They were checking my car to see if at all is repairable from a drunk driver. They were quick to notify myself & the insurance company the outcome. They were also very helpful when I had to come to retrieve my things.

I had an excellent experience working with Carstar staff and auto repairman. They repaired a damaged rear bumper on my vehicle in a timely .manner and kept me updated on its progress. They were very courteous and professional and did a good job on bumper repair. My vehicle was completed sooner than estimated and returned to me clean and detailed. Arrived for scheduled time to install side mirror. After a 30 min wait time the repair person came and stated that they did not look at the photos and painted the entire thing the same color. He would need to re paint it to get the black trim. I advised I was leaving to go out of town in two days. Stated it would not be done in time before I left. I informed them that I would be back in town on Monday June 29th and asked if it could be done by then. Told no problem. Asked if I needed an appointment to have it installed on the 29th and told no need, just stop in. I called on the 29th just in case. I was told it was not finished yet (this was 11 days later) and that it would be done tomorrow. Thankfully I called and did not just show up like I was told I could do. I scheduled the installation the next day. I asked why it was not done when promised there and was told maybe there was no time yesterday. There was no apology for not having it done when promised. No offer to talk to someone else as to why this did not get done when promised. The final product was good, however the customer service was lacking.

I had a small repair job that needed to be done. Ill admit, I actually went to Dingmans first because they were the first on the block from Maple. After waiting in their lobby for 20 minutes, I was told by Dingmans that they werent sure if they could/would do the job, and asked me to come back the next day. I then saw CarStar Northwest and went there. They took care of it in less than 20 minutes. They were kind and courteous, and they made the repair for 1/3rd the cost of what my dealership quoted me. Cant beat their service or their prices. Highly recommend CARSTAR Northwest!

They are very friendly. They went out of there way to help me. I am in a wheelchair and recently hurt my arm and couldnt get out of my car and they came right out to my car when I got there before I had time to call in an say I was there. They are a great group of people there. I highly recommend them.

We felt lucky to be able to use CarStar with our current insurer. We have not needed their services in many years, but they have always been great to work with.

Got my truck back from them 2 days ago,. They fixed my bumper like they were supposed to, but in the process of fixing my truck they broke my passenger mirror, chipped and scratch deep gouges in my fenders. Very disappointed will not recommend to anyone.

These guys did a great job on my repairs after being in a multi-car accident in Omaha. The car was amazingly clean inside and out with no evidence it had been damaged. The shop itself was clean, organized, and no clutter anywhere around the stall my car was in. The young tech I spoke to was courteous, friendly, and very patient with my questions. Yes Id definitely recommend this place.

Everything went well they did a great job from estimate through repair. Only one small issue was they left a face mask in the car.

Teri and Travis both personally helped me. They confirmed the appointment prior to arriving. They also kept me informed and when it ran long, covered the rental car. I must say, the service was exceptional. Our vehicle is again like brand new AND it is detailed (just like last time). I will continue to refer people here. Even the person I was in an accident with, I referred to Carstar. Awesome job to the whole team that makes for a great company I will continue to talk about as long as I know or come across anyone that I hear needs some kind of service that Carstar could provide! Work appears to be of good quality. Check engine light was on when I picked up the car (which gave me several codes). After resetting the ECU, they went away and have not come back.

This was the only preferred service provider of my insurance company that is anywhere near west Omaha, so I went with them. Should have gone through the extra work of going to my old place. They lost a bushing on my tailgate and acted like it was a hassle to fix their own mistake. (They also said they were gonna charge the insurance company for the part when the error could have only been theirs.) Then, I get it back and there are hundreds of bubbles in the clear coat, so I had to take it back for them to fix that and put the bushing back in.

Service prompt. Car looks great and so glad to have fixed up. Still a very strong plastic smell left in car and hoping in a short time that goes away.

Northwest CARSTAR, did a great job on my repair. We had a fender bender, and fortunately no one was hurt but my poor Subaru Outback had damage to the hood, drivers side fender and door. CARSTAR did a great job, handling everything for me, from coordinating with State Farm to booking my rental car. They made it easy to be without my car. When I got it back after only 3 days they fixed it perfectly and the pearly white paint even matched everywhere. You cant even tell it was in an accident and looks brand new again.Thanks to everyone at CARSTAR who helped us!

Very polite people. I brought it in for a dent and cant even tell where the dent used to be. I came across some scratches and dont remember being on my car when I dropped it off. CarStar said they didnt damage my vehicle but they still put some touch up paint on it for me. They did good work!

