I’ve never used S&S, but have used The Kloset which is the same people, same building. They lose orders, mess orders up and have been rude before, but some at least try to be helpful. I’m going somewhere else.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ranges from mis-communications to terrible follow ups, to negative attitudes, and make it obvious they dont want your business when your order has more details then they can handle. Not recommended.
