I ordered two hoodies for my son the day after Thanksgiving for my brother and mother-in-law to give to him for Christmas. I was concerned after it hadnt shipped after 8 business days when the confirmation email said it would ship within 5 days. I was told it was backordered and would arrive, print, and ship soon. A week later I emailed again asking if they would arrive before Christmas or if I should start thinking of a back-up plan. After no response, I emailed again a few days later (now within a week before Christmas). After no response, I called and was told it was being printed and would be shipped that day or the next and would arrive before Christmas. The next morning I also received a response on the emails I had sent that said it was being printed that day and would arrive before Christmas. Later that day, I received an email and a text for a refund for one of the hoodies (although not refunded the tax). I replied to the email, no response. Sent another email the next day, no response. I was left scrambling to find a replacement gift 5 days (2 business days) before Christmas. All the while the hoodie was still being sold on the website in the size I ordered. I did receive a response 3 days after Christmas apologizing again but still not addressing not being refunded the tax. I emailed again stating I lost money by ordering it and was finally refunded correctly. Not ordering from PRNT again and not recommending to anyone due to bad customer service.
