IPGI always does a great job working with us on different projects. They have great prices and a great staff!

They seem pretty legit but the staff arent exactly friendly or understanding. Its by appointment only I definitely felt kind of talked over in explaining our churchs situation. Not a big fan of the vibe but I bet they have high quality work.

They are quick and can work with you to find simulations to your products. Are they the cheapest? No. But they have the best customer service and a great product!

Incredibly unprofessional and the owner uses insults and racial connotations that he obviously doesnt understand is offensive, the staff is very nice, but the owner makes it very obvious he hires people that he can belittle to make himself even more self absorbed. If i was talked to that way in any other situation, the outcome would be very different and more than just a review. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This place is so unprofessionalIpgi and the owner were recommend to me by my business partners family.Long story short we ordered a bunch of stuff none of it came on time for our grand opening. When I called back 12 days after order was supposed to be done I didn’t get any response after leaving a voice mail.Then when the owner finally responses by email he snaps his hands via email and sends me an email saying “Chereena take care of this “After this email I canceled my order due to unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and terrible management of both time and employeesFullSizeRender.jpg

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting to receive my scrubs for 8 weeks now. They have said there would be a shipment and yet still no shipment in. I do NOT recommend this service at all.

Avoid this business. I spoke with a man who said he was the owner. He needs to brush up on basic customer service skills. He seemed mentally unstable and self absorbed. This business will not last. Go elsewhere, there have to be places that treat the customer with a friendly courteous attitude.