Great experience! Carstar helped me out on super-short notice when I had trouble with my front bumper and needed to leave on a road trip within a few hours. They were very nice and explained everything to me and had me back on the road quickly. Not that a person looks forward to an incident when theyll need body work, but if I ever find myself in need of body repair services, I will definitely go back to Carstar.

My car was in for repair from an accident. This shop kept me updated on the progress, and when it looked like a delay for more work needed than the initial estimate, they still finished two days ahead of schedule. The finished work is top notch. No wonder they named the business Car Star!

COMPLETELY disrespectful, and unwilling to help. Called to get my vehicle looked at because of humming when driving on right front side and was told the would do a free estimate and inspection. Took it in and guy said will not be able to find out why, what, or where the issue is. Refused to take it back and look and refused to listen or help. NEVER, and I mean NEVER go here.

I will never return here and tell everyone that I know not to come here. I picked up my vehicle after being in the shop for 2 weeks. 1 day later and Ive accumulated 9 different things that are still wrong/broke/wrecked. Including a headlight and a hole in a fender (very obvious items).I returned it to the shop and they told me I would have to deal with my insurance company. Nevermind the lifetime warranty they offer on their work!!No apology, just excuses from them. Im embarrassed for this company. I dont care that it was an insurance claim, treat your customer like its their own money out of their pocket!

Really did not have a good time here, was told 3 times of different day I could get my repair work started. It never happened because they dragged this time for over 3 months that is completely unexpected from anyone company.

I just had my car fixed by CARSTAR I must say they did an amazing job! My car looks awesome and it was done quickly and the process leading up to taking my car in was amazing. I dealt with one person (Dinae) up until the day of pick up. She was amazing the entire time. I had no issues with the service up until the day of pick up. I received a call from Crystal stating that my car was ready, I told her the time Id be there she said okay and hung up I didnt get a bye or anything. (One of my biggest pet peeves not saying goodbye and simply hanging up) she was very unpleasant on the phone. Now when I arrived at carstar to pick up my car I walked in and crystal (again) just stared at me she did not greet me when I walked in. I told her who I was and I was here to get my car she again said nothing to me turned around grabbed my paperwork handed it to me said you have lifetime warranty on what we fixed heres your keys and that was it. She was so rude. I dont think anyone with such poor customer service should ever work as a receptionist. Not to mention she treated the customers after me the same way! Its sad that One person can ruin a review. Thank you to Dinae and the ones working on my car you all did great! Sadly one person ruined what would be an awesome review!

Appraiser was somewhat snoddy towards me and didnt want to work with me on the issues at hand.

Excellent service. My passenger side window wouldnt roll up (mind you its January), they took the door apart and got the window up on the spot and did not charge me. It took them about ten minutes so I was able to do it on my lunch break and get back to work on time. Other shops were not helpful. Carstar also has a very nice secretary that is very accomodating. Also the building and waiting area are much nicer than most shops.

Carstar Northwest stood behind the radiator they replaced due to the accident 2 years ago. Impressive They have my trust.

Rude service, was made to seem like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Also my car sat out in a snow/ice storm over a long holiday weekend because they failed to call my primary number and let me know my car was ready to pick up.

On a rainy morning about a week ago, I had the misfortune to hit a jagged, water-filled pothole. A few blocks later, one of my tires started losing pressure at an alarming rate.Hoping for help, I pulled into the first place I saw, which happened to be CarStar, near 120th and Maple.Two young men (I learned later their names were Dillon and Chris) dropped what they were doing and helped me get back on the road.Thank you to these two for filling and checking my tire. It definitely wasnt their job to do so but I really appreciated their help.

I have unfortunately had several opportunities to use their services - every time the service has been outstanding, they go out of their way to make this as easy as possible for you.

Carstar has always taken great care of us and the work is always great.

A lot of it had to do with the progressive agent who had it as a preferred shop. I use Geico and this is a preferred dealership of Progressive. The car was there for about five weeks and it was not ready on either of the 2 days as promised. It looked worse than when I dropped it off the month before. I show up on the 22nd and they said it would be ready by 5pm. After I get in the car the steering wheel wont tilt up, the window locks are not working properly, the air bags need to be recharged and the radio/CD player is not working prior to the accident. They said they had feedback from Markel Ford for the past month regarding the radio. Of course when I get to the shop they are unable to produce anything.

My Fiancé got in a small accident in a parking lot and damaged her front bumper; she couldnt afford to replace the whole front bumper like all the other auto places, Carstar popped out the dents and replaced a plastic piece for a resonable price and it looks brand new again. They also vacuumed out the entire car. I would post a picture if I could.
