I have used Cars R Us services on multiple occasions. Each time the body work repair is highest quality. Chris and his team are professional and courteous to speak with. They listen and get the work done in a timely manner. Their skills are evident by the product they turn out. Chris is honest and sincere in his repair assessments. I will return to them without question.

I dropped off my exceedingly rare 2011 Saab 9-5 to have paint and minor body work done, as the previous owner had neglected some rock chips and areas of weak factory paint that had begun rusting underneath. Places like Maaco and CarStar wanted to just repaint the whole car totaling over $4000, but Cars R Us were willing to scratch and fill to keep cost down which they estimated would cost about $1300. The end price ended up being even cheaper than I was quoted at about $900, and service was professional and friendly the whole time, even when I called them fairly often to check on the car. Overall 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing body and/or paint work.

Expectations above and beyond had my quarter panel on my 2006 Honda accord crushed in near the gas tank and they somehow saved it and brought it back to life and it looks like it was never in an accident at a very reasonable cost. 10/10 will give them a call again soon

Honest, fair and excellent work...all that with good service

I was made aware of this place after being involved in an accident that totaled out my 2005 Jeep Liberty. Another body shop wanted 6K to fix it up, but Chris at Cars R Us was able to do the work for about a quarter of that. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get body work done at a reasonable price. The whole staff was extremely friendly and made me very comfortable and confident in their abilities to work on my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Chris was so good.as was everyone associated with the business. He is honest and does great work and is enjoyable to talk with as he explains everything he is doing. The cost was one Half what other auto body shops quoted and was $500 less than their own estimate, always trying to do what was the right thing for myself and the car. I feel lucky that a friend recommended Cars r us.

I waited to write this review until I saw that my front bumper paint job held up, and it has done very well. For the quality of paint and color match on an aftermarket bumper that I brought to them myself, I’m very impressed. They did great work. My headlights also got refinished for half price due to my bumper being redone and I have never seen clearer on the road when it’s dark since then. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for body work or paint repair. They are your local hard working men trying to make an honest living by giving their customers good work. Highly recommend.

Cars R Us did extensive bodywork on my vehicle, and did an excellent job. The paint matches perfectly, and the work was done with friendly service. Chris took the time to explain several aspects of the repair process.

Ive used Cars R Us about 4 times now. 2 collision repairs that he treated me very fair & did great work. He will spend the time to explain estimates if you want. The first job he did was a Custom Ghost Flame paint job on a motorcycle that I had for 9 years!! 1 year after that paint job, I added saddlebags & he Flamed those to match which is VERY difficult to do on Custom work. Drove it daily & many trips putting over 46k miles on it. This bike always got compliments & I’ve always been proud to tell people that Chris did the work. Still looked awesome when I sold it. Being a “car guy”, people ask where they should get things fixed. I don’t trust many people with my vehicles & do most my own work so when I recommend Chris for paint/body work, I have full confidence that he’ll do a great job. I’ve had a few friends use him also with great results. He’s currently painting my 2014 HD Street Glide & I know it will look superb when it’s done because I TRUST him & his work!! Thanks Chris.

Just got my car back from Cars R Us this morning. My car was in Pretty bad shape. Chris and David were super responsive through the whole process. I didnt have much knowledge in the way of auto body repair, and the team at Cars R Us was extraordinarily helpful explaining all the ins and outs of the work. They were also very timely, they ended up completing the work ahead of schedule which was great! Car looks fantastic they were able to work with my budget, and Im very happy with how the car turned out. A little off the beaten path, but definitely worth it for the customer experience and workmanship.

I submitted some pictures of rust on my truck and Chris gave me a very thorough analysis of what it would take to fix and helped me realize it wasnt worth the cost given the age of the truck. He was very honest and he didnt even work on my truck. However, if I ever want some custom work done, it will be here. His integrity earned my business.

They do quality work and is like a home town body shop your treated almost like family there

I was referred to Cars R Us Auto Body by 2 other body shops to repair cab corners on my truck. Chris did an excellent job repairing the truck and making sure that the repair was done correctly. I would refer anyone to Cars R Us if they need rust or collision repair.

This place did such a poor job on a touch up job on my corvette they didnt even touch up half the spots and when I talked to the owner Chris he was not only very rude he acted like a 12 yr old throwing a tantrum that I wasnt happy. He then offered it for free and then took that back!! And when I stated that I could see he wasnt going to be professional he actually stated he wasnt a professional!!! All I can say is if you love your car dont ever take it to this so called shop unless you dont mind dealing with immature unprofessional people who will do a half as job if they think they can get away with it!!!

I have brought several vehicles to Chris at Cars R Us. The quality of work, and level of customer service is second to none. Vehicles are finished in a timely manner, work is always outstanding (including repair of an old 1960s Jaguar with lacquer based paint!) and I would recommend him to anyone. Ive also brought in a new Mercedes for a special trim painting job, a brand new Acura MDX for collision work, among others. Thanks again for everything Chris.
