the front seats for me (cant remember what the foot-mats of the backseats were like before so cant say anything about them) When a worker drove my brand-new-like-again car to me, I noticed that he used a plastic cover over my mat in order to avoid any dirt from his shoes. Five-star services.Having an accident sucks but a pleasant experience with a nice body shop helps a lot to recover from the bad mood. I would say I will never need to drop my car with C.G again!!! But I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
